Uweather!

Anyone DL'd Uweather yet? Its great! I love it much more that Accuweather or Weather Channel.
I've used WeatherUnderground.com for years anyhow, and now this mobile app is powered by WU. It has live webcams, radar, and 5 day forecast. It has a very simple and easy UI.
The best part is the small footprint (588kb) Vs Accuweather (3mb).
Its not as pretty as Accuweather, but definately worth it with the space it saved.
What do you guys think??

does it display the temp in the notifications bar?

Tried it, using it now. It's a lot more simple than AccuWeather, only one page, a five day forecast. If you want more info it'll open up a link in the browser. It's decent, and has a smaller footprint than AccuWeather that uses up too much disk space. No temp in the status bar as far as I can tell.

I like Weatherbug ONLY because of the temp on the status bar. But Uweather is a great app too.

Can you post the APK? Can't locate on market.

Flip clock in Canada?

I'm in Canada, so I can't buy the app because the market doesnt let me get paid apps.
I have cyanogen rom on my Rogers Dream. Is there a way to get a flip clock even though I'm not in USA or UK?

You should be able to contact the dev and ask him if you can pay for it via paypal or something. The website for weather widget donate is lock2.wordpress.com

It's a shame I cant use the hero's widget for the flip clock

Well, you could. All it takes is a hero rom that you like :b
But anyway, weather widget is exactly like the weather clock. He also has a free version however that does not allow theming.

Just use market enabler.

I downloaded it and hit show paid apps. It did nothing.

The included News & Weather app

Hi all, I have had to jump camps due to vodafail not being able to provide a signal/service to me, as a result they demanded the return of the handset
As a result I have a new handset, a new provider and I can make and receive calls and SMS.
But I miss a few things from the HTC stock rom, main one being the combined news and weather app, anyone know the name? I have my leedroid roms (still) so I can pick it out of that, but for the lif eof me cannot figure out which it is, I am hoping it is NOT HTC Sense specific...
Any help appreciated chaps

No worries. I use that app as well as I prefer it over the others I've tried.

Looking for transparent Facebook Widget

everything I find on XDA is from like a year ago, so the app is not up to date at all, anyone have a way to make the widget transparent without using a year-old app?

im prob 1 of the few ppl on the planet that doesnt use facebook, so if its not quite what u wanted let me know & il change it (pref add a screen shot & say which parts need changing)

il see what i can do, wont be tonight tho, will prob mean messing with the xml files.

that's fine.
I jumped on the SGS2 LWP and it's really bright so the white text doesn't show up at all :S
would be cool to get a Genie Widget that does the same (I have a transparent one with white letters)
but don't wanna get greedy

Does it now show Facebook notifications on Android Pie?

Hi Guys,
Just a short question: does the Note9 on Pie show notifications for Facebook? This was one of the reasons I sold mine last year.... So I mean, do you see the little red numbers on the FB app icon when you get new likes or new post comments?
