Now that we have the 4.3 ROM/kernel update would it be possible to finally turn the Sprint HTC One into a GP edition? Any threads with devs working on it?
Thanks!

The best bet would be gruesomewolf, since me made the 4.2.2 ge Rom, but he made the kernel from scratch, so hopefully now that we have 4.3 we will most likely get one in due time

Just be patient, the 4.3 update will come.

Hey, I'm not a dev (yet) but I'm wondering if anyone was working on a port of Android Revolution 10 for the Sprint One. Thanks ahead of time if you are!
Oh, and I would be willing to test if someone is building one.
According to Mike1986, developer of ARHD, it's probably not possible to get the 4.2.2 base to work on Sprint variant until we have a new kernel. Being a tinkerer myself I went ahead and tried anyway using Sprint latest base 4.1.2 library files and kernel. I can definitely confirm that he's right and it didn't work. Maybe a more experienced dev can work his magic but best thing to do now is just wait for 4.2.2 to be released for Sprint. In the meantime, enjoy some of the great ROMs based on 4.1.2 we already got here.

I have been enjoying the work here - I guess I was just drooling over the new features. I can definitely wait. Thanks for the update!
On a side note, the only international 4.2.2 rom that supports sprint(ive checked them all) is ordroid, but it seems just installs 4.1.2 on sprinr devices.

So is 4.2.2 From Mikes Rom a leak? or is it a FULL HTC released rom.
Is 4.2.2 more stable or faster than 4.1.2? Reason why is cause Im running his V9 of the rom which is 4.1.2 I like being able to have the international data icons instead of the stupid AT&T ones.
I think it's a moded version of the latest OTA from HTC

Its not an OTA, at least not yet. 4.2.2 hasn't been officially pushed to any HTC One phones. I read in another thread that this the leak is probably the version that HTC will push to the One but right now it isn't an official OTA.
It is supposed to be better on battery life and fix a few bugs as well as added a few things, like quick settings toggles in the notification tray for example.

Ok sorry then , my mistake.
Has anyone tried compiling 4.4 with the current device trees? I've been told by a few people that it works for the most part?
atm there isn't any rom as i can see with 4.4...
Maybe will come out more roms when the update for the GE will come out

There is only one rom available in 4.4 right now, as far as I know, and it's for the Nexus.
i know a few teams are working on it but nothing workable yet

In brand new to this phone and I love it. I'm s off and just get a little confused with all the variants of this phone on different carriers. I read about the Skydragon lollipop based ROM. Does this support the Sprint phone? I have the Harmon Kardon edition, can I flash everything the original Sprint M8 can? Sorry for all the questions I'm just so new to this phone and there being so many variants. Thanks.
Look here:

Yes. I'm running a HK M8, soff and multi boot. Beyond stock kernel thanks to cpt throwback who ported the skydragon ROM however. the official HTC GPE ROMS will be out tomorrow. Might wait for those since they won't be ported.

Okay so once the official GPE lollipop is out I can flash them on my M8 HK? Thanks.
Yes, you can. I've even installed the skydragon ROM for now. I have impulse control issues.

So everything works on our version of the M8 with skydragon? I'm loving this phone and the support for it.
Experiences vary and it's a port from the Verizon ROM so while it works, it can be a bit of pain. Head over here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2762336&goto=newpost for the ROM (don't let the thread title throw you off.) and more details

I wanted to ask what is your opinion guys, on which version of android is the most stable for the m7, kitkat or lollipop?

Lol, thanks alot m8
yeah, it was damn right. after had trying lollipop everything goes down i think. specially the battery, draining fast.
so i made a downgrade to JB with the RUU, and upgrading again to 4.4.2 till right now. dont want anymore to use lolli.
I don't know about others, but the battery life for me has been really good on the latest 7.193401.22 for EU variants.
I've had my (AT&T) m7 on Android Revolution HD 90.1 for ~1 - 2 months with zero issues, not even a single crash/reboot. I have not noticed a change in battery life from 4.4. Another nice bonus is performance of the phone has improved significantly - though that could be that I no longer have Xposed installed.
