haha nice one buzz!.. @razor2911 why would you want a frequency that cannot be handled by the hardware? 806 - 864 Mhz is not even stable to all.. buy a better phone..
I don't think overclock our device would burn it. correct me if I'm wrong.
if the cpu can't handle the speed, then it'll just reboot, won't it?
we already have 864 MHz overclock kernel. You should try it first (or you had try it?).

hahahahaha..troll of the year..go buy galaxy s..1ghz stock..ROTFLOL!!!
don't wanna burn my phone buddyes i'm just asking because this phone galaxy 3 can be overclocked to 1000mhz and over and the processor has a freq of 667mhz
Max of arm6l+vfp are 1100mhz,
safe or disrange are 25 to 40%
so 600mhz are safe side.
787mhz are safe ranges.
910mhz are Turbo feature triggered on.
note: not all galaxy mini had that Turbo feature.
pocible if devloping one auther i explain creat a virtual cpu like virtual RAM it's pocible but result of this i don't know

galaxy sl supports overclock up to 1.8ghz, then i think that galaxy mini supports oc up to 1.0ghz
sorry for my bad english
Lol, if you really need powerful processor, you should have bought better phone ;p im happy with oc to 710mhz (stable, quick enough, and safe to use)
Lol whhy spend more money if cheap phone can be fast as much.

hey, I'd like to know. is your galaxy mini's performance really good when using ICS based rom?
Sent from my GT-S5570
Yes it's good.
But I think we'll need to overclock it to around 700MHz to make it great.
I'm using CM10 beta 1 at the moment. Everything works very well.
Haven't try app2sd, though.

Probably 806 is not supported by your phone. Try reducing it and see if performance increases.

Hey guys,
I just bought Asphalt 7 from Gameloft website but the game has low fps.
I tried fixing the CPU to 1500 and 1300 MHz but still low fps !
How come the game works fine on HTC One X without modification but lags on our device?

It's probably due to the processor governor. If your phone is rooted, try to install any cpu set app (some are availavle for free in Play Store). Then set your cpu governor to Performance. The default governor on our phone is Interactive.

I tried filling the customer support form, I usually always get a response but none in this case, perhaps the jellybean update (if it ever comes) will give better performance, as benchmarks suffered on the 10h update to increase battery life I'm guessing this is why some games run scrappy, especially nova 3 as the graphics are insane!

With stock kernel 1000000000 custom ROMs won't change that but, with well tweaked custom kernel, even stock ROM will be another world...
i experienced lag mainly with the official firmware but i have not suffered lag since using custonexus and also when i tested kholks cm10 port

True! But with the JB update supposedly the boot-loader is going to be unlocked thus giving developers an opportunity to integrate custom kernels.

It looks to me, comparing videos that p880 video has more details (road surface on one x video looks cleaner like it is simpler rendered). Probably you should somehow adjust rendering details.

BLN, droidwall support. Over clocking (if possible, would be very difficult). Battery saving tweaks...undervolted frequencies....and as Hellraiser said....CM support for biel's CM Rom.
It would be nice to see all these being supported. All the best and thanx for your initiative.

If anyone thinks oc "byes" your cpu, then ur hopeless. Any CPU is ahle to OC. And for ours, we may be able to reach 1GHz
Sent from my GT-I8160 using xda premium
Even if it's possible, not everyone knows that using 1000 mhz speed all day long will bring higher risks...
Imagine here are guys they're using the 1ghz clockspeed, playing games, etc. and have no clue what could happen...
I dont want to see how my ace is frying in my hands while i'm using it.
Well call people hopeless, cuz they are scared about it isn't kind. And yeah, every CPU is OC'able, but.. OC -> more use -> more heat -> needs more cooling..
PS: ACEi is frying in my hands, warranty is gone 150€ for nothing, k..

Okok. Now I understand you.
Before I release, I will undergo several tests. These all make sure a wonderful Overclock is given to you. I wont make a broken feature. Even if I did, the next builds would fix it. And theres only one issue I cant stop during OC. Thats Battery drain.
Sent from my GT-I8160 using xda premium
