After flashing pacrom 4.2.2 my GPS cannot fix on my location. Is there a fix?
A mate had same problem & he found a solution on xda. He downloaded a file & copied it to a file called "etc" with root browser.
Does anybody know where I can find it?

There is a thanks button you know...
But whatever. I guess it's not that important.

So which do you require .

Okay here is what happened. I just installed ultibread and found out that the developer has replaced the samsung player with stock music player.
I tried installing the file attached but its giving me an error. So I am just wondering if you (or someone) can attach the samsung player apk.
Thanks.

Go in the Rom doc kitchen, generate an update.zip with whatever you want, extract the zip on your desktop, the apk should be inside.

You have to set permissions of the apk as rw-r--r-- using root explorer or similar explorer.

Is the file system structure different on the note to the galaxy s? I'm trying to copy setting for games etc to my new phone, in the s they are all in /data data but that sir don't exist on the note (device is rooted) can anyone shed any light on this?
Sent from my GT-I9000 using xda app-developers app
^ they're pretty much the same... actually, have you tried using Root Explorer or ES file explorer to look for it.Don't forget to mount your Data first before copying...
Yes i have rooted, on my galaxy s in the root of root browser i have a dir called /datadata on the N7000 i dont have /datadata could it be cause with the unofficial ics i had on my I9000 /datadata was a shortcut to /data/data?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app
I guess it's in the
Sdcard/android/data folder
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
if you use ROOT Explorer, the Data folder (on the Note) is actually found in -- > /mnt/sdcard/data
Ok thanks for that, im guessing that /datadata on my I9000 was just a ahortcut to /data/data.

You rooted ? You could copy to data/app with permissions and then see if it runs?

How can i do that? I was looking for some way like this to force the installation and/or do it with "more permitions"
thx!

Is anyone else having weird behaviour when making apps go full screen? Before it would work perfectly but now I've noticed in a few games it doesn't work properly (Odd screen tearing and muddled graphics are displayed).

File explorer such as es explorer (free to get in market) browse to where you have the adobe air apk and copy, browse to the /data partition (you have to go right out to the root of your phone) copy to /data/app and paste the apk, long hold, scroll to properties , then you will see a change button beside permissions , change to same as scree shot
In screenshot, then see if it works
Hit Thanks if I help
