I'm wondering if there is a stock Android 4.3 Google Edition ROM Available yet to flash to the HTC One. I'm currently using GE 4.2.2 and would like to update as i obviously cant receive OTA updates. I'm looking for one that just stock and not been modded or tweaked at all, I've had a look around and all the ones that i find have been tweaked. Can anyone help me out?
Please do something with him .....

how about posting in the correct section and OH take the flipping time to search and read this is for
HTC One Android Development
NOT the Q & A forum
oh and you might want to watch this
http://youtu.be/JmvCpR45LKA
oh and you clearly have not looked or you would have found a thread with an UNMODDED 4.3 ota update
CoreSaturn,
You're obviously new to XDA. Let me tell you one piece of advice. Information is EASY to find here if you LOOK. But learning the lingo can take some time, so #1) Look before you leap. #2) Make sure you post in the correct section. There's a QnA section for almost every device. This is definitely a Q looking for nA. Chances are, someone else asked and the answer is there already.
#3) Nifty search options will give you just about everything you need.
You will be insulted, berated, and mocked by not following those rules. IF YOU MUST POST, always add a disclaimer that you've searched and you're not sure if you're posting in the right section (unless you're certain). If you show that you're modest and might be making a mistake, people will give your mistakes a 'break'.
It's a community of people who've been here for nearly 10 years and you can't just jump in the fire and not get burned. Good luck and welcome to XDA.

Currently I'm rooted and running danne_jo's WildPuzzleROM_2.2.1 v0.3 (based on 2.22.405.1), so I can't get the OTA update.
Can someone get a hold of the RUU or maybe make a safe flashable version? I would be very grateful.
Thanks!
I want download Manual too.... and want link for download please....

after the official firmware change versions of HBOOT and Clockwork Recovery. Root will be lost without the possibility of downgrade until will not be hacked new HBOOT (sorry for bad english, I hope you understand me)
Allready been spoken about...
I don't get you guys! This topic, this problem has been debated already in a few threads just beneath yours!!!
And you are opening a new thread and asking the same questions all over again!
READ THE RULES!!! SEARCH THE FORUM FOR THE ANSWER FIRST, BEFORE POSTING A QUESTION!!!!
And I wouldn't bother if this would be some specific question, instead of being one of the most actual topics lately...
I' ve spent hours and hours searching for a satisfying answers, before posting a question! So did many of the others.
And it' s just not fair for us, to spend a few hours more answering the same questions, 'cose you don't bother to make a little efort!!!
YES! THERE ARE A FEW LINKS TO THE OFFICIAL FROYO UPDATE! For both, RUU and the "modified OTA"...
There are also instructions on how to install them...
As I' ve said, LOOK AT THE THREADS, POSTED JUST BEFORE THIS ONE...
P.S. After the update, whichever, your phone cannot be rooted again (at lest for now) and you cannot flash it again, 'cose you don't have ClockWork Recovery anymore... So either update your phone for good, or use the same version of custom ROM and obtain the possibility of modifying your system further.
Hi,
Im thinking of buying a S3 LTE (I9305) here in Sweden but I really like the Nexus 4 stock rom. I have seen that its possible to install a Vanilla Android rom on S3 LTE but will this work perfect? If not, what problems might I get?
asking questions in this section is against the rules.

First I would say the vanilla ROMs work OK but really the stock touchwiz offers so much more and better stable performance. Plus the Camera on Stock runs super great. In fact the video recording comes with stereo recording as opposed to vanilla doesn't
Sent from my GT-I9305 using xda premium
You can also run one of Samsung based ROMs, remove TW, install Nova Launcher or whatever you prefer, apply a theme like JB Domination, which is an AOSP like theme. There are also a couple of great kernels (Perseus, Boefla to name a few.) which offer so much more tweaking OC, O(U)V options then AOSP based ones.
I guess many of them having the same question including me ,when there will be one click rooting software will be coming for android 4.3 (.290)....If anyone having idea please do share with us ...thanks

Most likely this will NEVER happen. It is too difficult to find a root exploit and if there is an alternative solution there simply is no point for developers to waste their time on that.

And how does that change anything? Rooting 4.4 will most likely be achieved in exactly the same way. So you might as well get root now and then just flash a prerooted version once 4.4 comes out.
One click rooting solutions are provided only when an exploit is found in a firmware. The newer the firmware the harder they are to find, that's why its easier to just use an already discovered one in lower firmware version by downgrading.

Why look for an exploit in 4.3 when most of us will be upgrading to 4.4 within the next 2 months. alot of work looking for an exploit in what is really a temporary firmware for us and could very well be patched up in 4.4, like 4.2 to 4.3 was.
May as well wait for 4.4 and then look for the exploit
Since the moderator closed my thread without even reading what I wrote, as if a bot or something, let me try again....
Can anyone recommend an Android 4.4x ROM that works rooted, and works with the latest TWRP?
I want all the basic features to work. I read that Viper won't work with the compass with changing the kernel, and Bad Boyz Sprint ONE ROMz won't work with the latest TWRP.
I don't want to install 20 different ROMs and test each when other people already did that already, that's the whole point of the internet.
Sorry but I saw your last thread and he was right to close it. Roms can't be recommended. Isn't a written rule but it's common courtesy. To recommend a Rom is to say that one Rom is better than another. Do you understand what I mean

Yet here you are posting the same again.
Now you are breaking XDA rule by spamming the forum.
(please take note of rule 7 and now 2.3)
So let me reiterate.
No Best Rom request threads.
Why? You ask.
This is a forum for development
This IS NOT a forum for comparison.
If this thread were open for long enough, you would end up with fighting between users that feel the rom they use is the best.
~Hence, no straight answer
~Hence, you end up trying several
~Hence, you realize, the mod you ignored has much wisdom
so ends the lesson of why we close these threads.
Thank you

I have been using 'Q' for about a month after previously testing A.R.I.S.E. I am very happy with Xperience on my Nexus 6!
will this work on 7.1.1?
@narithlot updated OP "6.x.x and above"
thanx
So where exactly is the download link for this sound mod? I sure can't find it. It's like a wild goose chase.
@Thunderbolt69
yo, X version is unreleased. And as mentioned in OP, X version will only work on top of R or Q version which have been released in the official thread. You might aswell go to the official thread & test them out since you will need them anyways. Meanwhile I need to support many more devices for X version. I've probably made this thread abit too early, I guess it's good for the hype

It doesn't work on this thread click to the main thread at the top open post also make sure to be on PC the app will only download the jpg. On PC the other thread will open up to zips from Android file host. I will say it should be explained better the q3 is the one to get for Shamu on some ROMs it does seem to clear the sound up I feel like it optimized the appsidk I'm new to this.
