Re flash rom you won't loose anything

reflash would solve the problem, but really the problem I have is that in the original version does a sound effect. in v2 I can not choose the sound effect Urbeats I know how to reinstall the audio mod beats or SRS

How to uninstall beats audio???

Hi i've intalled beats audio i think from play store... But there's no difference in audio output...i'm using cm7 with boype's kernel..now my dsp manager is also not working... what to do now??

On boypes thread is a beats audio remover try it but im not dont knowbif it work try

Use another music tweaking app lile volume+. It will overide Beats audio as long as you keep it on.

Just reflash the rom without wipes...

I am on latest Ultrasound Rom v30B V2 ICS. How can I enable the Beats Audio App?
I did not find the it on the app drawer.

i believe it is already enabled

I think he only installed the libs not the app

Beatsaudio is not an app in Ultrasound ROM. It is the beatsaudio lib, and it is installed and enabled in default.
You mistake it with the Beatsaudio apk in Google Play where you can enable or disable it.

[Q][Help] AC!D sound engine

if the ACID sound engine supports galaxy mini?
the problem I've tried but my galaxy mini does not want to go to the start menu just in boot animation
I tried to wipe dalvik cache but can't fix this problem . anyone can tell me how should I do ?

Have issue too..
Also me, I have a trouble after flashing AC!D Engine on my SGM. booting success but all sound replaced with noise like radio loss signal. it's including ringtone.. :crying:
i try with V4 and V5 the issue is same.
I'm using TouchWiz V5 ROM by A_U
any suggestion?

I think the problem is ClearAudio+, or Beats Audio. Try logging with ADB and see if there is any memory map problems.

Yep, same problem like ClearAudio+ or Beats Audio. Also, JB 4.2.1 isn't supported by AC!D Team (just like folks at AC!D FB Page says).

Thank's F4uzan... now removing AC!D from my TouchWiz. reset back and using APOLLO and DSP MAnager. the sound so great..

[Q] DSP Manager

Hey,
is there a way to replace the Stock Equalizer with DSP Manger?
And please don't post things like " Install App " it's not only the App to install.
PureXAudio is not the same, It's only working with Walkman app and not Play Music (Google) and I don't like the Sound Quality.

To get DSP working you need to edit the audio_effects.conf file in system/etc plus a few libs.
I suggest you take a CM10.1 zip file from fxp/cm and extract the neccessary libs from the respective folders

I just flashed KingBeatz audio mod from the one XL forums and it worked fine for me besides audio, kernel side sound fixed that though. Try it yourself, nand backup first though. Delete the sound enhancement APK from sony with root uninstaller (Free, market) to force dsp as default.

Thanks guys, I will give both of them a try.
I tried CM10.1 from FXP but the bass is really horrible to compare my Arc with CM9 from FXP.
Then I tried Paranoidandroid it was a bit better then the CM and PureXAudio.
So I hope I find a way to move the lib and config files from my Arc DSP to Z DSP.
