You can copy the ROM.zip file from the RUU to your SD card and rename it PG32IMG.zip and the bootloader will load and install it.

You need to relock your bootloader before trying to apply the RUU/ROM.zip.

What do you mean it didn't work? Trying to relock the bootloader or applying the PG32IMG.zip after you relocked the bootloader?
In any case, you will need to relock the bootloader before you attempt to run the ICS RUU that you are downloading.
Thanks for all mate

I succeeded everything and my phone works again!

[Q] (Q)How to install the official 4.2.2 update with root

Ive downloaded the 4.2.2 official update on my HTC one,When I click install now it goes into TWRP and doesnt allow me to update.
Do I need to flash the custom recovery to update?
and if so will I need to flash TWRP later after upgrading or is there another way?
Can I locate the update file on TWRP and install it ?

You should just be able to flash recovery from fastboot, then adb push a rom onto the SD card and flash.

after flashing a custom recovery, download hasoon2000's toolkit from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183942
place it on your desktop and then place your custom rom inside the folder. run the toolkit and use the function "adb sideload" to sideload the rom on your device. also choose "adb sideload" in your custom recovery while doing this.
it should work

Wait.
You will backuping the stock recovery for?
Because if you won't root the phone and flash a custom recovery, you never won't lose the stock recovery.
However, yes, you can, but this don't have a lot of sense.
You will lose your warranty for a backup of the stock recovery?
Don't have a lot of sense

You need to sideload the rom via adb. Then you'll be able to flash it from recovery.
