Is your phone unlocked and hardspl'd ? Even if someone could upload it for you, the fact that your serial number doesn't work, means that you be blocked from loading it onto your phone unless it is CID unlocked.

[Q] Indian RUU 2.12.720.5 download link?

Hi everyone,
I need Indian RUU of Incredible S. Does anybody here know of whether it's available anywhere for download? The Indian version is 2.12.720.5, and runs Android 2.3.3.
I have already checked the dedicated thread by XDA member, Football, about '[ROMs] Incredible S Shipped ROMs collection', and sadly the Indian version isn't there.

i am xtc clip s-offed. so there is no need for it otherwise i would have purchased it for sure. custom roms for me.

im xtc soft too ... but I'm european anyway indian updates are way to late xD

The Indian version is yet to recieve sense 3 ota, so it's no use waiting for it use arhd or any sense 3.5 roms

@dheemanth ... that is a OTA update!! i have already asked it from satish to post in my "revert to s-on guide" forum!! that wont help them
Maybe they need a workaround they should flash any RUU lower than 2.12.720.5 and apply the OTA in that , so they will get software version as 2.12.720.5..!
anyone try this !!

I too would like to see the above RUU. Just incase I mess something up and need to revert.

There's an app names goomanager I guess..comes in some ics builds...it has all roms and ruu for download... search in it.. I guess I saw Indian ruu in it...

Its a Asia_WWE.. not indian.. indian is 3.09.720...

there is already a live link for OTA.. i downloaded it yesterday..
but as i am new member i cannot put external links in post...
we need RUU.. as we cannot flash OTA... also it does not have rom.zip in it..

All the links posted so far, are for OTA updates, not RUU.

Ota is a patch.
Ruu is the whole rom.

I guess not. Looks like Football (the guy who always leaked and uploaded the RUUs) got f**ked, so no RUU (leaks) anymore.

It should not necessarily be a huge concern though. To find proper RUUs, its as simple as googling HTC Incredible S shipped RUU.

big ask but has anyone got a fast link (i.e mega link) for a fast download of a latest RUU either .EXE or a .ZIP file please would be a massive help as my phone is meant to be going away under warranty tomorrow

Please post a fastboot getvar all removing serial no and imei
