umm
Use int2ext script, IMO it's better
1. Boot into recovery
2. Backup your current rom
3. Flashing the script:
>>> mount data
>>> mount system
>>> mount sd-ext
>>> format SD-EXT (YOUR EXTERNAL PARTITION, NOT YOUR SD!)
4. Flash the script
5 Done, Reboot!

Ok Thanks, i gonna test it.

If you format "SD-EXT partition" you only wipe de SD-EXT partition don't worry about losing SDCARD data.
The SDCARD won't be touched

WTF confused
How i managy the apps they i want to go on The ext?
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda app-developers app

Int2ext mounts the ext partition as /data partition in the settings of the phone you will see your internal memory for apps increased as big as the ext partition you created on the sdcard. So you don't need any app to manage this function. If you installed link2sd you should delete the script created by that app in order to use int2ext. I'll attach an example image on how int2ext works on my galaxy ace.

Ups...thank you, sorry...that was nooblike as ****..

Don't worry at all, you're here to learn as everyone

is that ok with stock rom and kernel?

[Q] Regarding GalaxyICS with moving apps

I recently installed GalaxyICS to my Ace, only with CyanogenMod 7.x I was able to move all apps to the SD card, creating more space.
Is there anyway to do the same kind of thing with GalaxyICS? As I install quite a few apps, and am starting to run low on internal storage. :/

Had problems myself with s2e on cm9 found best solution use only S2e for ICS and Advanced Restore your ext partition with cwm. Works best for me. Hope it works for you as it saves reinstalling all your apps too.
I managed to get s2e working, also went from having 23mb space to 155mb space on my phone.

[Q]

i am using thelastmyth rom for galaxy ace and in this rom the internal memory and sd ext partition memory are combined together. does any body knows how to make this happen? is there a particular script for this?
Internal memory & SD ext are never combined. They are different. You can try int2ext+ to do this. But don't use it in the lastmyth. It is already included.

two easiest ways
1 uninstall unwanted system apps
2 use scripts like cronmod after creating ext partition { if it works as i haven't tried it yet }

Try CronMod Script. All you need is a rooted phone, rom with init.d support and an ext partition on the sdcard (max 1GB). Make sure to download the CronMod Int2Ext+ as it works on all roms. Here is the link,
CronMod-INT2EXT
Hope I Helped
Thank you so much, but which of these should I download? And how is it used? Should I just flash it?

Go to the site I provided in the previous post and download CronMod INT2EXT+. Now take a backup of your sdcard and boot into CWM Recovery Mode. Now its time to make the ext partition. Select "Advanced> Partition SD" and choose the ext partition size( remember maximum size should be 1GB= 1024 MB) and finally choose the swap size as "0MB". Once the partition is made, it will display the text "Partitioning Done..". Now put back all the data to sdcard including the CronMod INT2EXT+ file that you have downloaded. Reboot to CWM, select "Mount and Storage> Mount /system", select "Install zip from sdcard" and choose the CronMod file from the sdcard. This will flash the CronMod script. Finally, select "Mount & Storage> Format sd-ext". Once all is done, just reboot and you are good to go. Now go to Settings> Storage and you can see the newly increased internal memory. Hope I Helped
Thanks for the help!
