[Q] Which JB ROM for Daily driver?

Thread title asks it all?
I used original 2.3.3 rom from samsung for about 1 and half years and it is rooted and cwm enabled
my question is which Jelly bean rom should i choose for my daily driver

I can only advise using ICS and let the JB ROMs mature a bit first...

I think u should use CM9 RC02 at the moment and let CM Team working on CM10...there are no nightlys right now, only a CM10 unofficial version from pawitp. For JB testing ok and for some users its a daily driver but let CM cru work ;-)

I'm using TAJB ROM beta, it's fine for daily use.

Slim bean. Super fast, super small and very stable. If you don't like the DPI like me, you can just change it to 240 or whatever.

Im currently using TAJB rom V6 and it can be used as a daily driver. But if your into heavy customizations, you can wait for a few days until a stable build comes out

Hmm.. This is the only JB rom I have not tried.
Better give it a chance I spose. Hope it's awesomer than than the one I have currently!

I've been using [ROM GNEXUS PORT] jro03c 4.1.1 beta 4 [oficial jelly bean stock rom] - installed it yesterday....it's a little bit sluggish for my taste, but I guess it'll get better with time. in terms of usability it's stable enough for daily use. I've installed it on a Samsung Galaxy S I9000 and I was coming from Cyanogen 10

Try CM10
I strongly suggest CM10 Alpha. The latest build is really fast and it's being updated very regularly and new features are being added everyday.

Why use torrents?
Well simply it saves developers either having to mirror there ROM's across a range of file sites in order to give a good download speed. You don't have to 'wait 60 seconds before downloading' and with a good amount of seeders you can get MUCH faster download speeds.
Plus you can pause downloads, pretty much prevent file corruption on download.
And the best part if you can help your favourite developers out by seeding their work!

I'd love to see PA, official AOKP, official PAC and others being hosted on goo.im to be added to this, since goo sometimes is terrible slow.

Yes I am moving through the forums asking developers etc so I will get to the orginal shortly once I have everyones permission I will sort torrents and then start keeping them up dated, right now they are more of a place holder for me to remember who is happy for me to do it, you should find a much fuller list in the coming days

To any devs out there feel free to PM me if you have not been PMed about including your ROM... its hard to make sure i get everyone.
And to users please post if their is a rom or kernel or anything else you want to see a torrent for and i will see what i can do

Please do update the roms wjth the latest release. I have the most poor internet connection and wish to download roms via torrent. This is a great initiative started by you and i appreciate a lot for this.
I hope you add the CM rom nightly and snapshot versions soon and all other roms latest builds.

I one year ago I bought a SGS3 (i9300) and i immediately fell in love with this rom, full of interesting features taken from all the main AOSP sources (CM, PA, Slim, etc) so when i sold the Galaxy s3, i decided to build this rom for our D802, the result: One world SPECTACULAR!!​
This is an UNOFFICIAL build of CM12 ( CyanogenMod 12 ) for LG G2 international (D802) and by NO means this is my ROM. I am just compiling from CM Source and 100% credits goes to the device maintainers of LG G2, TEMASEK (the builder) and all other coders who contributed to CyanogenMod.
This is similar to a nightly from CM but has some extra goodies baked in. If you can't handle some things possible being broken, please don't use this and then complain to me for building it.​

AhAh the GREAT TEMASEK, it was the the only thing that I've lost of my sgs 3 but now it's real
I hope you'll enjoy this Rom! And also let me know about the bugs, as I said I'm leaving for a week and now I can't test the Rom I've built..

I was temasek's cm user and was impressed so much with his rom. Are you also gonna plan to support this as how he does?
His like living everyday just to compile his rom. That's how amazing he is.

Well.. Seems quite stable. I'm a bit confused due the German strings lol completely new to me to have the options with German names. But that's temasek related. The rest seems to work as it should. It's quite fast even without any tweaks. No FCs. The setup wizard had a small glitch with the cm account setup. I had to go through the setup again but that's it. I remember the same happened on flo with temasek based build here. I didn't find anything that wasn't working. All fine here. Thank you very much and have a good week! ☺

the plan is that.. but remember I'm a student so sometimes I'll skip a Build!! But I'm going to provide the most continuous service I can!

Before making builds for GS3, Temasek has made unofficial CM10.1 and even before, CM7 builds for the LG O2X.
I've used his builds for months until he stopped.
Temasek's roms are great !
