how can i change the ROM to thai language :pls help

hi friends,
i m new to android
i have a samsung Tab p1000 with arbic (middle east ) rom ..v2.23
i need to change the language to asian (thai language)ROM
can anybody give me the link to download thai ROM

there is a newer LI2, you can download here
use ODIN desktop to flash it.

I saw today on sammobile.com that a new 2.3.6 firmware was released: S6500DXXLK1
From what I can see it's from Turkey.
Has anyone flashed it yet?

Yes i did .. it's old build ( 2012 ) .. Crap , nothing new at all .. do not waste your time by flashing it ​

Hi, I did it
With VRoot works xD and now my device has been rooted.
Now we will wait for Custom ROMs for our GT-i8200L
