Anyway to automatically use note feature in dialer for all calls?

In the dialer there is the create note feature, wondering if it is possible to select it for every call in the call history and when calls are started and ended.

[Q] AOKP dialer phone issues

Anyone have issues with the dialer on AOKP milestone4? Whenever I try to call my voicemail and enter my password in quickly, the voicemail system doesn't recognize my inputs. Also, I've had the touch tones just cut out completely one time during a voicemail call. I had to end the call and redial.
Change the phone dialer with a new one...

Or try a reflash?
Try exdialer.

Enable audible notification/ vibration for incoming text while talking on the phone?

How do we enable notifications of incoming texts for when I am talking on the phone?
My other phones would make an audible beep and/or vibrate when I got an incoming text while I was talking on the phone and I think this option is a necessity.
My GF thinks I was blowing her off because of this new phone and I'm in the dog house.
Thanks in advance.

Stock is not great. I use Notify Pro.
If its a stock ROM, it may not have the feature to enable that. If its a custom ROM, it might. Stock or custom just go to sound in setting, and look for "vibrate on notification" and enable it.

Which texting app are you using? I'm very happy with 8sms. It has a setting for 'In call' notifications including sound and/or vibrate.

I just got the Moto X, so it's 100% stock.
Thank you for the suggestion of 8sms. Maybe I'll give it a shot. :fingers-crossed:
On the meantime, I was hoping I could enable the stock software to alert me of incoming texts while I am talking on the phone.
Thanks again.
Try using Volume Ace from play store.. Ll work definitely

Can Dialpad Tones be changed?

I know you can mute them, but can dialpad tones be changed? Could I replace the stock tone with another one by dropping it into the correct folder and setting permissions.
I've done this for notifications and ringtones, but can't figure how to do for dialtones
Thanks
As in the tones made when dialing a number you're calling? If so, no. Those tones are used to identify each number being dialed.
Haha, one of the many reasons I dumped Samsung for the Nexus 6 was to get rid of the dripping water tones for the real DTMF tones of the Nexus.

Samsung put sounds over the dtmf tones? Interesting... Don't want it but still interesting.

It sends the DTMF tones to make the call of course, but when you dial a number, each digit makes the same drip-drip sound. It drove me crazy so I immediately turned it off.

I think he means the audible noise made when pressing the keys, not DTMF.

Yep - the audible tones you hear when tapping the numbers...a tapping sound like the keyboard has is what I would like

They basically muted the DTMF and linked to screen touch sounds even when dialing.

(HELP) No call barring option in the phone app

This might come as a very silly question to you guys, but I can't find a option to block all incoming calls aka call barring in my phones app of all the custom roms. The app in question is com.dialer.android and version 19.0.
Help would be much appreciated as I really need this option.
Any workaround is also welcome. I just need to block incoming calls while my 4G stays on.
No not a silly question. Which ROM you are using? go to Phone dialer > settings > call blocking > choose which ones to block.
I am using same dialer on Havoc OS 2.9 and i have this settings.
