Hi folks,
I'm pretty excited to see what's there with the 4.3 update. And I believe the OTA update rolls out today for all the Nexus devices...
Anyone got the OTA update already?
Screenshots of lock screen pls..

U were so excited that u overlooked tons of other similar threads about the same topic. Its just sad.

Really? 4.3 needed another thread? Its not like these 4.3 threads are exactly buried in the forum, they are the top threads.

I'm wondering when the official OTA will be released. All of the other threads involve additional steps, as well as needing a PC to install.

Calm down, it is just a software update with barely any noticeable changes.

I love how every one *****es about over posts, but yet people over posts their comments by over posting the same thing over and over again lol

So i finished the port, but something is wrong with device specifics. Since the build isn't really functional, unless you are an app developer, I'm not going to invest more time into the port. Sorry guys, ill pick it up again when there is a more... useful build available to port.

I actually have a decently functioning d2att port. How to install if interested:
First make a backup
Then wipe data. You can dirty flash if you're already running cm10.1 but don't dirty flashes are a no-no.
Then flash this:
http://db.tt/p4FgJsnN
Then flash this:
http://db.tt/KoRbVtrT
But WiFi/cell service doesn't work at all yet so just understand that before you flash. Also the screen doesn't really shut off. Sort of a pain in the butt but still, its for developers haha.
Oh and also MAKE A BACKUP.
This actually isn't all my work, i just simply modified a few text files. Here is the original thread:

This works awesomely. If only there was a version out that had functional productivity. Can't wait to try a full version. I might ditch android for this one

Me too. Its coming in the next few weeks. I'm surprised more developers haven't jumped on this already, but with the state Ubuntu touch is in, i guess it makes sense.

I just hope they release it the same way they did for the htc one where you can pull it manually instead of a phased rollout.

Here's an Android Police article regarding this: http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/02/12/samsung-releases-kitkat-kernel-source-for-sprint-galaxy-s4/
Pretty exited about it myself! The build will be coming soon.
Link for the kernel itself: http://opensource.samsung.com/reception/receptionSub.do?method=search&searchValue=SPH-L720
How long do you think itll be until we get the official update?
Sent from my SPH-L720 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
From the AP article: "Historically, once source code is made available, official OTA updates follow in reasonably short order." So, whilst no timing was given we can assume that it'll be on our devices real soon. Sprint is always the first with these updates.

Yes source please. Although tomorrow would be great for me (expecting big snow storm) I have a feeling sprint will do the traditional 2 to 4 week rollout and I'll have to get the update from xda. Let's just hope sprint doesn't tell us the update is for the Spark edition and not the original.

Its not for spark. If it was it would say SPH-L720T but it says SPH-L720 on the source file for the kernel.

Heck we might start getting it tonight.
