Figured out my own issue, just had to restart the bootloader lmfao, I am a skid!
Go to settings, power, uncheck fastboot. You won't have the problem anymore.

Let me know if it works and how you done it that would be great thanks
Working with flyhalfs touch (CWM) version, everything is fine.
After flashing the recovery u should fastboot erase cache.
If u got no rom on SD u should connect an OTG before booting into recovery and flash zip from external sd.

erasing the cache solved the problem. thanks helmut!
Mine still not having it it's saying tampered and unlocked any ideas
Flash this
Then flash it from cmd with
Code:
fastboot flash recovery CWM_Touch_6.0.2.8_M7.img
Code:
fastboot erase cache
If there are still problems, rename CWM_Touch_6.0.2.8_M7.img to "recovery.img" and use the command "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
LG, Helmut
Still nothing going to unroot and try again what's the best way to root cause the one I used is crap a link would be great thanks

When you flash the recovery.img, was it successful and did you wipe the cache afterward?
Are you able to enter the bootloader then select Recovery, does it try to enter recovery then reboots?

I get the screen saying unlocked and fast boot and so on you know the one with all the coloured text but won't do anything else
Try flashing a different recovery to the one you have installed.

I seem to be having the exact same problem. Really starting to annoy me, I need to root my phone already haha!
Did you end up getting it to work?
Cheers!
same problem here....tried alle the recommended recoveries, but none worked for me.
When i flashed recovery it says all succeded, then i try to get into recovery, but it still reboots, htc logo appears, than for about 4-5 seconds the screen stays black and then there comes the t-mobile carrier logo and boot sound :/

according to the TWRP thread, it doesn't seem to be supported yet
I've got the same problem with the non working recovery. I now tried the CWM Touch AND Classic Recovery v6.0.3.0.
I tried to flash them with the All in One Tool by Hasoon 2000 and also manually with CMD commands (fastboot flash recovery & afterwards fastboot erase cache). It always said flash successful, but it's not able to boot into recovery.
I've got a Swiss HTC One Branded by Swisscom (which seems to use a vodafone CID: VODAP110).
My Build Number is 1.28.161.7 CL162357 release-keys
may that cause the problem?
I somehow got it to work. I didn't make any changes (that I can remember) but I tried it the next day again, booting into recovery with the HTC One (M7) All-In-One Toolkit V1.0, and it just worked!
Hopefully you guys can get it to work somehow too!
HA! I finally got it.
Just don't try to flash recovery as recovery, flash it as a boot img. CWM touch and TWRP was NOT working for me, but normal CWM does.
But it seems to be some issues with ADB, so please wait until i got my Guide ready

I was trying to flash a custom rom because I didn't like the att customized rom. I unlocked the bootloader thru htcdev.com and I used the All-In-One toolkit to flash CWM. Everything was fine and I was able to enter CWM. However, after I flashed the Android Revolution HD 6.0 rom, it just stucked at HTC screen. I am trying to enter the recovery and reflash the rom, but I cannot enter CWM anymore. It just disappeared and reboot. I can enter the bootloader. I tried to reflash CWM, but same thing happened. Please help :crying:

The good news is, if your phone powers on, you haven't "bricked" anything.
The bad news is, it sounds like you didn't back up your stock ROM and there's something hinky in how you flashed CWM the second time.
The better news is that you can restore the stock recovery image, and using that, you can reflash the stock ROM. This will put you back at square one, but rest assured that if you can power on your device, and you can get to fastboot, you haven't "bricked" anything.

Don't fastboot flash the recovery. fastboot boot the recovery image. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the good news! May I ask that where I can download the att stock rom and the stock recovery image? I can only find the european and asia version. Thanks
Did you happen to flash the correct boot.img that should have been supplied with the Rom? If not you have to flash it as well.

Go into fastboot and command
fastboot erase cache
Then try accessing recovery again...
Edit: or if you're using the toolkit, I think that has an option to erase cache if you can't get the command to work

so, i just flashed the modified firmware.zip for 3.09 with twrp recovery, and everything was a success, until i rebooted..now im stuck in a bootloop.
bootloop as in the splashscreen when you turn on the device shows, and then it restarts
i followed everything right, relocked bootloader, etc etc
im soff, i once flashed a custom hboot (without the warning text), but i dont think that should be a problem with soff..
i have super cid, so what did i do wrong? and what can i do to fix it?
i was thinking of flashing cwm and restoring a previous backup i made, but when i try flashing it, it says "not allowed', so i cant even get cwm recovery.
so basically my question is, how do i get out of this bootloop after flashing the latest firmware.zip?
Maybe you can't flash a recovery because you are relocked?

twrp flashed fine..just cant get cwm to flash..so that shouldnt be the problem. regardless, how can i get out of this bootlooop
You can't flash cwm because you relocked the boot loader.
You're stuck in a bootloop because you can't have a locked boot loader and custom recovery. It will always cause a bootloop.
Unlock the boot loader and it will boot fine.

im glad that you are spreading the proper fix for anything n6 related.. not. for a person who doesnt know what they are doing, using a root toolkit is the very worst thing to do. because they learn nothing from using it, same with you.
Use fastboot to install the images manually or boot into recovery and use adb push to copy a rom to the SD card.
The Nexus factory image page on Google's site has directions on how to use fastboot to flash the individual files.
So I try the ADP method but when I do everything says okay and when I try to enter recovery it flashes the google logo then goes back the the boot loader screen BTW I'm rooted and boot loader unlocked and thank you for the help everyone

you can not flash a recovery via adb(not adp). you have to use fastboot, while you are in your bootloader to flash a recovery. or, you can use the fkashify app(if you have root) to flash twrp recovery. oh, btw, you can not flash a factory image via adb either, that is also flashed using fastboot.

Okay so flash using fastboot while I'm in the boot loader and if I do that or flashify I shouldn't be returned to boot loader when I click recovery right

right. but.. every once in a while, after flashing a recovery, it wont flash but will remove the last version. so, what you have to do is flash it again. 3 times is the most ive flashed a certain recovery, but that can happen(not usually though).
