Anyone find an answer for this? Mine started doing this today too.
Do you have an SD card? If so eject it and see if the message goes away.

Thanks, I'll give that ago. It is intermittent though. It'd be nice if someone (dev wise) knew definitively what causes these popups though

In my case it was because I had a chip-card too close to my phones NFC-chip.. Didn't even know it was turned on, on the phone

Agreed. The error is something to do with the NFC-Chip. If you have a credit card or anything similar the NFC-chip inside your phone case, it will try to read it but it can't, which makes the error message. I had to take out my metro card between my case and my phone and the error stopped.

Hey, I installed 2.2 according to instructions. Everything from 2.2 works except for flash. Every time I boot up the phone the first message I get says "Sorry! Process system is not responding" and I have the option to force close or wait. Can anyone help me?
Did you install Flash?

Thank you! Man I feel stupid. I thought it came pre-installed and saw no one talking about downloading it. Any idea why I'm getting an error message on start up? Or is it normal?

That's not happening on mine, so I'd say it's not normal.
Side note...what website are you guys trying to test out Flash?
^ isnt that the message you get when you try and do crap with the phone before it has finished booting all the way up?
I played some games on armor games... it was okay. Flash is still in beta and I dont think its hardware accelerated yet (like some others are saying)

Try miniclip.com, you can play the games that were previewed on the video from adobe plus loads more.

I've rebooted it a few times and left it alone and I still get the message. I've also tried repeating the installation steps and that didn't fix it either. If I click force close or wait the phone continues to work and it doesn't pop up again, but it's a bit annoying.
I watched top ten plays on ESPN.com and I was really impressed
How do i keep all the motocast bs from poping up on my computer everytime i connect the two? It install's itself everytime and it drives me nuts
I am afraid this is from the driver. It is a pain whenever I am using Windows. Thankfully, it does not happen on Linux.

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about try this, it worked for me.
Next time you plug in your phone you should see an icon down in your taskbar that looks like a phone with a red dot in the lower right corner of it.
If you right click on that icon you'll get a popup menu that says "when device connects >" that'll take you to a second menu letting you set what happens. I chose the bottom option of "do nothing"
See if that solves the problem.
Thanks. I actually found the answer to my question the day before this thread was answered

Hey everyone,
I'm getting this error when I try to switch on my LG 4XHD.
"Security Error
Error !!! Read morningcall"
To give you a background, I actually happened to drop my phone on a very rough and uneven concrete surface, screen-first. This developed cracks on the glass, but everything else was perfectly normal (the touch sensitivity, screen, camera, etc.) so I stopped using the phone and removed the SIM card until I could get the glass replaced. But a few days ago I switched it on (without the SIM card) just to make sure everything was still OK and also turned on the WiFi. I then went into Google Chrome and tried to open google.com, but my phone hung up, so I had to remove the battery and start the phone again, and that is when I started getting this error. Since then I've been getting this error whenever I try to switch on the phone and it does'nt get past that, not even allowing me to switch it off.
There is a lot of important data in the internal storage of which I would like to take a backup before doing anything.
Can someone please help me fix my phone?
Thanks a lot for your help in advance...

One more thing that happened before it hung up is that Whatsapp gave an error saying the date was incorrect and also the Onavo data monitoring app said I used up 325% of 3G my data. Just wanted to mention these in case there are any known bugs related to these.

Can someone please at least help me take a back of my files in the internal storage when the phone is in this condition?
I think you would not be able to make any backup now ( I personally had this morning call problem as well but it was because of some other problems) the only thing that you can do is restart in software update mode and re flash with LG Flash Tool. You can find the thread named under "Rollback to ICS by SnXo.
I hope it can help you and don't forget to thank him for his post.

Hi there,
I just noticed that on my Z3+ I have got a warning saying 'network may be monitored'. Once I click that I get "This device is managed by null"
My question is does anyone else have the same warning and if I should be worried ??
Thanks
I got that when I tried repairing my phone through the Sony Companion software. After seeing that, I just performed a normal factory reset and that went away. No clue what it is, but it's not there anymore.

Really? That's awfully strange. You're getting it in the pull down/notification drawer right? Mine was on the bottom of the shortcuts.
That's exactly where it is. I don't know if I should be worried incase my device it's actually monitored. It's says it's managed by null :/

Is the notification something serious ?? I tried to disabling the myxperia but still I seem to have it. It would take forever to do the PC repair and then to get all the apps back. I am just wondering if there is other way around it or I should just stop waring about it.

I'm thinking it's nothing to be worried... I wanted to do a reset bc phone has been a little inconsistent for me...also I'm OCD and hated seeing the words on drop down...
Z3+tapatalk
Imagine a thief holding your phone. 'Device may be monitored' is there to make him worried, not you ! Still you can deactivate the protection & then repair to get rid of it. But it's not worth the hassle IMO

Never looked at it that way. That will for sure make him give the phone back or at least try to return it. :good:
I had this on my Z4 Tablet too.
The fix is to factory reset the device and set up the Google account AFTER the initial setup wizard, not during.

I get the same message on my Moto X 2013, whenever I connect to a VPN. I think it's a 5.0 thing.
I get that too...

I've heard it has something to do with myXperia.... I've also heard of factory resets fixing it...
People ... You get this message after installing a custom CA certificate, eg. the one of the company you work for. Do you use WiFi with certificates or VPN? Then you've installed a custom CA certificate.
Just used Sony PC Companion to update to 28.0.A.8.251 and it fixed this and didn't loose any of my settings/data.
I had used My Xperia in the past and but had turned it off before updating.
I don't know if it is fixed in the update, or just the process of updating with my xperia turned off reset whatever was causing it to show.
Hi All
Ever since the last update end of July I have been getting the transparent pop up in the middle of my screen "Failed sending messages (Error: General Error)" its on random times, not even sending a msg. I have cleared cache partion
And also done a factory restore.
this is at complete random times even when im on the home screen, the note still works as normal too, or rather i haven't had any other issues yet, apart from that pop up.
I can't find anything or what apps causing the issue.
If anyone can assist would be awesome.
TIA

I've had the same issue on my unlocked Note 8 with T-Mobile service in southern California. Prior to this, I used to get some other error (I think it was regarding connection) but neither error notification appears to affect the phone's performance.
