Hey Buddys

I used CMW to apply it, but dont know how to remove.
Help! !!

there is no suck a thing called Remove theme , but , re-place\re-flash theme
check what rom are you using
if you using overcome , just go through their site and download their stock or costum theme .. if you are in any another rom , just tell me and i'll make a cwm zip for you for the stock theme but after you give me your framework-res.apk and systemUI.apk from the rom you flash it
can someone make ics theme for stock rom ....plz

Use go launcher EX and apply the ICS theme. Both are available in market and are free.

Not quite possible I think my friend since stock rom is not deodexed.. deodexed roms are the only ones that can be themed.. If you want stock-like rom, try MORe by godell and apply this ics theme by dreamware:

Click the Thanks button if my post helped you..
yes he is right stock rom do not have the theming feature so it is not possible
I'm afraid Custom Roms like cm, miui etc. come preemptive with theme engine.
So there's no way you can use or apply any theme engine related themes my friend..

wrong. you can edit grafiic part of odex rom ( like stock rom) but a littel change. like app icon systemUI some png file in framework-res (.9.png? i don't know!) and ... but if you want full themeing use deodex rom.
MORe rome is odex too man! this rom have theme, means that stock rom can get theme.
sorry for bad english ....
Yea right more's rom support theming its still under development but yea you can pretty much tweak it your way and being like a stock rom it accomplishes the task of ICS theming

Hi guys, I'm new here. So I need help with this. I have a Galaxy Ace GT–S5830M with Gingerbread 2.3.6 and we don't have any roms or big development. So I'm trying to edit the framework–res.apk and the systemUI.apk to get my device looks a little bit closer to ICS and get that awesome Status Bar and interface look. What I'm wondering is if I can rename a CyanogenMod 7 theme for "framework–res.apk" and replace it on my device in a safe way. I understand that CM7 is based on Gingerbread and their themes replace the framework. So is this possible? There are a few themes I really like. Thanks and sorry for the noobness

Yeah, thanks I tried replacing systemUI already and it worked, however when I replaced framework-res I soft-bricked my phone
Restore a nandroid. Still quite happy with replacing just systemUI. Changes are minor but not too bad.
Framework-res.apk of different ROMs don't work with each other. At most the systemui.apk could have changed your status bar, that's all. But you can cross use the framework-res.apk of ROMs that use the same base. Example, you can use the framework-res.apk of SGS II v10 by Spacecaker on JB Revolution light ROM to get the touchwiz look. This is possible because, JB revolution light ROM uses SGS II v10 as the base.
