I havent seen any posted yet here but you can check the HD WIKI where al the roms are now been collected there. I also have some on my site but none of them are polish.
i think L26THDV3 support polish language.

This ROM is WWE, other languages are for Ezinput softkeyboard only

Może lepiej po prostu poczekać, aż Play wyda Hd z polskim romem. Jakiś czas temu były jakieś wzmianki na ten temat.
I think it would be better to wait for Play to release Touch Hd with Polish Rom. I have read that they want to do it.

Ja mam w swoim polski oryginalny rom. Nic nie musialem robic. Kupilem sobie Touch Hd w EuroRTVagd (czyli bez zadnego brandu) i nie musialem nic wgrywac i jest wszystko calkowicie po polsku. Wiec nie wiem jak to jest z Wami, ze nie macie. Play nie daje polskiego oprogramowania?

ne postoji rom koji je po defaultu na nasim jezicima zato
nadji fabricki rom koji ide na HD-ove sa ovih prostora i njega flashuj,on na sebi ima dodatnu aplikaciju koja daje podrsku za bh,hr,sr
ja imam samo dump tog roma....ali ti to ne moze puno pomoci jer se kao takav prvo mora rekonstruisati u iskoristiv oblik,a vidim nisi bas skroz novi clan,ali nisi nesto aktivn bio,tako da sumnjam da ti moze pomoci to...osim ako nisi neki saso mange ludi programer i razvaljujes win mo hehe

I've nothing against you posting in your native tongue, but you need to provide a translation below it in English. You can use and free online translators to do this, i.e. Google translator

i said that there are no hr,bs or sr roms for HD so he should find a stock rom that comes with devices distributed in croatia since it has some additional applications that sort of...convert the display output from wwe to croatian,while the rom itself still remains wwe...
and i said that i have dump of that rom,but it is pretty unusable for him since it has to be rebuilt

Apart from that, we are mainly doomed for our languages, unless somebody can be bothered to translate things and cook ROM with Latinic/Cyrillic characters from former YU. Maybe "nrg" can do something, but I still believe that we need volunteer for translation, and I for sure don't have time, although, it would be "cool" to pi55 off people at work with Cyrillic phone

I installed LIneageOS 14.1 on my sm-t113 you can do it Either if you have root or installed TWRP
