Team,
I have a China Unicom Dual Sim 802w. I am familiar with adb, fastboot, and cwm. I installed a Chinese custom ROM - Nic_One_M7_802w_wow_1.1_signed.zip. Unfortunately, my touch screen no longer works. I have download the stock RUU for this phone, but I cannot flash it because it says the HBOOT version is too old. The phone is s-On unfortunately, and I can't seem to figure out which ROM to use to reflash this phone back to stock. This phone was/is rooted, has CWM working (but not anymore), is currently OEM-relocked, has had Android 4.2.2 installed on it (on the original ROM), and is S-ON.
Here are my Fastboot variables:

I think the main issue (I could be wrong) is that all the ROMs out there are for "version-main: 2.17.1402.1" and I have 2.17.1402.2.
PLEASE help me so that my phone isn't really bricked anymore. Thank you!
You might want to remove your serial number and imei. Also did you try the newest version of cwm? The old ones don't work with the new touch drivers.

Hi Bit N00b here.
I have a HTC One from Orange UK which I have unlocked and rooted with SU. then I flashed bigxie_m7_GPe_JWR66V_odexed-signed Rom to have a Google Play edition OS.
After Flashing I can not use camera or even get any network. I have tried to use RUUs to return to Stock but I was not able to install Moonshine S-off. I forgot to make a recovery file with CWM before the flash so I cant recover from SD.
Can someone help please to either install a Google play rom that will accept OTA or return the Phone to stock so at least it is working?
I include Getvar info if it helps anyone to help me.

Hi guys,
To make a long story short, I messed up my phone to a soft brick, revived it, and am now trying to get it back to near normal. I am currently running 6.09.401.12 odex rom by mike1986 on my at&t htc one m7. Question is, is it possible to get an ota update by downgrading my rom to an at&t rom lower than 5.12.502.2? And then get an OTA update? As an aside, on mike's rom (for international htc one) the gps takes a very long time to lock and only shows a blue dot on google maps/no compass mode. Dont know if this has to do with different type of rom or not. So how can I get back to stock while being S-ON? And I accidentally deleted my nandroids while wiping my pc (I know really stupid I did not flash a new radio/using stock radio. Here is output of system getvar:

You can use clsA's Stock Rom Reset.
Hi guys!
Here's the deal. I got a brand new M7 Dual Sim edition from an official reseller's store here in Prague, the Czech Republic (Central Europe). I went home and did the dumbest thing possible. I tried to flash Android Revolution. I had no idea that the M7 and the M7 Dual Sim editions were totally different and that a ROM for one version did not have to be compatible with the other. Such an idiot! So since then (for 2 months now) I've been trying to get the phone back to it's original state with no luck. I can boot into recovery (TWRP or CWM) and bootloader so I have access to fastboot, thankfully. I have tried everything possible hence the reason why I'm writing here and bugging people who have much more important things to do. So let me apologize in advance for wasting everyone's time if this has already been solved once. It's just that every guide I come across explaining anything regarding this phone has impossible prerequisites for a phone that cannot boot into the system normally - like changing the CID, having the phone S-OFF or having an older HBOOT version which I've tried to change several times unsuccessfully.
Here's some info on my phone:
(bootloader) version: 0.5

And a screenshot is attached from the Bootloader.
Recently i tried flashing the Maximus-HD rom, but after rebooting the phone i got stuck in the htc logo screen, every rom i try flashing is the same problem, i can't find any RUU compatible with my phone and i can't get S-OFF because i am stuck in the boot screen. I've tried every ROM and i don't know what to do now, i have access to recovery and fastboot mode but that's all i can do, please HELP!!

What recovery are you using (name + version)?
What was the version of all the rom you tried?
Newer Sense roms based on lollipop requires a 7.xx.xxx.x firmware (yours is 4.xx.xxx.x) and at least twrp 2.6.3.3 is requires to flash Sense based roms, 2.7.1.1 for CM based roms. So use an older rom (kitkat or JB base) with the proper recovery version. Then you should be able to achieve s-off if you want so you can change your CID/MID and flash a RUU
Thanks for the answer, after trying all night long i just solved the problem, installing a ROM removing all the apps from HTC and Google, after the phone started i flashed the ROM again and everything went perfect.
So I got a replacement for my old HTC one m7 since I dropped it and the Mic doesn't work. I do what every geek does:
Transfer service
Unlock boot loader
Flash recovery
Backup stock
Flash new Rom (after wiping of course)
This is where the trouble starts. I transfer the service on stock, test everything out and it works perfectly. Once I flash the Rom is when I lose my SIM, imei and all mobile networks. I tried several versions of Pac man and cm with no luck. Here is some info on my device:
(bootloader) version: 0.5

What can I do to get off stock
Sounds to me like you flashed a rom that was not Sprint compatible.
Easiest way to fix would be to RUU and start fresh.
Then stick to Sprint compatible roms.
Hhhmmm...that's what I thought I was doing...downloaded the right ones from the sites themselves...I did restore my backup...so I am able to use the phone...I just wanna use one of the others...when I try the one for my old phone, it says that I don't have a compatible device...go figure
anyone have the radio for that bandbase???
