When you format them, format them to FAT32 because if you use NTFS it wont show. but you will need to unlock your bootloader check out Hansoon's AIO for the Vivid it's in the Development Thread. use that it will walk you through step-by-step then you need to chose a ROM you want and if your S-ON get the boot.img and via fastboot in cmd type fastboot flash boot boot.img whereever you have it placed at and then flash the ROM if your S-OFF then just flash the ROM in recovery if you dont know what S-OFF/ON is just flash the boot.img

Face palm man. You need an unlocked bootloader for that rom says so in the info so you clearly didn't follow directions like you said to such as using cwm not safestrap. This is why we must read before acting hastily. You may be able to use rsd to flash stock but don't count on it.

Damn, seems like those are the only two methods that could work.
The good thing is that you can't re-lock the bootloader.
You might want to send a PM to skeevy to see if he can help.
Is there any warranty left on your phone? I've seen posts where people were able to go back to AT&T to exchange the phone or send it in for repair.

may need to connect pins 1 & 4 together in micro usb charger port to phone within the plug itself and it will charge.

doesnt work.
That was my last hope (fastboot cable), so i even try other combinations connecting different pins together, but it didnt work too )))

Yes, I'm stupid and know better, but I just picked up a One, unlocked the bootloader, rooted and went S-off, ran the Superwipe script, but forgot to put a ROM to flash on the phone, and now I can only toggle between Recovery and bootloader. When I try to sideload a ROM in Recovery using the All-In-One, I get is "error: device not found". And when I use the command "adb devices", nothing shows up. I know I have a connection because the All in One tool does allow me to push a recovery to the phone, but I can't do much else.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, as mentioned in the first post, I get a "device not found" error when I try to sideload.
I had to run an ruu yesterday.

Then unlock using the same token.bin you had the first time.

Hello everyone!
I just flashed the Android Revolution ROM (5.1 version) and it wouldn't boot properly- (I was using twrp and had S-Off) afterwards I flashed clockworkmod to see if maybe twrp was the issue...
Now my phone will only boot into fastboot and refuses to reboot or boot into recovery.. I'm totally out of ideas and the toolkits I've used in the past don't seem to be of any use.
If anyone has any clue or tip then I would greatly appreciate it!
Hi.
I'm in the same situation as this poor fella (only fastboot, no CWM recovery) except my situation might be even worse as I'm running Windows 8.1, this stupid OS which prevents to use fastboot. I know there is a solution to make it work on W8.1, but unfortunately there is no USB 3.0 port on my computer so I can't use the Intel driver workaround.
So right now my phone is stuck on the bootloader screen and I really don't know what to do anymore.
I'm freaking out at the fact that I've lost my primary phone...argh. I wish I never quickly went for the 4.4 roms.. been giving me trouble
Well.. I flashed twrp through fastboot using Hasoon's HTC Toolkit and it looks like it worked but.. when trying to boot into recovery it freezes then cycles through rebooting..
Had these issues too, only option was ruu to get my phone back up and running.

Oops, I accidentally hit like on this post. Are you able to boot into bootloader at all? Or is it just stuck at the white Motorola logo?
Edit: oops, you are, just re-read OP. Have you tried the command to ADB push the update.zip to the phone, and then initiating the flash via ADB?

When trying to connect via ADB, are you in recovery or fastboot mode?

Hm.... Unfortunately I'm out of ideas at the moment. I'm gonna get some shuteye, it's almost 3 AM here on the east coast. I'm gonna revisit this thread in the morning and see if I can get more ideas, but I hope you are able to get this sorted out before then! If you are, please PM me and let me know. I wish you the best of luck, señor.

I think i may have got it, there are a different set of drivers needed for the recovery adb than what come in the box from the motorolla driver suite, right now the file is being pushed using adb, fingers crossed!
After it pushed it said that something was wrong with an exsisting apk and it aborted

Did it specify which apk? Which file did you try to push? If it was the Lollipop zip, what was the file size? Girlfriend's snoring so I'm having trouble sleeping, may be with you a bit longer than expected ?

Hm..what command are you using to push the file? adb push /path/to/local/file /mnt/sdcard/path/to/file? Maybe try redownloading the file and pushing the newly downloaded one? The file size sounds right to me, unfortunately I can't compare it to mine because I deleted it after making sure my install went smoothly xP

I have a unlocked X, was trying to install a new rom via recovery and something went wrong...but I forgot to do backup so now its on a boot loop and I didnt have USB debugging enabled. Is there anyway to load new another rom to the phone so that I can install via recovery since I dont have usb enabled?
Yes power the device off by holding the power button and volume down, after the display is off let go of the power button. You can flash recovery or boot to recovery from there

I can boot into recovery but how do I transfer the new rom to the phone so I can install via recovery? I dont know how to move it from my PC to the phone.
You should look up side loading via adb and most newer recoveries allow you drag and drop once it's booted, you are using a custom recovery for your phone correct?

In advance you will find sideload via adb, I am sure you have fastboot/adb commands on your PC as well an understanding of how sideloading works

Might have to start from scratch....flash the latest 5.1 firmware again....and bootloader if you haven't done so yet.

First link, option 5. Had a similar problem where I can go to recovery but my internal was deleted...I had nothing. Nor did I have a system.....I couldn't restore a backup nor flash a new ROM. I had nothing but recovery....so I googled the 5.1 firmware update and modem....and followed option 5 with mfastboot. Phone is up and running fine.
