There isn't an RUU, you'll have to use a Nandroid or Mike's stock ROM

I have a htc one m7 on 24 month contract with three uk and I am having a issue with the camera so I want to return the phone to be fixed or replaced. The problem is I can't find a suitable ruu for three uk for the htc one and I want to return to stock with stock recovery. If somebody knows were I can find the ruu it would be much appreciated.

there is no ruu for your phone version, only nandroid backups or guru reset rom

Look at the lollipop ruu collection thread (sticky in the general section). Flash the telus ruu using instruction of post #1. You'll maybe have to follow the guide at the end of post #2 (hard to tell since your version-main is blank).

Already try both of this RUU but always end with "error 12" using HTC_ fastboot. I think im using the wrong RUU.
