I like my current stock firmware but wanna flash a custom ROM. I'd like Sense 4 or 5, good battery life, and speed.

Is there there any better roms than the stock 2.3 in overall perfomence stability and etc?
the stock is very stable and fast so i just want it a costum rom that it better than the stock.

as you see my quastion different from the other guy, he ask for the best, I asks for a rom that is better than the stock.
And insted for writing this, just give me your opinion.

all custom roms are better than stock...because of more options...stock alike or themed...if custom roms are not better...why are custom roms for each phone...or...? or if customs roms are not better why xda...ahh..sorry really please don´t hate me for what i wrote...but custom roms should really better than stock roms...because most custom roms have some hidden features activated or ported from other phone...etc...etc...etc... (eg..see my rom...with original Bliss style..and better main widget...better kernel...etc) ...but its always your choice...and your thinking about warrenty...

I just want a rom faster and with more battery life,(dont care about extra opinions) as long the phone has no problem like the stock.
I use the Total Senseless ROM, amazing ROM and great battery life, but that's only if you want to run ICS

If you want LONG BATTERY LIFE, Stock rom is ok, but if you want to try any of this 3, i prefer Tonyp CM10.1, its my daily driver and its awsome battery is ok, ParanoidAndroid its also good, but its cm10, i haven't tried MIUI,
MIUI has huuge battery drain
tony p.'s cm 10.1 is okay but there are still some small bugs (it's a custom rom and they will never be as stable as stock)
i would recommend tony p.'s rom
Stock ROM isn't option because for my phone stock ROM was 2.2 and that newer versions look way cooler.
I found that CAMPS ROM might check that one out.
I think the best way for you is test the Roms out. I use P.A.C.-Man Rom, its okay. That have from all Roms includet.
Hi! Right now i'm using stock, i am pretty happy with it smoothness is good and battery life is around 4-5 hours of SOT with undeclock at 1ghz. I want to try some kitkat based aosp custom roms, but i don't know how good they are. I only tried android 5.0 but the battery was draining fast, so... with AOSP roms i will get better smoothness and battery life? I'd like to try them all but i don't have time and a working computer. What rom do you recommend?

Which is best rom with Best Battery life and not having any touch freezing problem.

hey dude...i recommend I HACKER'S rom cause it's very good at battery life and ram management...And from stock roms 5.1.1 is the best..it's smooth stylish and has the best camera quality and battery life...

Stock 5.1.1 is the best right now. Latest version and very stable. Great battery life too. I used to flash a lot of custom ROMs, but now stock with root seems good enough
I downgraded from 5.1.2 to 4.4.4 108 and am having a lot of fun
The phome is more responsive
More stable
Better battery life
Better camera quality
Less bugs
More mods and tweaks
The only cons is its not smooth like android lollipop
If u didnt use lollipop before, u wont notice the little stutter on kitkat
I use 5.0 stock rom. Its smooth everything is fine. But camera is not much clear and bettery life is around 4 to 5 hours.. What is yous bettery life??

You need to use any ROM for at least a week for battery stats to stabilize. After 1 week, you'll get battery backup better than stock.

Is ancient 3.9 rom a good one ??
Yes. It's amazing. Actually, all the ROMs I used were amazing. Good battery backup and great performance
I would suggest to flash Ancient 4.0 though.

There is one version of Ancient 4.0
(black caps based kernel)

Black caps kernel is for better performance
