Use nandroid Backup!!!
Bro if you have the nandroid backup then use that....
Just go to Recovery Mode. Flash through CWM and Restore the backup... You will get the stock rom back. Only Kernel should be restored using the boot.img backup created when flashing Kernel via KernelFlasherV2-U....
Source:- I did the same thing to get back Stock ROM...
Why go to difficult method when you can do it easily... LOL...
Press Thanks if this helped you....

You don't need to split anything - use latest Odin, it supports one file flashing...

I did a factory reset and now my fone is stuck on "Galaxy S Screen"
Would i just flash a stock JVQ file with repartition via odin or is there something else?
Yes go with odin repartition tick if u have 2 or more file eg pit file.

Ali, i did not get that
Would i just flash only the pit file with repartition? Or
the whole thing(PDA,CSC,MODEM and pit) via odin
Sorry, its been a while since i flashed stock
If u have four file then select them respectively tick repartition and start odin and u ll be on stock

Its basically the same concept of formatting a hard drive on your PC.
It wipes your phone's storage first before installing the new fw. Some just like gaving a "clean slate" before using a new rom...

Repartition is supposedly going to wipe all data on your phone, but it's also a death button that makes you ODIN freeze and making your phone not boot up

It repartitions your filesystem. Lets say you installed CM which uses ext4, then it will re-partition it back to RFS (stock default).
so when you using stock rom you haven't to select re partition but when using custom rom with different system layout and wanna go back to stock rom you should select re-partition
Edit: guide here

So you must find a the same rom version(wich you want to install) as multipackage odin rom if you don't find it then you must convert your rom from onepackage to multipackage by yourself . Sorry for my bad english

Odin
Hi,
use odin 1.85 if ur using multipackage firmware..
otherwise use 3.x.x .. :good:
note these steps
Turn off the PHONE, press and hold VOL-UP + VOL-DOWN + POWER
select download mode in screen and start ODIN inside ODIN select your files, PIT, BOOT, PHONE, PDA, CSC, the BOOT file not needed!
Only leave selected the checkbox, reboot and Factory reset... Done
