I was unrooting/locking bootloader/S-on'n in order to sell my One today. The process ran smoothly. I was preparing to use The RUU but I got an error that the version I am on is current. I should have ran it while I had S-off. I then flashed the firmware in fastboot using the fastboot oem rebootRUU and it flashed successfully. The phone will not boot past the HTC One logo screen nor can I access files through abd nor flash anything through fastboot. I can't even use any RUUs. I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me or direct me where I should look?

Flash the latest version of TWRP TWRP 2.6.3.0
easiest way in my opinion is through fastboot.
TWRP 2.6 - HTC One (Sprint USA) Download to your android SDK folder then open a comand prompt cd to your android sdk dir and type
fastboot flash recovery recoveryfilename.img (Change recoveryfilename.img to whatevery the recovery.img name is).
Hi everyone,
I want to backup the stock recovery of my HTC ONE (M7UL).
I found this command: "fastboot boot recovery stock.img", but it doesn't work. I only get "cannot load 'recovery': No error"
Could you help me with this?
This fastboot command only works on hboot version up to 1.44
If you're on later version fastboot boot command doesn't work.
You could try recovery tools app from playstore or you will likely find the stock recovery for your version on xda thread .

If you have Super CID, you won't get an update. You need CID 622.

If you need only firmware, download it here https://www.dropbox.com/s/q1w1wm2yo4txl8e/firmware.zip
and place it in folder with android adb files.
Instructions:
1) connect phone to computer with USB debugging enabled
2) in Windows command line:
cd "path to android adb files"
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip (If you see failed message, just run this command again and wait till it finishes updating)
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot reboot

I just managed to finish the process successfully, you might want to try to redownload the zip of 1.23.708.3, your copy might be broken or something.

For some reason, the flash zip command always seems to fail for me:
Code:
$ fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
< waiting for device >
sending 'zip' (46275 KB)...
OKAY [ 2.707s]
writing 'zip'...
(bootloader) adopting the signature contained in this image...
(bootloader) zip header checking...
(bootloader) zip info parsing...
FAILED (remote: 99 unknown fail)
finished. total time: 4.223s
Anyone have any idea? (Not that it matters that much, in the end I got the firmware update applied by applying the whole OTA update...)
firmware zip

Do not use the all in one kits..
Download TWRP 2.6.3.3
http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
Put the file in your adb/fastboot folder.
Go to your adb/fastboot folder on your desktop and shift+right click anywhere in the folder and select "open command prompt here,"
Connect your phone to the PC and enter bootloader; and then enter the command fastboot flash recovery ( name of your recovery )

You don't need S-Off to flash the majority of roms. Pick one and use this guide

If your sure your drivers are working fine it should work. Adb only works in recovery though. You are using adb in the recovery, Not the bootloader?

From PC adb / fastboot folder
you use
