I can't seem to get into the "ROM" mode. I tried the "down volume + power" as per instructions but it just won't go. I have experience rooting Samsungs, but not HTCs. A little help please!

OTA Update is available!
When I go into recovery on my Nexus One all I get is a white triangle with an exclamation in the middle and an Android. It does nothing after that. Is there something I need to do?
"what does this mean"
It means you're in the stock recovery.
On that screen press Power & Volume + together to access the stock recovery options.

Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button is ODIN. I found the lucky key combination for recovery console: Volume Up + Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button

Tnx a lot.
Writing that there are dozens of threads like yours should make you think to check help section and find first thread with name similar to your problem and you have solutions, but it seems to be more complicated than I though
Its recovery only, the title is going to confuse people
