Hey all,
I'm new to this and was wondering if I could get a little help. I was trying to flash supersu through twrp but it failed. Are there any steps I should take? I have an HTC one. I am running on a android 4.3 Rom. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

It's still not working. When I swipe to install it says it failed. Then it gives me the option to reboot, wipe or back. I click reboot then it tells me superuser permissions are messed up would I like to fix them. I click yes swipe then I'm back where I started. With superuser and not supersu.

First, make sure you have a custom recovery installed (TWRP or CWM). Then download the latest supersu flashable ZIP from http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu, put it on your SD card and install via TWRP/CWM. That's it.
cant

Why, when I want to install the newest TWRP recovery using Odin, it doesn't install? Phone restarts but when I turn it off and enter to the recovery mode I still see stock one. Only one thing which is changed is flash counter. And status is not official.
Newest TWRP recovery for our phone is provided as zip file http://get.maclaw.pl/?id=91
You must install it from recovery

okey, all is clear now.
btw, I have yet one question. Does TWRP Recovery from Maclaw include root checker which offers installing SuperSu if phone isn't already rooted?

No.
Hey,
After a random reboot I seem to have lost my root. I tried first to re-download the supersu app from Google Play but it gave me an error when trying to normally install the binaries. So I tried flushing the supersu v1.93 zip file in recovery (TWTP), but the recovery just crashes every time in the installation and the phone reboots. I tried reinstalling it many times with and without the app already on the device and I also tried using the remove feature in the app.
I'm currently with ARHD, sense 5.1, android 4.3
Thanks for any help,
Dan

Ok, this might sound weird but once when this issue happened to me, I don't know how or why but when I downloaded the towelroot apk and clicked on make it ra1n and then reinstalled SuperSu, then the recovery started working again.
It's weird but give it a shot... Worked for me once..
No this didn't work also.cant boot recovery.although when i open rom manager it says "current recovery team win recovery project"
You can install the 3-way recovery pack.
Rashr doesn't work on Stock ROM (not for me at least)

well,as above is all I have on the phone,as I said I ran odin and that was fine (UPDATE-SuperSU-v 1.25) was put on the sd card 1st.
as for recovery I guess it was what was on phone already, just pressed power/vol/home and tried to install (UPDATE-SuperSU-v 1.25) but had the errors above
also tried cwm on sd card but that was the same when trying to install.
I appreciate you getting back to me on this.
regards,Harry
