If it is for P yes. If it is for non P then you will hardbrick phone.
P.S. Oh, you was thinking about language. Well if there is portuguese - Brazil firmware - you can flash it and you will have language.
My phone is GT-I9070P. It doesn't have PT-BR in your Firmware.
Is there any firmware for it, is there a ROM for it to have PT-BR ?

On this moment my phone LG-990 has Firmware 10c (india version v2.2.2)
So i live in Iran (MEA)
I have no problems of any kind with the phone
So what do you think?
shall I leave it this way or flash it to the (10d or and v 2.3.4)
Please describe how to install arabic or persian languege in phone...?

It might be a good idea to flash it since they some times update the updater(preparing for 2.3.4). Except that I cant think of any reason why you would need to update. Maybe for the practice so you know how to do it when you are to install the 2.3.4?
About the arabic or persian language. I think (some on that can comfirm it?) that they are inside the euro-open firmware. To get it download and follow the producers described in this thread.

no problem..u can use any regions firmware any where in the world..
i am resident of india but i use france firmware bcoz its latest and might be having more bug fixes and stability

That is the latest firmware and it's Italian, u can use that or try maybe Poland's or Germany's firmware since those are your neighboring countries..don't think it matters..just give the latest a try.

I9070UBLPH 4.1.2 <-- last one and it was Virgin on sammobile was branded as unknown.
And
same but 2.3.6 one was from pc tel (Chile) and another one was Telcel(Mexico) Branded.
is any only stock Samsung SW? i read some about a version DX but looks like it is for Persian and United Arabic Emirates.

hi everyone as u can guess this is my first post in this forum.
so my problem is that my brother sent me lg g flex Korean version f340k ,i like it very much but it is full of Korean bloatware and unnecessary korean apps which are taking space + ram and driving me nuts so i want to flash it with any European ,Us or Singapore firmware.so i need assistance flashing it with english or stock lg g flex rom.

Check at sammobile.com or samsung-updates.com. I am not 100% sure if there is JB for Cro. But you can use LQL - from Italy - if the phone is I9070. I use without any problem.
P.S. ONE IMPORTANT THING. Is your phone I9070 or I9070P? If it is I9070 you must flash I9070 firmware, and if it is I9070P you must flash I9070P firmware. If you use wrong one - phone will be hardbricked. Do not do anything before you become sure.
