You need to use the magic wand included with the phone for that
Unless the 'HD' has bluetooth or wifi it aint gonna work

Best Music App

Which is the best music app, according to you.
Am using Ubermusic and its nice, is there anything better?

I have used almost all if not all, and I always go back to playerpro. It is paid, but if you don't like to buy stuff it's on 4shared.

i'll second player pro
power amp was annoying to deal with and i also didn't care for winamp
imo you dont need another 3rd party app for music the stock application is simple and works great

My favorite: MIUI Music - because of the FLAC support and the interface.
Second: Ubermusic with Metro skin. Because it looks nice and it's very functional, though it lacks FLAC support.

Does the download music within the player work for you at all? It always tells me server busy or not available or some shiz.

I used to love the sense one, then I switched to double twist, but now with the new Google music stuff I use the google music app.

I like 7digital. It lets me download and I have controls on my Monster Clarity Bluetooth speaker that let me change the song and stuff. Also nice download speed on 7digital.

I saw the stock CM10 PLAYER known as the Apollo Music Player....... And I could not find it in the store...... So my question is... Is it compatible with our device or is just CM10 exclusive?

I didn't use too much music player on JB, mostly stock. When I was on GB I liked PowerAmp (I like dark minimal, and with it I could set it up to see just seek bar + name of the song and some small things, rest of the screen was black ) And it has good equilizer.

search for "mort music player"

It's cm exclusive, u can use Google Play Music, it's pretty much the same, if u still want Apollo try with the .apk file

Yep, right now i'm using it. What i like of it is that even when my phone is pattern locked, it still shows the media buttons and song name as the album art
Oh and i didn't know that could expand the notification. Lol :3 But it's very cool and free.

I don't know if you're still looking for an app to use, but I absolutely love goneMAD music player.
This is the trial of it. The unlocker costs $4, but it is by far the best, most simply designed, and feature packed. It even has native tasker support! I've been speaking with the dev and he's looking into find lyric searching and lyric viewing. I really love this app.

Hi i am having troble with tv catch up on my device but it work on my tablet and its also android 4.1.2
I am using speeddroid rom
And my dpi is 130

try changing your dpi to stock (160) then use other video player like Vplayer its free from Play store...

I tried but still didn't work (i clear data and uninstall and install)
And you cant use vplayer for tv catchup(its a online tv streaming app)
Try installing this in your mobile

Doesn't work for me until I use stock Rom for dune reason it doesn't like custom roms I tried film on but still the same results

I doesn't work because you have root! i had an app wich i could watch tv with and it didn't work either you need to open the supersu app and temporary disable root!

same i think its cos we is using custom rom ill tr5y going into build.prop and stealing things from stock rom and report if it works

[Q] notifications dont play over bluetooth?

Hi all...just like the title says, I can listen to music through my Bluetooth car stereo, but notifications don't play over the Bluetooth...I know its not a setting on my stereo because it worked fine with my galaxy s3....im running viper rom, s-off etc....I liked before when I had the galaxy s3 because it would lower the music volume just a little when receiving a message....any ideas? or can it not be done with this phone?

Poweramp wont do anything...music plays fine...the problem is like when i get a text or something the notification sound doesnt play through the car stereo. This is the only phone ive ever had that it didnt work with...
