Do you have all the drivers on your pc...( I assumed you are rooted...what do you mean by delete home screen...did you mean you removed the only launcher?)....if you have twerp installed, an easy fix would be to boot into twerp mount usb, download a launcher from your pc (nova, apex)then copy it on to your device's virtual sdcard...afterwards go to twerp's built in file manager and copy that launcher all to system/app....afterwards fix permission and reboot............I however doubt that removing the launcher would cause an error that far, but would at least reach the kindle 's lockscreen.

[Q] KFHD 7" stuck in boot loop HELP!

Hey guys,
So, I'm a noob here and I think I messed up badly. I had my kindle rooted and was attempting to install CyanogenMod using an app called fire flash as I was instructed. Now my kindle is stuck in a boot loop. The Kindle Fire logo is not animated and disappears and comes back... over and over again. I was originally trying to get CyanogenMod through a guide on Gizmodo but was experiencing some problems and decided to try the fire flash route. Does anyone have any info on how to fix the boot loop problem I'm facing?
Thank you!

Depends on what you did. Check my thread, and see what you did wrong. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2271909
If you can access TWRP, and made a Nandroid backup, then reboot into TWRP and restore. Otherwise, if you can enter fastboot, then refer to number 4 in that thread.
Same Boat
Hey I ran into a similar situation, my logo is exactly as you described. Tomorrow I'm going to order a Fastboot cable, and hopefully be able to use that to flash a working bootloader. If anyone has any more updates on this situation, it would be greatly appreciated

HELP !!! Kindle connection goes undetected. (No ding sound, no device manger entry)

History:
1. I successfully rooted my Kindle Fire HD a month ago. Two days back when I tried to install Nova launcher, something got screwed up, and
it got stuck in the nova luncher loop, after a hard reset it got stuck at yellow kindle fire logo.
2. I tried to correct it via KindleFireFirstAide utility via option 3. Completely restore KFHD 7 7.2.3 <fastboot>
Everything was going fine until my internet got disconnected during the system.bin download.
Now it is stuck at Kindle fire system recovery, which comes after a kindle fire(yellow) then kindle fire(blue) logo.
Reboot your kindle
Reset to factory defaults, wont help and keep repeating after every boot up.
Moreover, neither windows nor ubuntu live detecting the kindle usb connection ( no ding sound, no device manger information)
I think the usb utility in kindle is gone.
How can I get the kindle working back again?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Is it stuck there or can you pick an option because I would save myself the grief and just reset it.

Good news,
I got a samsung chinese usb cable, done the factory cable tweak and connected it with kindle.
And TADA!!! got into fastmode, restored from backup via KindleFireFirstAide utility.
NOw its running the stock operating system.

[Q] Stuck at Recovery Loop

Ok, don’t know there to Start. I tried to install a custom rom on my Kindle Fire HD7. I can’t remember any details what I did back ago, cuz I just wanted to wait for my factory cable in hope everything will be ok then. So I have the cable now and its showing the fast boot logo. Also in my Device Manager stands Kindle Fire HD, so I think that’s a good thing. I installed everything, I have the Kindle Fire First Aide package and its running. I used the option to Completely Restore the Kindle Fire HD. It did something so now the status from my kindle is the Recovery Loop when I start it without any cable plugged in. I rly don’t now where to go from here on.
So sry for any mistakes in my Text.
A replay in German would be great but it’s not a must.
Thx in Forward

[Q] How to get custom rom onto device?

I'm finding it somewhat impossible to install a custom ROM on this currently useless device.
It is a Kindle Fire HD 7" (not the new HDX)
Installing Kindle Fire HD 7" 2nd-Bootloader + TWRP Complete Tutorial
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2271909
- Already tried it and the tablet goes into a bootloop once I restart, have to use factory cable to restore, apparently it doesn't work if your 7.30 or above
- Kindle Fire First Aid
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2096888
I tried this to downgrade it to 7.2.1 but once completed the tablet said it cant boot and has to do a restore, then it goes back to 7.30. There is a 7.2.3 option too but I never tried it.
I don't know what to do all I want is to get rid of this stupid crap rom but if I can't I'll just have to use a launcher... any ideas?
When you boot looped did the kindle fire logo turn blue?
The first link should work fine for installing twrp the issue with 7.3 is the boot loader and the entire reason you install the freedom boot part.
It should install twrp and at the same time most likely boot loop your device.
Just try using the key combo if twrp doesn't automatically load.
After installing twrp you need to already have a rom on your sd card and to immediately install it.
I would recommend to try the first link again.

Yessir I already tried it 2 times. First is when I first got my Kindle and had to wait a month for a fast boot cable. I tried again but still boot loops again on the Kindle Fire logo, really frusterating.

What version is your stock software? If you have the new refresh of the KFireHD (2013) then the 2nd bootloader exploit wont work for you.

Kindle Fire HD TWRP logo bootloop

Hey guys. Awhile back I installed cyanogenmod onto my parents kindle fire hd in order to give them a speedier experience since the stock rom was starting to get slow. It worked great! until my mom decided she did not like this OS anymore and tried formatting the device from within the OS. Now whenever I try to boot it up, it shows the red fire logo and then the blue fire logo but then goes into the TWRP loading screen. Here, it just keeps flashing the TWRP logo and won't let me do anything. The adb status is offline. I tried using the unbrick utility to no avail. Any suggestions?

You're going to need a fastboot cable. You can find them on eBay. Once you have that, you can push a new recovery image and rom to the kindle and flash it. Then tell your mom to read up on this site before tweaking!
