Has anyone been able to dispute a repair charge and does anyone know if there would be charges if the power button was not working?
I just want to share my story and am wondering if investing $400 of repair charges on top of a $530 phone is worth it.
4/7/10 - Purchased N1 (Compatible with 3G on AT&T U.S.) from Google Webstore.
6/7/10 - Begin having 3G data & phone signal loss in New Orleans. Contacted AT&T and was told they were having tower issues in the area. Spent one week using 2G instead.
6/13/10 - Went to AT&T store to check on service. Got a brand new SIM card that worked on another phone. At this point, carrier issue has been ruled out
6/14/10 - Phoned N1 support, performed a master reset and then got transferred to HTC for warranty support. It was either replacement or repair. Chose replacement option.
6/17/10 - Received replacement phone and shipped my original phone back to them the very next day.
6/23/10 - Received email for a $196(!) repair quotation. Phoned into HTC support and was told that it was a customer induced motherboard damage. I asked for more details on the damage & charge, and customer service said that they need information from the "warehouse" and get back to me. Never heard back from CS.
7/10/10 - New replacement phone shut off by itself and could not be powered back on.
7/11/10 - Called N1 support and performed master reset which did not work. Got transferred to HTC support but a case cannot be opened because the previous case was still outstanding. The customer serivce rep confirmed that the case notes stated that I had called for more information, and they were supposed to get back to me. I was told that I need to talk to a supervisor for further support and they do not work on weekends.
7/12/10 - Called HTC support and spoke to a supervisor. Basically she told me that my options are
my options are either to pay the $196 and close the case or wait up to 48 hours to get the details back from the "warehouse". Either way, no replacement can be processed until the previous case is closed. I was told that there is no way to:
1. Get the open case closed temporarily so a replacement for my current issue can be dealt with.
2. No other person beyond the supervisor(s) I can talk to.
3. No way to escalate to the wareshouse to speed up 48 hours needed on getting the previous repair details.
4. No one can do anything else for a customer who is going through an exception situation.
5. No clear instructions on how to dispute a repair quotation.
All customer service reps sounded pleasant but HTC has procedures that do not support customer satisfaction. Here are somethings that I find completely unsatisfying. Neither phones have been rooted, tempered with, dropped, or water damage on neither device.
1. First let's talk about 2 defective phones.
2. Sending repair quote to customers demanding payment without more information is unacceptable.
3. Blaming customer for self-induced damange while there is a known 3G issue for the N1.
4. Not getting back to customer on repair details is also unacceptable.
5. Not being able to open more than one case is absurd. In my situation, we're dealing with 2 different issues but for some reason, one is related to the other in the system.
6. Where is the repair charge dispute process documentation?
7. The is no exception to the "normal" escalation process is a huge gap. Basically I was told that after the supervisor level, it goes to the "warehouse". No one can talk to the wareshouse without going through the 48 hour escalation process.
8. Tell customer that damage maybe water related when the battery has no record of such.
You studiously do not deny self induced damage.did you break it? We're not here to play guessing games.

I faced a similar situation as you. My power button went wonky and I sent it in to HTC for servicing. It was a very tiring ordeal for me.
The HTC support (in Singapore) kept insisting that my motherboard needed a replacement and they wanted to charge me for it as I had an unlocked bootloader and was unable to claim warranty.
I kept arguing with their phone support that I just wanted my power button fixed and I was skeptical that that required a motherboard replacement. They kept insisting that I needed to replace my motherboard in order fix the power button.
As I was getting nowhere with phone support( I spent 3 days arguing with them) I made a trip down to their service center to try to speak to the engineer actually servicing my phone.
Had a similar argument with the CSO there who repeated the same BS to me and finally said she will go inside and have the engineer come out to explain further. So I waited. After several minutes (of which i believe she was informing him that there was an angry customer outside), she emerged alone and said they will wave the charges for the button repair.
Do you know what disgusts me the most about this entire ordeal?
When i finally received my phone back from them, they repaired my power button but my boot loader remained unlocked!
They did not need to replace my motherboard!
IMO, HTC simply wanted to replace the motherboard cos I had an unlocked bootloader. What better way to make easy money then to milk me with an unnecessary but expensive repair simply cos I voided my warranty. It' s unethical and personally, HTC has lost any future business from me.
It ironic as I bought my phone from Google.

I'm putting my money on an unlocked bootloader
No I have not unlocked or rooted neither phones. My replacement N1 received the Froyo push. I did not even install it myself. Seriously there was no tempering, dropping, or water damage on neither device.
I would agree that HTC is passing repair charges to customers because it makes good business sense. It'll be highly unlikely that I am going to purchase another HTC phone.

Exactly my thought. I've had my phone repaired for almost a whole month now and I still have no hope of getting it back.
The customer service is nice but they are absolutely useless. Everything regarding the actual status of the phone has to be initiated by the escalation team or warehouse, and I highly doubt that they give a **** of the customers.

Has this been resolved?
If you haven't unlocked the bootloader, then there's no reason to charge you for the repair. Definitely talk to a supervisor and don't be afraid to insist that the phone if fully covered under warranty and they need to replace the unit or repair it.
I guess HTC support is 50/50, i've read that many HTC sends over a new phone the next day i guess it depends on certain malfunctions they do that. You should find out on what malfucntions do they send phones right away, and claim that as the problem.

I'm getting my rooted/unlocked phone repaired for free. So yeah, it really is 50/50!
My headphone jack started wigging out and thinking there was a headset plugged in when there wasn't. I also explained that I started to see dust coming in underneath the screen in the bottom left corner.
I opted for a replacement. I got it the next day. New one is great. Bootloader was unlocked and no charge was issued.
I would be livid. How old was the original phone with the "broken motherboard"? April? Well all hardware defects are covered up to 1 year. If the phone casing shows no physical signs of abuse yet the motherboard is broken... then that is a ringer that it is a manufacture defect.... especially if you'd had the phone for 2 months.
If there are no signs of physical damage and the water sticker is clean then you have full entitlement to your warranty. This includes motherboard replacements.
Has anybody experienced so far any sort of pixel failure? My Xperia X1 has developed one recently. Its at the upper edge of the screen approximately in the middle. Its one pixel only that is costantly white. Once it was there and disappeared after a while and now it has reappeared.
My device still has got warranty but Im afraid to send it in because of several reasons:
- Would it be covered? I mean it is only a minor disturbance.
- I dont want my phone being replaced. Apart from this minor flaw my Xperia is perfect, no cracks, no keyboard failure, no nothing.
On the other hand if I dont claim warranty now the device might develop more pixel failures and I will not be able to get it repaired under warranty because it (the warranty) will be expired.
What do you think? Has anyone ever heard of such problems?
Mine has not developed any pixel failures yet. Lucky me. When does your warranty expires? I would call up the service line (in Germany we have an Xperia Center) and ask them if it's covered.
But regarding your fear of a new phone - absolutely reasonable. Those could be in much worse condition than your phone is now. Thus mentioned, when ONE pixel failure is not bothering you, keep the phone (in my humble opinion). This does not make the phone likely to have more pixel failures...I would not see a connection
(...but I'm also not a pro in that area)

The warranty will expire in November 2010. I think I will wait a bit to see in what condition my phone will be in a few months. The pixel failure is barely visible because it is really at the edge of the screen. I doubt that there are more than 2 - 3 pixels between the defective one and the edge. And like I wrote it disappeared once. Maybe the same will happen again.
I really dont want to risk a replacement because of the extraordinary good condition my phone is in right now. So I would say let's see.
Has anybody a tipp what could be done to support the disappearance of the pixel failure? Relative to pc monitors I heard once a proposition to freeze it for 24 hours? Would this really help?
Great news: The pixel failure disappeared again. So I think I can call it a temporary error. Brings a bit of surprise into the normally boring soft reset. I never know whether the pixel failure will be there after the next softreset or not Or if it will disappear again with the next restart
Sending for warranty might be a bit of a game of dice because I know sometimes they replace it with a refurbished phone. If you have big issues with the screen you're probably better off buying yourself a new screen and installing it.

Thats exactly what I thought. Since it is only one pixel that fails then and again Im not willing to take the risk of getting my Xperia which is apart from this minor issue in perfect shape replaced by a refurbished phone. So I plan to wait until the warranty will have expired and then Im going to replace the screen myself. It should be possible to do this since I once worked as a radio/ tv technician. Do you know where I can buy a screen?
I have this HTC One, bought from Carphone Warehouse, a couple of months ago (so still within HTC's Warranty) which I rooted but is now returned to its natural state (no warnings etc) but in the past couple of weeks my camera won't focus at all, before when it was rooted I tried various roms and applications then restored to HTC and updated then I concluded that it was a hardware fault (I tried every setting, reset, etc) and needed to return it.
I'm going back to where I bought it from to return it and am wondering what to expect, if anything at all? Will I get a replacement, even when the back of my device is scratched, chipped and dented (another story), or will they send it off for a repair? I'd assume the latter is most likely but I've heard stories of them replacing them on the day (none of damaged devices before though)
Note: my camera seems to be making an abnormally loud rattling sound which is obvious when vibrating on a surface or lightly tapped against something.

You'd probably be better off ringing HTC directly and getting them to fix it through their service centre as Carphone Warehouse will just do the same so you'll end up waiting longer. There's no way you'll get a new one anyway. If the device is chipped and dented then it could be impact damage - HTC will ascertain whether or not you have invalidated your warranty when the repair specialists receive it. I'd guess you will at least get a free repair though.
Long story short:
If you UNLOCK BOOTLOADER of your device, you FULLY VOID the WARRANTY of the device.
Yes, defective screens, batteries....your warranty is not covering anything once you unlock your device using Asus's official unlock app.
You may wonder why Asus designed an app to unlock the bootloader of your device? Because when you unlock it, the app connects to Asus's server on internet, submit your device's serial number, and Asus knows that a device with such serial number is not under warranty anymore.
End of story. I learned it the hard way.
Want a good rooted device?
Go Samsung, Google Nexus, HTC
Google and HTC have clearly stated that unless the damage on the android device is caused by unlocking the bootloader, the device will be under warranty.
From my searches online you can re-lock your Samsung devices and you get your warranty.
My new Oneplus One phone even offers 1 time first year accidental screen replacement just like htc m8 in the US.
As of tablets, the Nexus series are always the best choices.

It seems like every ROM and kernel thread for Asus tablets on XDA warns you about this, so I don't know how you missed it.
The latest Samsung tablets like the Galaxy Tab S will also present a warranty problem, because depending upon which model you get there currently may be no way to root them or flash a new ROM without tripping Samsung's annoying Knox counter, which will void your warranty.
I know because I recently had problems booting my TF701T -- out of warranty because I had unlocked it -- and researched the other 10 inch tablets out there. Nexus tablets don't have SD card slots, which is a deal-breaker for me. HTC doesn't make its own brand tablets anymore, so I don't know why you mentioned them -- the only tablet they make right now is the Nexus 9.
I wasn't impressed with the offerings from Lenovo and Sony either, not after using a high DPI device like the TF701T. So I was pretty relieved when I got my Asus tablet working again and didn't have to buy another one.
You don't mention why you needed warranty service, or why you unlocked your bootloader.

I asked why because I am wondering how you avoided reading any of the warnings in all of the Asus ROM and kernel threads. Pretty much all the instruction posts include the warning. I thought perhaps you had decided to unlock without first deciding on a particular ROM. But then, as berndblb mentioned above, there's that final warning when you run the unlock tool...
Given all the complaints about defective docks, I made sure to use my TF701T for more than a month before unlocking, to give time for any hardware flaws to show up. I also always read up about what is involved in rooting/replacing the ROM for any device BEFORE I even buy it, which is why I ruled out getting a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S.
Sorry to sound so unsympathetic -- it does suck that your display crapped out AFTER you unlocked it -- but I guess you'll just have to consider this a lesson hard-learned.
EDIT: I wanted to add that, not only does Samsung have Knox -- meaning you can potentially void your warranty just by rooting it -- Apple also reserves the right to refuse warranty repairs if your device is jailbroken. That means that you can get screwed if your device ends up in a state where you can't remove the jailbreak, even if the jailbreak had nothing to do with the problem.
To be honest I agree with OP. I have had so many devices through the years, HTC, Sony, Motorola, Samsung, Apple... I have always been into unlocking and rooting.
In EVERY rom thread for EVERY device you can read that you will loose warranty etc if you flash! So there is no difference here at the Asus forums of course.
The difference is that no other manufacturer that I know really use the serial number this way and deny you the hardware warranty after unlocking bootloader!
Software warranty would be understandable since you modify the software.
I have sent so many different devices for repairs, everyone unlocked and/or rooted and I have never had a problem. Sony, Samsung, HTC, Motorola... No problem at all.
I thought this would be the case with Asus too, but when I have been in contact with their technical support they clearly states that after unlocking the bootloader you will loose the complete original warranty, inclunding for hardware faults.
Its a good product. A good buy once safely rooted.
However I agree if you don't really find out without researching.
It shouldn't be difficult for Asus to stand behind the product with good service at least of all things.
Maybe it sounds crazy, but they should say "You root you void your warranty, but we fix it anyway?!"

I'll throw in my 2 cents also.
Most of the other manufactures also state that if you unlock/root your warranty is void. The difference is, most of them do not provide a way for you to do it.
For most of the others the only way to root was with an exploit and then you could either unroot for warranty or mess it up so bad that they couldn't tell that it had been rooted.
I agree with the Asus policy, you mess around with it anyway then it's your problem.
It is clearly stated on their website that it voids warranty, if your complaint is that you didn't know before you bought it then that is your fault. Did you do any research on their website before you bought it, did you look at any threads here on xda? If you bought it so that you could root it you should have know, if you bought it because you liked it and then you read all the warnings and rooted it because you could after, then it's your own fault. I could make analogies to other things about how it is similar but the bottom line is their warranty specifically says that if you rooted it your warranty is gone. It is clearly stated and you ignored it.
STILL, there is a big difference between Asus and other manufacturers!
Sony also provides unlocking tool, says unlocking MAY void warranty, but issues such as known hardware problems is still covered.
HTC also provides unlocking tool, says unlocking MAY void warranty and hardware problems non-related to unlocking seems to still be covered.
Samsung uses it's KNOX system which does not register the serial number when unlocking but make a flag in the phones bootloader. Samsung handles this different in different countries but generally it seems to be no problem to still get the phone repaired under warranty.
So when Asus register your serial number when you unlock the bootloader and then denies ALL warranty claims is not "something every manufacturer does".
And with the TF701 which has some big quality issues, like keyboard dock, loose glass, why would these not be covered by warranty just because the software is modified? It does not make sense.
I bought an unlocked TF701T on ebay. It was unusable with lots of phantom touches. I chatted with Asus service and explicitly stated that the device was rooted and unlocked. They said it was under warranty and gave me an RMA number. A week after I shipped it the tablet came back repaired. I was quite pleased with their service.
Sorry, I know that's like gasoline on the fire if someone had a bad experience. But they did well and I have to give them credit.

I can only confirm what other users have stated about bad experience with asus tf701t , on paper it looks very nice, but the reality is very different ! do not waste your money on a company that is looking for one shot users.
I bought mine from amazon, and from the very beginning i had problem with screen sensitivity, sometimes there are phantom zones, means when i touch the screen nothing happens, like at the top when trying to roll out the android menu. (middle top part of the screen)
So since i am a very loyal asus customer, (laptop ROG, motherboards, asus infinity 700,) i was used to 'ok' quality, so i was not suspecting hardware. I thought my issue was software related. So i flashed and updated my rom.
Unfortunately it DID NOT resolve my problem, so that proved me that the problem is hardware related. So i write ASUS customer support, and they refused to repair their piece of crap they sold me. Hidding behind the warranty policy...very lame !
They refused to face the facts. I wrote a second time kindly to ask them to reconsider, since i am a good customer and i am asking for the first time the support that i deserved, since my tablet is just 6months old, and problems started from day 1 !!
ASUS told me i could send the tablet and so a check to see what needs to be replaced for EUR 75 , and only then a quote could be made about how much more I would need to pay for the repair... GIVE ME A BREAK !
First they sell me untested hardware...because if it would have been gone through proper quality test it would have ended in the garbage can and not on shelves.
The quality and success through time of a company comes not only from what you build but the support you give to your customers, and also know to admit when you build and publish crap on the market !
Sorry to be so hard, but honestly between the way i have been treated and the way I describe it to you, i am polite.
I will NEVER ever in this life BUY Asus again. Farewell to asus and burn in hell...
So think twice give before you buy asus. I hope this review will give you also a preview of what this Asus tablet is.

With Unlock can't Asus refuse warranty in EU and CH generelly. A short letter from my adovator and Asus repair under warrenty my laudspeaker. Only defects with connection with Unlock can refuse from Asus, but ASUS must prove relation.
ASUS AGB are not allowed in EU or CH and violate law. Paper are patience and not all was wrote is true
It probably depends on certain issues and the extend of damage like if you dropped it or something. Edit: If ASUS DOESNT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Unless they change their tune I wont buy another Asus thing.
Asus warranty
Your Asus warranty is of no use anyway. Here's my experience:
I bought the tf701 when it came out. I read a lot of reviews, watched Youtube reviews and so on.
When I received it I noticed that the tablet did not sit firmly in the keyboard dock. However there were no other problems so I did not care. After a few weeks I noticed connectivity problems between the dock and the tablet. I found out that many people had that problem and that all docks are affected from the first and second batch (not a single word about that in any reviews I watched previously). I wrote Asus and they told me to talk to the vendor where I bought it. this vendor (eGlobal) asked me to send my tablet and dock to them on my own costs, what I did. after 8 weeks or so I got it back in a worse shape than before. Not only the problem has not been fixed, one of the rubber feet was missing and the tablet had some scratches on the back side. eGlobal told me that it was Asus' fault, so I contacted Asus again. They were replying with the same message (copy&pasted), no matter what I wrote them, that I have to contact my vendor. eGlobal was likewise uncooperative blaming Asus instead. The tablet was still under warranty but all I got from it were some scratches and a missing rubber foot.
I got Asus mainboard, display and other hardware but this was definitely the last time that I bought an Asus product.
You should direct your frustration against the people that deserve it - your vendor (eGlobal) as it is they that have the support. The manufacturer is not involved (at least if you are located in Europe - aren't quite sure how the laws are in other parts of the world). If you have received your goods back from repair in damaged condition, you should take it up with the vendor...
I am located in Europe. My experience with ASUS support is that they are quick to reply and I have never had a problem with getting a warranty service approved (yet). I have sent in two computers (one computer two times and the other four times) and my TF701 two times. The irritating thing is that they give you a date (but no time) when the transport company will come and pick it up which means I have to take a day off work just sitting at home waiting for the transport company. When they want to deliver it to me it's the same thing, they give you a date and you are supposed to wait at home whole day.
The most irritating thing about this is that the transport company (in my case DHL) has a service point just around the corner from my house but they will not accept that I leave the box there, they HAVE to collect it at my home. Every other company I have sent products for warranty service to have given me the option to leave it at a service point and then collect it there.
ASUS service work shop in Czech Republic where all my services have been sent seems to have problems with understanding English since they often just fix some of the problems I have had, not all of them.

The faulty product comes from Asus. The repair that achieved absolute nothing was done by Asus and overall support from Asus isnt that great. Sure, I will not buy from that vendor again because their support lacks as well. Bottomline is that your warranty is worth nothing at all.
does op not realize that both iterations of nexus 7 tablets are made my asus? so recommending against asus, but recommending a nexus tablet is... well... dumb... Asus makes amazing products. just do a bit of research before purchasing, and especially before rooting and you will be fine. I own both a nexus 7 gen 2 and a transformer tf701 both unlocked and rooted. never had a single issue with either, and if it werent for rooting and the custom rom community my transformer would still be stuck on KK rather than able to run both LP and linux simultaniously... again, asus makes great products. I'd go asus over samsung any day... KNOX is a *****..
Word of warning: don't ever buy a Samsung phone if you expect to be covered under the one year manufacturer's warranty. They will make up some excuse to not honor your repair!
This is my situation:
I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6. I was having some issues with the battery getting too hot and I noticed some other minor issues that seemed to be hardware related. This phone is well within the manufacturer warranty period and has never been dropped or been exposed to liquid in any way. I sent it in for repair, hoping that Samsung would either replace the battery or send me a new (refurbished) replacement S6. I followed all the steps to send the phone in for repair, had to get a loaner phone for the time-being, and waited.
My phone arrived at their repair center in Texas on 7/15 and was checked in by one of their technicians. Not even 12 hours later, I checked the status of my repair online and found updated technician notes stating the phone was looked at and it was determined to be "beyond economical repair." The technician's notes stated that my new $700 Galaxy S6 phone showed signs of liquid damage on the motherboard! How could a phone that is designed as one piece and not easily taken apart, be so quickly opened up and shown to have corrosion on the motherboard?! This is a three month old phone at best.
So, now my warranty is voided and I have no idea the condition the phone will be in when I get it back. Upon finding this out I called Samsung to hopefully get a solution before they shipped my phone back. Well not surprisingly, I was told nothing could be done because the phone was now marked as having liquid damage. I even spoke with a supervisor and asked for proof of the damage in the form of photos but they refused. Now what do I do? The issues originally were not major on my phone and it was working when I sent it in. What if I get it back and it's no longer operational? I can't afford to lose the money I paid for this phone by getting it back and it no longer working.
That's worse case scenario I guess, but still, do yourself a favor and buy an iPhone. At least they honor their warranty and don't make up damage claims they can't prove.

I had the same problem with my wife's Galaxy S6.
After a hot day the phone went crazy-mode and I contacted Samsung and they told me to sent it in for repair.
One week after I sent the phone I receive it back with that "beyond economical repair/warranty void" slap in the face.
I called and got escalated to someone that made a 3-way call with the repair center where they told me water damage.
I asked for proof/pictures and they said they were confidential (really?!?). After that the CSR told me there was nothing they could do as their policy for water damage is warranty void - no repair and he suggested me to email the president ([email protected]).
I emailed them and the next day I received the pictures in the email (which could belong to any device as it was a close up from some part of the main board) and a polite message basically saying: water damage, no repair, nothing can be done.
I tested the phone it is working and I told my wife to keep using it until it dies (almost a month it is working fine).
Luckily when I got the phone at BestBuy I got a square trade warranty for the phone so if it dies at least I can get another one but I still feel betrayed by Samsung on this.
If you sweat enough it will cause the water damage stickers to change color. Warranty through Tmobile would have denied you as well. The only difference is Tmobile would have been more of a pain because you would have already been on your refurb for three weeks before you found out your claim was denied. LGSilva how much do you need to pay to use your warranty? Because they do cover water damage and I'm just wondering what the deductible is.
The liquid sticker is unreliable. When i worked at verizon for 10.5 years with revenue assurance and device testing during the alltel merger verizon stopped using the LDI sticker because it turns for sometimes no reason.
Samsung should be able to provide proof of corrosion or other physical evidence other than the LDI

Taking your phone into the bathroom when you shower can also trip the void stick. So be careful
we as consumers need to fight this fraudulent method of determining liquid damage, the manufacturers are so lazy that they cannot identify corrosion and prove it? Somehow we should bend over to their corporate slob laziness?
No thanks. Fight back, and if Samsung isn't gonna do anything about it climb the ladder, their US HQ is in TX.

Here in canada, I had broken my note 3 screen within a week of release, rooted and everything, they fixed screen without issue, for free. Same thing happened with my note 4, exact same thing. Samsung is awesome, at least here in canada.
Not to be mean or anything, but if you actually bought a warranty from another company that covered full accidental damage you wouldn't have ran into this $700 expense that cannot be reimbursed. Never rely on manufacturer warranties.
you guys really need to get squaretrade $5 phone insurance. its a no brainer, protect your investment!
Bought a Tmobile Note 3 for my son from Tmobile with the warranty. The Note 3 was under warranty. It wouldn't power on unless it was plugged in. Unplug it and it powered down. Battery at 100%.
My son was working on a ship overseas and had to buy a new phone.
Called Tmobile - took 3.5 hours (an entire afternoon) to get them to set up a warranty return. They just couldn't coordinate at the office to make it happen.
Eventually they got it right and sent a phone to my local Tmobile store to exchange.
The manager had a light and showed me a tiny crack in one of the corners.
He said, if I send this in, T-mobile will charge you $175 to repair the crack.
Well, a brand-new Note 3 is only $125 on Ebay or other places.
I checked with several phone repair places. They explained to me that the Samsung Note 3 had a crazy front case that Samsung tried once and dropped.
So,, my Samsung Note 2 or the Samsung Note 4 would only cost around $40 to repair But a Note 3 is $250.
The phone works - it just won't stay powered unless it is plugged in. It's not because of the tiny crack on the front.
But, the warranty will charge me much more than a brand-new phone if I try to use the Tmobile warranty!
I have 9 more payments of $10 a month to pay off a Tmobile phone that worked for 90 days.
Tmobile warranty is horrible! I have been on Tmobile since 1999. I will drop Tmobile on a family plan the moment there is a better deal.
I have to use wireless in my home in the middle of Denver. Tmobile bars are zero! Tmobile sent a home booster. It helps get one bar then no bars.
Tmobile like many other companies just doesn't care.

I looked this up on Google to see if anyone is having the same issues as i am right now and everything you said is exactly what i am going through!! My phone screen isn't working and sent it to Samsung under warranty their saying i owe them $362.00 because it isn't under warranty it is liquid damage by shipping it to them. Umm no i said you all are making up excuses so i pay you and i said i am not paying you it is under warranty!! I am not sure if i am getting my phone back now as of right now using my old phone that won't let me make calls at all ugh how annoying should of just went to a iPhone if i knew this.
