Right, I'll explain what I've done.
I've unlocked and rooted the phone with no problems and have been running Android Revolution HD for a couple of weeks. Stupidly, I never backed up the phone!! I was having some issues so decided to try a different ROM but thats when things started getting strange. I then decided to run a RUU and return to stock but didn't know my firmware version so I used cmd and found the below
C:\FastBoot>fastboot getvar all
< waiting for device >
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.17.3250.14

I don't have a main version number, must have deleted it!!! Also, my superSU and superuser app don't work - I don't have the correct binaries.
I am a noob and now am stuck with what to do next. If any one could help it would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks.

I din't understand what you are asking here.
So correct me if i am wrong, you wan't to flash the required firmware you want.. ryt?
if that's the case, you will have to S-off your device
follow the steps here and S-OFF
rumrunner.us
EDIT:
i just realized that you don't have the firmware version being displayed, i will look for some alternative and get back to you
Thank Prash8429, any guidance is most welcome. I've been going round in circles for days.

Hi
please i need help
I have htc one
I deleted os from my htc one and I dont have any os and no recovery,
I have read a lot of threads and guides on how to fix this but I haven't found the right thread for me so I thought I would start my own.
I should also mention that I tried a lot of these fixes and probably made the situation worse but I hope I can still fix this.

heya, i need to state this first...never ever list your imei, sn# or meid on posts...ever. next this is what i have for you
http://www.hasoon2000.info/getdownl...obile,ATT,Sprint)/One_All-In-One_Kit_v3.1.rar
this is a tool kit that will flash a recovery via fastboot, the only screen you have, and will get you into recovery so you can flash a rom. read his website for instructions if you cant maneuver without them. also, thank hasson when youre done. hope this helps.

HI Guys,
This is my trouble: I rooted my HTC One but with S-ON and I wanted to update to lollipop. Which I can't because there is no stock ROM that matches my firmware which seems to be necessary in order to be able to start to install the update. What are my options?
Thanks In Advance,
Hedvig
P.S.: my developer lingo is quite limited thus i would truly appreciate simplifications wherever is possible.

Would recommend to backup your personal files (picture etc) and flash the latest ruu for your phone which will bring you to the latest version and set everything back to stock. The ruu you need (7.17.1500.8) is in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/general/lollipop-ruu-zip-small-collection-t3053944. Instructions to flash also in this thread.
Success!

Hi alray!
It worked. Thanks a lot for your help. I though I would never want to temper with my phone again, but now I kind of wish I could have a second phone so I can continue experimenting...
Anyhow...thanks again!

Once I noticed that since my m7 is becoming older (2 years already) and no more OTA coming, I decided to root so I can run better roms. Too proud to be thinking doing it all on my own, I am getting old as well...
The fact of the onboard memory, in stead of sdcard, has necked me. I think I screwed up by flashing a wrong boot.img.
I tried the RUU.exe, it starts hopeful, but keeps coming with wrong image error.
I am feeling that I'm close, but I can't get it back to work.
I don't have money or tits, but I hope some of you dudes can help me out with this?
ps: all that's on my internal memory now is gapps, CWM and a not functioning nor installing cm12 zips

First, flash https://www.dropbox.com/s/10oetfued23psx2/twrp-2.8.7.0-m7.img?dl=0 via fastboot. Then when you boot into recovery, wipe everything except internal storage, then flash ROM.zip and gapps.zip. Reboot and enjoy
YES! That did the trick, I saw some "unconditional" file creation scrolling by, so this twrp-2.8.7.0-m7.img is powerful!
Thank you very much!
