Hello,
I my country use 900 / 2100 Mhz for 3G. When I got phone it was working I guess with only 2100 Mhz but it was draining battery way too quickly.
I tried to use *#*#4636#*#* and selected US then AUS2 bands. That was stupid. Problem is that now I get ONLY GSM EDGE and can't get it back to default settings. I tried everything. What can I do about that?
Actually I have had similar problems with Atrix 4G. Then I lost all connections. GSM and everything else. Reflashing stock firmware with RSD helped.
Is there any safe solution for me now?
Flashing different ROMs with CWM doesn't help.
I need GSM 900, GSM 1800
UMTS 900, UMTS 2100
Lack of UMTS 900 would be fine too. At least how can I get back to stock settings?
I hope you guys can help me. Thank you!
You could try re-flashing the radio itself from one of the stock roms in adb mode.
Thanks for reply!
Do you know where to get stock radio file?
Sorry for stupid question but I'm not sure about that.
Is it NON-HLOS.bin what should I flash?
Maybe I can use file from? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2233871
Is this right thing to do? Or I have to use ADB? If so please let me know how should I flash right stock radio..
Install Alternate Radio
Reboot into fastboot
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin

I'm sorry for simple questions.
Thanks!
Link to zip files: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/dinara/list.php
If you have a Windows machine do this:
1) install the adb/fastboot files to a single directory on my computer;
2) place the NON-HLOS.bin file in the adb/fastboot directory from step 1;
3) open a command prompt window as an administrator;
4) install the Motorola USB drivers and connect my booted phone with USB debugging enabled;
5) from the command line, type "adb reboot bootloader" and press the enter key to get my phone into AP Fastboot Flash mode;
6) from the command line, type "fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin" and press enter; and
7) reboot the phone and check to made sure my baseband now says "QUINARA_BP_100740.081.65.05P".
If I want to flash back to the stock Bell baseband, I assume I would substitute the Mexico NON-HLOS.bin file for the Bell file.
Thanks for reply. I did that but it doesn't help. I'm sure that I flashed successfuly.
I used radio from 7.7.1Q-144_MB886_MR1-22_SIGNED_CFC.xml.zip.
Is it safe to try radio from other ROM if my atrix is from AT&T? Maybe Bell Canada?
Or other suggestions?
Also my battery are dying very fast and Atrix is getting little bit warm even if I'm not using it. :/
Edit:
Looks like RSD is my only choice. Saw topic here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183369
Is it safe to use RSD to flash MB886_att-user-4.1.1-9.8.0Q-97_MB886_FFW-20-27-release-keys-ATT-US_BuildA.xml.zip if I have unlocked bootloader?
Someone know differece between (from http://sbf.droid-developers.org/dinara/list.php)
7.7.1Q-115_MB886_FFW-14_SIGNED_CFC.xml.zip
7.7.1Q-144_MB886_MR1-22_SIGNED_CFC.xml.zip
MB886_att-user-4.1.1-9.8.0Q-97_MB886_FFW-20-27-release-keys-ATT-US_BuildA.xml.zip?
I have AT&T phone.

Hi, All
I have the USA GSM version of the Nexus one which I bought when it was first released. I was wondering if the UK Vodafone version of the Nexus One has a different better radio for the UK & if I can update it on my stock Froyo FRF91.
Also if I can manually install the UK version of the radio, were can I download it from.
I would appreciate a response.
Many Thanks
JAW$
If you've updated through OTA then you'll be on the most recent radio. If you've updated using the stock rom without the radio update then:
1) Install Nexus one USB drivers and SDK/ADB using this guide.
2) Download this and place in the tools folder of the above package.
3) Power off the phone then hold the volume down button while booting to access the bootloader (With your N1 connected to your computer via USB).
4) Open up a command prompt and cd to the tools folder previously mentioned.
5) Making sure that the bootloader states 'Fastboot USB' in red at the top, type fastboot flash radio radio-4.06.00.12_7.img (Do not touch your phone at this point, it should NOT be interrupted).
6) Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to confirm, choose reboot and you should be on the latest radio image.

Thanks for your response
This is the version of the radio 4.06.00.12_7 I have installed, but I keep having signal loss during calls.
Before I did the FRF91 Manual stock update, my calls where fine. What else can I do.
I would appreciate your help.
Thanks

You can use this guide to downgrade to 2.1 then back to a lower build of Froyo or remain on 2.1. Good luck

What is the baseband in your phone? Modems can be flashed in fastboot mode.
There was an update to the stock ATT 4.1.1 ROM which included some modem updates. It also appears to have made some other system changes, possibly to accomodate the KK bootloader. Many AHD users flashed back to stock ATT 4.1.1, took the update, and restored from a nandroid backup.
Official AHD firmware is here: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=7
You can download the firmware, extract the modem, and flash it.
I assume you have a Windows machine.
1) install the adb/fastboot files to a single directory;
2) place the NON-HLOS.bin file in the adb/fastboot directory from step 1;
3) open a command prompt window as an administrator;
4) install the Motorola USB drivers and connect your booted phone with USB debugging enabled;
5) from the command line, type "adb reboot bootloader" and press the enter key to get my phone into AP Fastboot Flash mode;
6) from the command line, type "fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin" and press enter.
Atrix HD detecting as a qinara s driver
HI,
When I plug my atrix HD in to the PC, it detecting as a qinara s driver.
My questions is how can I install stock OS in this device and where can i found this qinara s driver for windows 7 32 bit?
Have you tried using Myth Tools? It's a Windows-based program that has a lot of automated features.

Hello everyone...this is my first thread on xda. I'm trying to flash a new kdz for my phone since I think I broke the wifi and cellular radio firmware through all of my haphazard flashing. The only problem is I cannot get my phone to enter fastboot using the adb command or the key combo (volume-up + usb cable in). I want to try and flash back my laf.img ....but without fastboot I'm honestly pretty lost. Any thoughts?

Thanks, but I have read over this thread pretty thoroughly. I couldn't find any resolution to my problem in it...unless I missed something. This thread tells you how to enable fastboot, and revert to lg download mode using fastboot. I used this thread back when I originally enabled fastboot and zeroed out my laf. However, I can't access fastboot at all to even revert my laf partition now. I even tried shinobisoft's l90.sh script to see if that would reinstall fastboot or get it working again....and it didn't in my case.
I guess another question would be...can I revert my laf.img using some method other than fastboot (since I can't access it).
Solved???
Well I was able to get into lg download mode somehow. I left the phone on over night and let the battery drain to zero. Then I tried the key combo to get it into download mode and it went right in.....which is really weird because it should have gone into fastboot since I zeroed out my laf a while ago. But whatever, I was able to flash a new kdz and get my wifi and cellular antennas working again so I'm not complaining.
Well I tried installing Titan Rom and then had to update the bootloader.
While fastboot didn't recognize my phone when i typed "adb devices" it still said it was connected, so I gave it a shot with the following instructions here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/general/bootloader-update-t3060007
So I noticed that it erases modem 1 and 2.
I have wifi, but no network for my carrier to make calls or receive data.
My backup didn't reset the modem either. Phone is back to the way it was saved during TWRP backup, except for the modems/network.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

I'm not sure what model of Moto G you have, but for the data problem, you'll have to input your API settings. Flashing will usually wipe them out. Go to Settings, More (under Wireless & Networks at the top), Cellular Networks, Access Point Names. There you should see your carrier. When you click on it, it will open and here you will need the settings for your carrier. If you give me your carrier, maybe I can tell you what to input or someone else here will surely have the same carrier.
Going back one step, where you see Network Operators, click on that and see if your operator comes up. If so, that may fix the phone problem when you select the carrier.
you probably flash the wrong ''modem NON-HLOS.bin'' file.
did you notes that in the download folder have 5 folder one for it device model?
Did you download the one for your's device exactly model?
If so it may be wrong...
Find a XML ROM of yours exactly device and flash again the ''modem NON-HLOS.bin''
to find the ROM search here
Use this commands but with the right file.
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
modemst1 and 2 is only erasing the temp stats of modem not erase the modem files.
I've Redmi 10 Prime, I fiddled with the settings in *#*#4636#*#* and the phone is not able to connect to 4G network, works only in 2G mode, on setting to 4Gor 3G, signal comes after few mins on 3G but nothing works. I tried everything, reset to factory mode, installed new ROM, unlocked the bootloader and tried the command "fastboot erase modemst1" and "fastboot erase modemst2", both commands fail and after reboot still on 2G.
I've a friend who has a Redmi 10 Prime, and I tried my SIM in his phone and it worked fine, so there is something wrong with the modern setting in my phone.
Can I use his phone to extract the modern file and install on my phone, please advise how to do this.
Thanks
