How do i remove Htc Task manager? I installed Wisbar Advance3 and now i have 2 task managers. How do i do this? I'm kinda noob to this and i need some help.
Thanks
You don't have to remove it, you can just deactivate it.
You just go to Start - Settings - System - Task Manager and select the Button tab. Uncheck all boxes.
Thnx Syntesilk, i was looking for that option.
Changed Task Manager
Please , let me know how to get my original task manager ???
By mistake I installed downloaded from a site HTC Task Manager, that looks older version and seems to be not for HD resolution at all(Veery big Icons).
Now I dont know how can I restore or re-install my nice original Task Manager.
Please help ?
Ok rooted my phone flashed a new rom, restored all my data and programs
and here where the problems begin
1) when I connect my phome to the computer I keep on getting a error message "unable to find HTC Sync on your pc etc ....", but I do have it installed, tried reinstalling but didn't help.
2) all my contacts got changed from phone contacts, to google contacts, i want to switch them all back, any way to do it automaticly?
3) I can't seem to find the HTC widget on the home screen for clock and weather [skip it found the widget]
4) in the Contacts, did they remove the search option? that would be stupid
I want to put the samsung manager on a wildfire device ? Do you know how can i do so?
I do not have permission to post to development-related forums cause i have < 10 posts
i searched google for solutions with no help
My device is
HTC one M7_U, S-ON,TAPERED,UNLOCKED
TWRP 2.6.3.3,ARHD 40.3, Xposed Installer 2.4.1,sense 5 toolbox 2.5.
when i backup my phone with HTC sync Manger, it reaches 85% then a message on my phone pops up saying "Unfortunately,HTC Sync Manger has stopped."
i tried to :
1- update the HTC Sync Manger but i already have the most recent version
2- i reinstalled HTC Sync Manger
3- fastboot -> reboot system but the message keeps popping up
4- i fastboot erase cache
5- i did a clean ARHD 40.3 flash
BUT still keep getting the same msg
* Also had the same problem with ARHD 40.2
Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem ??
Thank you
can anyone help

Calendar is located in /system/priv-app/Calendar
yes these apps are deletable
but if you deleted HTC Setup and then do a factory reset , i think the will not finish booting

Change the value of "ro.sf.lcd-density" to the one you want.
By doing so, you must have a S-Offed phone.

Remove the corresponding folders in /system/app or /system/priv-app.
In doing so, make sure you have a S-OFFed and rooted phone.
