[Q] Custom ROM with TV-Out support - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I have not been successful with finding any custom ROM that supports TV-Out. I understand that it is Samsung proprietary function but as far as I know, there should be any ROMs based on stock ROM. Could you please recommend me any? Thank you

Like you said, any rom based on stock should support TV-out. Go check out the Android Development forum and check out the ones with "XX" or "TW" in it's name.
Btw. This should be in Q&A section.

Thank you and sorry for placing the question in wrong section.

[Q] ICS for SGS+

Hey Guys,
please excuse my bad english and my stupid questions.
I am not very good in the development things and I don't have much know-how, so I have to post "unnecessary" questions.
I am waiting for ICS for my Samsung Galaxy S Plus, currently running Android 2.3.5. I know that an official version won't be released, so I need a Rom.
At first, I thought that a SGS + is just a "tuned" version of the I9000, but I think this is wrong. So I can't use a I9000- Rom for my I9001.
But is there a rom currently in development? Is somebody portating the I9000 Roms for the I9001?
I can't find another thread to post my question. This is simply:
How can I get a working Rom of ICS for my SGS + (I9001)?
Thank you for your replies and your "patience",
Daniel

Wait until one or more ROM developers (dev, devs) port an existing ICS ROM to I9001.
Ah, okay, now I've understood. Does it need a long time until such a port exists? I've seen lots of Roms for the I9000, but no one for the I)001... is there no Dev Team that is interested in a port for the 9001? Or is it easyer to take a 9000 rom and port it for the 9001 because it i quite similar!?
dev=developer...

Yes, flash a gingerbread ROM and kernel. They're the best :good:
Or alternatively, try out each and every rom until you find your 'best' ROM I.e. one which you like best.
Is general section being converted to general+q&a section? Mods where are you can't you see these questions in general section..??

[Q] List of custom roms with stock sony kernels????

Hello everyone.... I would like to have the list of custom roms which run on the stock sony kernel or basically clean vanilla custom roms which I can flash with a locked bootloader but having root. Do help out in this front. Thanks in Advance
I would think that most roms in the Development subforum would be what you're looking for. Just look for any rom posted that has "LB" (meaning, ok for Locked Bootloader) in the thread title.

ROM's question

Hello, I would like to know what roms are available? I just doubt these just all the roms in the development section. Are we able to flash international roms and tmo kernel or what? I didn't even root yet because of the lack of roms.
Thanks a lot

Help with android 6 rom

Hi, my N6 just arrived, and was wondering wich rom is stable with android 6... Is there an update of the original rom with this version included?
I've seen here some are flashing cataclysm with a custom kernel to their N6's. Is this a bug free (mostly camera wise) rom...
Of course I'll do after rooting and twrp...
Thanks in advance.

all n6 roms are stable. about cataclysm, i have no idea, since ive never used. but what ill tell you is what most will tell you, you have to try it yourself to be able to form an opinion about it. as some will say its great, and others will tell you its terrible.
