So I did a major mistake here. I had the liquid rom but it was so glitchy and all that nothin worked. so then i went to my cwm 6.0.2.8 recovery to delete cache and wipe data to flash the new rom but then it turns out the new rom I wanted to flash was incomplete and now my phone is completely blank now. Oh i am unlocked bootloader too. please help me guys! plus i now have a problem that it says (internal sd card) E: cant mount /sdcard/ and also android_secure is gone. I was able to flash a rom within my sdcard but it gets into a bootloop and wont boot up since of the internal sd card error.

I've been in the situation a couple of times all you need to do is fastboot flash back to stock using skeevydudes tutorial under general or use rsd lite

There is a section for going back to stock jelly bean with links to the different firmwares. I would suggest mexico retail it is the most bug free and has very little bloat. But if you've never read this post by skeevydude I was just read the whole initial post because it is extremely good to know all this information so that way you can fix anything that goes wrong software wise with your phone. If you have a more questions about it just let me know. Also there is a small section on how to regain root after you do this but your unlocked boot loader will not be affected.

For the /data wipe (not necessary for switching ROMs, just /system and factory reset) you need to fastboot to stock. Checked out that link, and I don't believe that is for fastbooting. That's for flashing a stock ROM via CWM, which won't do anything for you. You need to fastboot a real stock ROM (from the android sbf site) to fix this. And I would recommend flashing manually because I haven't used RSD and Myth always gave me problems.

EDIT: Took a sip of coffee, reskimmed that thread and it's the right one. My bad.

unzip the file, download the snapdragon fastboot file and put it in the same folder as the unzipped Mex retail then run these fastboot commands while the phone is hooked up to the computer and fastboot mode
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash devtree device_tree.bin
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot

Don't use the stock\SDK fastboot binary for flashing /
system.
An updated fastboot binary for Lin\Win\Mac can be found here on
the Batakang FTP from our local, neighborhood Mattlgroff.
Linux -- Rename the file to moto-fastboot and add it to a directory
in your $PATH -- Ubuntu\Debian users can just add it to ~/bin
(enabled by default)
Windows -- Rename the file to moto-fastboot and put it somewhere
handy...that's on you to decide.
that is second paragraph in the link and I double checked the link it is active.
when you download it there will be three folders just copy the files from the Mac folder and put them in your Mex retail file then everything should work fine.
let me know how it goes.
PS I keep this file setup on both my Linux and windows so that at anytime I can fix my phone and suggest that everybody who is flashaholic or developer do the same.

are you putting your phone into ap fastboot first
also does mac have any kind sudo, superuser or admin mode that you can try it in.
Yes of course I go to ap fastboot mode first prior to hooking it up to my mac and starting the process. And idk about the sudo or superuser but I'm sure there is administrator stuff for the mac

I'm running into thissue on linux ,with the latest version of fastboot., do you have any other ideas?
I had this issue before, but I can't remember how I fixed it... Maybe the fastboot.exe wasn't working good. You should try on a Windows computer. Install all the drivers, try with RSD, if it doesn't work, try manually with fastboot. If it doesn't work, maybe try with Myth Tools.
Can you install a custom recovery?
I just had the same issue. Fix was i used Mfastboot.exe instead and it worked
I grabbed motorola fastboot executable from https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/standalone/bootloader/recovery-images zip. I had to request an image and wait a day, then dig into the zip and find the linux fastboot executable. I was stuck in a bootloop and restoring with this method gives me a batwings logo, Spring logo and a working Photon Q!

so do I need to use a windows computer to use RSD or Mythtools? Recovery works by the way but i too am having problems with it. I can still flash roms but they stay in a bootloop no matter what. HELP!!!!!! I apreciate it. THANKS!
I'm having the same issues with installing Roms with Recovery. I've been trying both epinter's and skeevy's and I seem to not be getting good flashes no matter what. I had to use the fastboots back to stock at one point. If i do get one to install its really buggy, lots of FC and other issues which make it unusable. I'm pretty sure I've followed all instructions and I'm not sure if there's just something not quite right with this device or what. I guess I'll just make do with a rooted 4.1.1 stock experience for now.
Hey, when I'm flashing my firmware I write: fastboot rebootruu, then fastboot flash zip filename.zip but I get an error:

FIXED with htc_fastboot, not usually fastboot
I'm not sure what I did but I got my phone to a place where I can only get into fastboot mode.
Booting to recovery brings up a message that the boot/recovery partition is broken.
I've tried to boot into costom recovery using `fastboot boot <image>` with both TWRP and Orangefox.
The command returns an "Okay", the display changes from the bootloader menu to a screen with just the 1+ logo and "Fastboot Mode", then just hangs there.
From there fastboot is still available, but if I repeat `fastboot boot <image>` I get an error:
`FAILED (remote: 'Failed to load/authenticate boot image: Load Error')`
Flashing recovery with `fastboot flash recovery <image>` returns successfully, but I still get the broken recovery message when trying to boot into it.
I tried to reflash the system using both the newest rom and the downgrade rom (european) using:
`fastboot flash system <zip-file>`
This get me the error:
Code:

I also tried the lineage ROM and related recovery but it seems to have no effect.
I tried to change the slot, use different cables, different USB ports, and every possible permutation of these. Nothing seems to work.
Any input is appreciated.

What android version are you on?
What TWRP version are you using?
I checked the TWRP website and it does not list this device as a supported device, so where did you get the twrp to flash?
I would suggest changing different A/B slots and try to BOOT instead of flashing the recovery. Make sure to be on Android version 11.

I think you're on the nose about the android 11 thing (I'm on android 12 I believe), but it's just short of a solution.
The images I used for twrp are the unofficial ones for the opNord CE supplied on this forum. I had previously flashed them successfully but didn't realize they would not work after flashing newer software.
I managed to re-flash the stock recovery using the images here (extracted with payload_dumper). I'm trying to figure out which image to flash to which partition to also get the system partition working again as well.
