Hello, I've been having constant modem crashes, which sometimes include a complete device reboot, for months now since using CM10.2. I've already tried flashing several modems and CM nightlies with the same results. These crashes only happen on the area where i work at.
I've attached last kmsg, logcat and a modem crash dump.
Is this the right place to report this? (CM AHD forums are completely dead). Any help on troubleshooting this will be much appreciated.

Hi all,
I hope this issue hasn't been posted before, I tried to search the thread and couldn't find anything.
Last week I installed ICS TeamHacksung build 16 on my SGS I9000 (international version)
The rom work very nice in general, but I have one big issue.
Every now and then, my phone reboots for no reason. When it is started, it has no connectivity (GSM) and after some seconds, it reboots again. It keeps doing this until at one point the modem is back and connectivity as well.
This happens when I am in calls AND when the phone is just laying around idle.
Does anyone have any Idea, why this happens?
Thanks in advance for your help
Which build of teamhacksung are you using?
I was also in the same situation and i went back to my original rom
Hi,
as statet in the post above, I'm on build 16.
Cheers
Hey guys,
Finally found the Q&A for the milestone. Took long enough
Anywho, After installing CyanogenMod9 (Or 7. This problem's occurring on both)
I can't connect to my service provider anymore. Can't even seem to find them for that matter. Anybody else have this issue? Or can somebody help me with it?
Being able to use the update would be nice.
I am having this issue too.
My Milestone was broken (digitizer) and came back from maintenance services last week so I installed the Cyanogenmod 9 nightly build as soon as I got it. I had some problems installing CM so I just got it working a couple of days ago but it is losing the signal with the carrier in places where it used to work with the Original sbf and even with CM7.
I don't always have 0 signal bars but it can't be a problem with the carrier either.
I still haven't found a solution.
I'm using CM9 nightly build 20120627 (i think I will update to a newer version tonight)

I've already done it. It doesn't change anything.
I have enough signal only when I'm outdoors or standing reeeeeaally close to a window.
But thank you, I think I will install CM7 and see what I can get.
I have an SCH-i800 that I have CM9 (p1c 9.1.0) installed on. I have been using it for several weeks with no problem. Since I am planning on going on a trip, I decided to active pre-paid Verizon service for the tablet. At first, I attempted to activate the device. It went through the phone call but after a minute, it just sat at activating. That is when I noticed that the radio state in the status bar had an X on it. I rebooted the tablet to try again and got "com.android.phone has topped unexpectedly". I re-flashed CM9 (at the time I was using 9.0.0) and it worked again. Activation was not necessary. After a day, the error came up again and radio state went to off with an X. I tried 9.1.0, same problem after a day. I even tried a nightly CM10, same problem. Reboots, cache wipes, permission fixes do not make it work. The error persists until a re-flash of CM. I see on the Support Downloads for the Verizon Tablet, there are two modem files. My baseband version is currently S:I800.0.3V.EI04. I have attempted to "flash" these both via Odin (which failed after a couple minutes) and ZIP (which looked like it worked) to the EC02 on the site, but my baseband doesn't seem to change.
So my first question is, is there a how-to on flashing as I have searched high and low on one for the Verizon Tab specifically, and have yet to find one. Is there a ZIP file that is specifically meant for the i800? I am almost certain this is my problem and that a downgrade (this tablet when stock was updated to the latest Verizon image).
My second question is, has anyone else experienced this? Is there someone that is using a CM9 Verizon tab with EI04 baseband and not have this problem?
Is there a way I can track down what crashed the program? I have tried logcat, but it doesn't appear to give me much detail other than to tell me that it stopped.
And if you ask, no I did not use the Verizon service with this tablet before putting CM9 on it, so I wouldn't know if it worked before.
Any input that someone could provide would be useful. Thanks!
I'm currently running the 7-1 nightly of CM10.1. After every restart, bluetooth is stuck in the off selection and won't turn on. The only way I can fix it is flashing with any nightly (even the same one) and it brings it back up. Now, I just can't restart my phone until I find a fix. It also did this with any version of CM, including RC5 and earlier nightlies.
Still no solution for this issue except to not reboot the phone and have the latest nightly standing by for the next time it crashes/reboots for it to hopefully fix the issue. I don't see this problem on any other threads, so it sounds unique to me
Hi all,
I recently flashed the cm-11-20140913-SNAPSHOT-jcsullins-tenderloin on my HP TP first time after WEBOS and love to have android on my TP. Although it was working perfectly regarding all aspects, but two days back wifi stops working suddenly and it doesn't turn on. When i slide the bar of wifi from OFF - ON it didn't move and the screen says WIFI TURNING ON and remains. After that i completely wiped all the data and flashed another version of CM11, it did work for some minutes and again the same problem with wifi. I then tried (After Wipping again) the old CM10.1 version with supported files but again it doesn't on from the start. One thing i want to mention that when i change the CM11 version it stops working after couple of minutes and then i shut down and check in the morning it was again working and then again stop after rebooting. I also tried to control it from WIFI Apps i.e. wifi control, wifi manager when it works for some minutes but the apps also failed to TURN ON THE WIFI when it fails from the system.
I also try to search this topic but i didnt find any which worked for me.
Any help regarding this issue would be highly appreciated.
Regards
No any Response:S
First of all, how did you "flash" the ROM? Are you using tptoolbox?
Also, there are several newer versions of jcsullins ROM available to install.
What gapps did you use?
Please provide more information on your part so folks are able to help you.

I have this same issue, wifi works fine on lollipop, but not on cm11, i originally used tp toolbox to remove webos, resize partitions and flash lollipop. I tried going to cm11 for full functionality and wifi would not work, i tried 3 different cm11 based roms and none worked, i went back to lollipop and wifi worked right away.
