You should be able to unlock your bootloader with the same method you did the first time. Here is the procedure in case it has been awhile. If you have your Unlock_code.bin you might be able to reuse it. I don't think there is a RUU for your phone. This site has some files for your phone. The firmware on this site is for the next version.
You can not use custom recoveries with a locked bootloader!
i am having issues updating my phone, i am on 4.4.2, the phone is rooted and bootloader unlocked, but i am at a loss for how to update it. all the thread i am reading tells me i need to update to stock 5.0.2

Flash twrp if its not already done
download this rom: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358545524 and push it to your phone internal memory
in twrp select "install" and select that rom
aroma installer will launch, follow instructions. When asked, select "yes" to stock recovery and radio, select "no" to root.
after the rom is flashed, reboot the phone normally and take all ota updates from 4.19.401.11 to 7.19.401.22.

Please help me. My friend tried to root it and installed custom recovery tool.
Then he totally wiped it. There is no rom..
I tried original stock rom at bootloader. It did not work..
I found International Stock zips to flash by using fasboot.
and all of them, signature failed..
Help service wants me to pay too much money..
Please help.
Resolved..
I screwed up and now I can't use adb (USB debugging is off) and there is no ROM on my HTC One. Is there ANY way to solve this? Fastboot works fine, but when I try to boot it just goes in bootloader everytime.
Thanks a lot already!
i tried to write twrp recovery but no success
