Hi All,
Good day! My hTC One has an issue with calling as I can't hear anything at all (Even the phone ring) as well as the recipient but it works fine with Skype/Viber/WeChat (Able to communicate with these software), etc.
I guess this might not be a problem with the hardware so what should I do? I have been flash different ROM and Radio but it wont help at all. Any suggestion here please?
Unit details:
hTC One 801n
Unlocked and S-On
Viper 2.1 ROM 4.2.2
Thank you for assisting me here in advance.

Hello to everyone!
Before anything, i apologize if this is not the right forum where i must to post my issue.
I have one problem with my htc g1. If i'm listening music and i have one call, message incoming or email the sound go-out and i have to reboot my phone in order the sound become normal. Some one know anything 'bout my problem?
I have one g1 with cyanogenmod 4.0.4 rooted. I'm from Mexico, my company is telcel.
Thanks a lot!
Flash the latest radio again, I believe this causes the issue. Also you should have put this in the Q&A forum for future purposes.
Hi,
I have problems with Stock ROM, hope someone can help.
I was using with a GSM(2G-EDGE) SIM card with HTC M7, but the voice quality of voice call is not good, the voice sometime loud and low, and sometime unstable.(With full bars of signal)
And I tried to replaced with a 4G-LTE SIM card to test, and there were NO any problem with voice call.
But, If I try to change settings with a 4G SIM card, force it to run with GSM network, the voice quality problem happens again.
Could anyone tell me, is this a general reception problem for all M7 device? Or this is just my personal device problem? I have sent my device to HTC for repair, and they have replaced the receiver in the phone, the problem has little bit improved, but not good enough.(Compare with HTC ONE X)
Hope someone can help.
Thanks.
Regards
Hope someone can help
Anyone can help?
Hello all,
I've installed Maximus HD ROM in my mom's HTC One M7. Everything seems to work fine except the voice calls: there's a rather annoying echo, that is you can hear yourself speaking when you talk to someone on the phone. I ran a few searches in HTC M7 forums and browsed the device's call settings trying to find a possible solution or settings that could cause this, but alas haven't found anything.
Is this a ROM issue? Does anyone have any idea how this could be resolved?
Any help would be much appreciated!
i have strange problem with my phone. Sometimes during call my speaker doesn't work. I have to restart the phone and then eveyrthing is fine but it is quite annoying.
it must be something software related...
phone is s-off,
hboot 2.49.0000
radio:-u3.15.3509.12 / 1237.28.35.051
thanks!
Hi all,
This is a first time for me but any help greatly appreciated. Recently acquired a M7 which was on stock 5.02, the phone receives data but can't make or receive calls as there is no network connection. The phone simply won't connect to make calls via GSM.
I have rooted and unlocked and installed a new ROM in the hope that would solve the problem, however my attempts thus far have all failed. I see a number of similar post which dont offer any clear solution I am considering flashing a new radio to see if that helps.
Does anyone have any idea of what I might consider trying??? This is driving me nuts.

I am considering sending the phone to check the antenna but that doesn't seem to make sense as I am getting the data connection.
I can add build data if that helps
