Instructions for Installation
[May vary on firmware, i will be vague]
Make sure your handset is on 100% battery
PREREQUISITES:
-Root
-Custom Recovery [CWM/TWRP]
1. Download latest zip file and GAPPS from http://cyanfox-rom.com/downloads/
2. Place these two zip files in the SD of your handset [internal or external]
3. Backup all of your data using Titanium Backup, or any other backup software you might have, as the device will be wiped in the process.
4. Reboot to Recovery by pressing and holding Volume Up and Down while pressing the power button while the device is turned off
5. Perform a factory reset
TWRP
6a. Press Install and guide yourself to where you put your Cyanfox zip file
6b. Press add more zips and guide yourself to where you put the GAPPS zip file
6c. Press Install
CWM
6a. Use volume keys to "Install zip"
6b. Navigate to your cyanfox zip file
6c. Repeat step 6b for Gapps file
If upgrading from a previous version or switching from CM11
6a. Dirty flash
6b. Flash Gapps
7. Wipe Cache
8. Reboot and enjoy

the i9500 is not supported bacause of the exynos proessor, and the i9505G is supported, but you will have to do some different steps.

my experience, Philz Recovery just work with Rom mod from Stock, Miui, and Google edition. All android mod from android original, such as CM, PAC.... have to install TWRP or CWM.

Installation works already with Philz but it is no PIN entry. So I have to install a different recovery then it works?

Just install it after wiping then gapps. Maybe a bad download

Great to see support thread for CyanFox here.
I tested 0.94 on my i9505 some days ago and I had several issues:
- Bluetooth disconnects very often. Example: phone connected to car bluetooth and works fine (both media and calls). After some time randomly or triggered by some event like incoming SMS, phone disconnects from BT and it takes some time while it recovers.
- Sending of SMS not working.
Any observations from other users?
I have these issues on all latest 4.2.2 and 4.3 ROMs based on AOSP / CM / AOKP sources on jtfltexx. Previously I had no issues on i9100.

1.That`s normal GB Camer but ported from Xperia S GB Camera.. I`m not aware of any superior auto cameras for GB. If so, kindly update here..I`ll do that in the next update
2.Walkman with all features..

Im confused, i can't see the walkman in the screenshot.
Is the Camera UI is same with the Xperia S GB??

Just installed this rom.
1. No kill app by back button
2. Cant reorder or change quick toggles
3. Cannot import contacts from sdcard
EDIT: work around for contacts import. copied contacts import apk from some other rom. working fine.

the BTK zip does not flash via CWM in fastboot.

This is very-very Good ROM, it comes with build-in kernel (modified by author). So it's pretty good and stable. :good:

my phone is xperia ray and installed this rom and I had the same problem so used the carbon roms kernel!!! but in xperia arecs carbon roms kernel not working on this rom!
In general, i could not install the ROM 4.4.4 on xperia arcs phone! because Not find a suitable kernel!!!

-This build has no ThemeEngine included cause it gave errors while building! It's a known ASOPA-Leagcy error!

No, i didn't mean it. There is no quick settings panel. I cannot double swipe notification bar. Google play store is not seem installed too. I am using DHO gapps is it the problem ?

• In TWRP3 wipe SYSTEM, DATA, CACHE, DALVIK
• Now if you want to download Gapps pico 7.1.2 arm
• Copy both Gapps and Rom to SD
• If you have GV, download GVMOD.zip Also
• Now install ViperOS-3.1.2-05.08.2020-A3300HV.zip On both hv and gv
• On A3300GV install GV-MOD-ViperOS-3.1.2.zip Also
• Optionally install Gapps
• Optionally install STORAGE_FIX.zip if you have problems with storage[/CENTER]

Pleasantly surprised to see that this device is still getting support from the community.
I have a GV device that has an HV Custom Rom (RR 5.8.5) installed (I did this in 2018 I dont remember much), would it be ok to just flash these files directly?

yes backup nvram in twrp

Currently using this Rom, (previous tablet issue is boot loop, flashing Stock firmware via SP Flash tool), is there any chance of getting IMEI?
AT+ EGMR=1,7,” IMEI” forced closing (engineering mode)

this rom can work fine with a3000-h ? anybody test it?

Adaptable storage doesn't seem to work unfortunately. I was trying to expand the storage to 64GB via the SD card but it keeps saying 'corrupted' or 'not enough storage'

i have a big problem i tried to install the ROM i installed the king root and rooted my tablet after that i tried to flash the TWRB but the tablet keep restarting and booting into normal boot i tried to factory reset my tablet it didn't work keep booting in normal boot again and never reset even my pc can't read my tablet when i connect the usb i don't know what to do please advice

i tried king root , kingo root , iroot
but it doesn't work
anyone can help me??

turn off tablet then keep power button and volume up button
you must to go in recovery mode

this rom is so smoother than stockrom

but it has some bugs
1.imei is gone
2.i can connect to a hidden network
3.vpn is connected but it's not working

I fixed imei bug with restoring nvram
but what about vpn and hidden network bug?
