I flashed 4.3 and while restoring apps, with titanium, some are broke.
GoogleEmail.apk
GoogleEmail.odex
Exchange2Google.apk
+ odex
So if someone could upload it.
Or tell me where a can find it, those are not in 4.3 gapps.

Use the nexus toolkit, reflash stock 4.3, reroot and do not restore any system apps.

It is an option, but I don't want to do the whole process again.
Just these apk and odex will make it.
Someone can upload them from 4.3 or tell me where i can find it?

Dont have them, but u can download the fastboot files and extract the system.ext4.img from there

I accidently uninstalled a system apk using rom manager app
Now my mob is not scanning for wifi spots,
i m not sure which apk i uninstalled

Uploading them would take some time. Flashing fw takes 5 mins. Just take some backups using titanium backup and flash it...

Well i have customized the system alot, doing it again is a headache. Who will go for flashing just for 1apk problem?

As I said, when you make a backup of all apps, you can reflash and restore the backups so you keep your customization..

one of my noob friend replaced SystemUI and Secsettings.apk from galaxy grand...so its giving lot of FC...

You can simply reflash your ROM without any wipes. It would fix those modified apps

Lol downloading the whole Rom of 750mb is just a pain.. Instead of I can use those 2 files.. Any how got those files and replaced them and it works

Not quite sure of the question here... but this isn't a ROM at all... it's an OTA update for the WiFi only Nexus 7, which contains 'patches' that will update factory stock Jellybean 4.3 (build JWR66Y) to factory stock KitKat 4.4 (build KRT16O).
Other than perhaps having root access and a custom recovery installed (CWM or TWRP), you'll need to be currently running unmodified factory stock Jellybean 4.3 (build JWR66Y) to successfully avail yourself of it.
