There's an app names goomanager I guess..comes in some ics builds...it has all roms and ruu for download... search in it.. I guess I saw Indian ruu in it...

there is already a live link for OTA.. i downloaded it yesterday..
but as i am new member i cannot put external links in post...
we need RUU.. as we cannot flash OTA... also it does not have rom.zip in it..

Ota is a patch.
Ruu is the whole rom.

[Q] Cannot turn S-off & run 2.3.5 htc 3.0 sense

hello android fans.
im facing a hard time for root this phone
i cannot turn my phone to S-off..
but i already unlock boot loader..
i've tried everything..superuser..oneclick..boot..
just give me a guide...
anyone please give me some advise & step for rooting my phone..
My phone is running 2.3.5 + htc 3.0 sense
phone model htc incredible s vivo (Malaysia or asia)

If you have S-Off you should be able to follow this procedure to install CWM recovery and then you can flash the newest SU-3.0.x.zip to root the 2.3.5/Sense 3.0 ROM.

If yes, the next step is to flash recovery, than root, lastly flash new ROM
how to do it?

Install CRT Animation will not affect your system, it is just a add-on.
Which means your Sense will remain.
Yes, just like the way you flash ROM.

Firstly welcome
Secondly, at the moment you can't s off the newest bootloader you have.
You can only s off older bootloaders. If you want s off, you need to downgrade to a version such as this using a gold card.
Here is a guide to do so if you wanted to

[Q] HTC HD7 ROM Question

OK First off i did find a similar post regarding my Question but its from 2011 just wanted a quick refresh to what has happened in a YEAR. Sorry for any noobish actions I have done in Advance.
Ok so My Phone ,
HTC HD7: Windows 7.5
OS : 7.10.7720.68
Radio SV: 5.69.09.29a_22.50.50.21U
Radio HV: A.12.0.D4
Bootloader V: 4.5.2250.0(129966)
My Question is I have Read that you cannot install Custom Rom like Deepshining if I have Mango and 4.xx or 5.xx bootloader which i have but is it Mango or Tango very confused because doesnt say anything in my phone info about that sorry. And Secondly if i do have mango installed is it possible to downgrade this firmware and bootloader so I can Install a custom Rom ???? Sorry just very Confused.

Where can I get original firmware?

Hi all
I want to replace the bootloader and install root and maybe CM.
But I was looking for the original bootloader and more importantly, the original firmware so in case I do not want to stick with CM or want to send it in for warranty, I can reset it all.
Could somebody point me to where I can download the needed files?

I need to inform you that you cannot replace the bootloader. You can only unlock it. Once that is done your warranty is void.
Now I am not sure if that works so someone will have to confirm or you will have to google it, but the RUU resets your phone to stock.

Alternatively you can flash stock ROM, recovery and kernel from this thread right here.

No, its an .exe You follow the instructions that are included in the installation process.
