Let us work together to make our voices heard, let SPIGEN SGP know we will buy LG G2 Slim Armor Views.
If you are not familiar with the Slim Armor View that Spigen offers you can see what it looks like here for the Galaxy S4 here is a link http://www.spigen.com/brands/samsung...rmor-view.html
The Slim Armor View improves on the Spigen Slim Armor, which already provides solid protection for our devices, and adds a QuickWindow/ (S View in the case of Samsung Galaxy devices). One of the most useful features is the fact that the case snaps closed quite firmly, so it doesn’t open accidentally like most flip cases.
Here's an official video from Spigen SGP:http://youtu.be/9geDjLgNES4
Here are some professional reviews of this very well-made case. This case is A HIT ON THE GALAXY S4 AND NOTE 3!

LG QuickWindow ?
The LG QuickWindow lets you access phone capabilities even when the cover is down. When the cover is down, the special QuickWindow UX interface appears and displays the current time, weather information, and music player controls. You may also pick up phone calls or snooze your alarm. In case you're wondering, this UI is accessible even if the phone is PIN- or pattern-protected.

This case is currently for the Galaxy S4 and a version for the Note 3 is in development. As long as there is demand and interest, they might produce this wonderful case for the G2 right? My hope is that someone from Spigen SGP might see this thread and get the ball rolling.
Wonderfully designed, this case offers full protection that many of us need/want, yet it also appeals to people with its nice design and its S View function. They are already producting Slim Armors for the LG G2, so the possibility of having this case may not be too bad. SO how many of you want to see this case meet daylight?
As quoted from Spigen's product description, "
The SPIGEN SGP Slim Armor View for the Galaxy S4 is a hybrid of our Slim Armor and the Samsung S-View Cover that offers a new and innovative flip case designed specifically to increase the user experience. The Slim Armor View is a case which offers full body protection for your Galaxy S4. It takes our popular dual layered Slim Armor case and includes a polycarbonate flip cover to help guard your phone against scratches and accidental drops. The removable flip cover is attached by a special hinge allowing the cover to be folded all the way back with ease. The Slim Armor View also includes the automatic sleep/wake function when the cover is closed and opened. The view window and built in access to the home button offers the user a way to receive incoming notifications and calls without having to open the cover on the case. The sophisticated and optimal design makes this case one of a kind.

Imagine, a case that looks good, protects our precious G2 well, yet also has the QuickWindow function... wouldn't it be great??
It would be the best of both worlds ^-^

Agree, prefer neo hybrid than slim armor view
I do hope most people agree with me that $49.99 is a SMALL price to pay for FULL 360° protection of our approx. $600+ phones. All the while most features of the phone will still be accessible while that front panel is closed. It is the perfect combination of SPIGEN SGP quality and protection with LG QuickWindow integration. For those out there who'd taken a liking to the QuickWindow implementation yet passed by the original QuickWindow cases because they weren't good enough protection, this is for you guys. No need to hide anymore. Let's make our desires known. With this case we get quality protection + functionality from QuickWindow. It's basically what the original LG QuickWindow case should have been.
It's also mentioned that you can swap the back frame that comes with this case to whatever colour you want. Compatible with the Slim Armor backframes.
An example for Galaxy S4 :http://www.spigen.com/brands/samsung/galaxy/galaxy-s4/galaxy-s4-case-slim-armor-frame.html
Here's the original Slim Armor for the G2: http://www.spigen.com/brands/lg/lg-g2-case-slim-armor.html
Here's a bit of what I've seen so far..
Not much but step by step! Things may start to pick up. If we want it, people, we gotta let them know that!
The neo hybrid would be a better option in my opinion
The armor case for the s4 is so nice and curved. Unfortunately ours is not.

I don't like cases for phones much, and haven't used one before, but the HTC One M8 is so bloody big, it easily slips out of my (shirt) pocket. As well, it's big enough to be slightly unwieldly in my hand, as well as a bit slippery. So I'm considering getting a case for it.
The Dot Matrix case looks really cool, but from whatever I've read, doesn't seem to serve much of a protective function (apart from other complaints about the case not closing properly). If I'm actually going to use a case, I'd like it to offer some sort of protection.
Browsing Amazon for a while, I came across the SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Premium Hybrid Protective Case which looks fairly good. Does anyone have any experience using this for the HTC One M8? Or the Blason one? Or other recommendations?
tl;dr: I'd like a case for the HTC One M8 which offers some protection, but which is inobtrustive.
I currently have the Spigen Silm Armor and I must tell you its a life saver. Being a very clumsy person, I drop my phone multiple times a day and I couldnt recommend it to you enough. While it may be on the more expensive side ($20), I think it is completly worth it

Baseus Clear coupled with a tempered glass protector. It's got grip and scratch protection covered. It's minimalistic, it doesn't detract from the HTC one's design. However it offers only minimal drop protection. Still, best all rounder IMHO.

ive got an otter commuter with a tempered glass protector on and it does fine and its not to big in my pocket
I use the Supcase. It's the right balance of low profile and protection for me. Also does not impair use if the IR transmitter. I'm sure most don't use it, but I love that feature, and no case is worth losing it.
Add one for the Spigen Slim Armor. Between that and a tempered glass protector, my phone looks as good as the day I got it.
Spigen slim armor is sick. And the zerolemon glass screen protector gives my phone all the protection I need. Only downfall is it covers ur ir blaster if ur into that

I've had the speck candyshell since day one. And it's great. Doesn't add much to the size of the phone, but has protected it from many drops.
my vote for SGP Slim Armor, best case) Using it for a week and even "tested" AirCushion technology...works=)))
Love my SUPCASE

Also using spigen slim armor. Has the right amount of bulk that the phone feels secure and safe. Slight raised on the front to protect the screen (dropped face down recently w/o a screen protector and still good! ).

I love my Supcase as well and have no problem with the it. In fact I received two or three extra ir blaster inserts.
UAG
I'm a fan of the UAG cases. I use the Aero (blue) one, and it looks really sharp, IMO.
Not too bulky, and very durable.

Just bought the incipio dual pro and I'm loving it. I can tell it'll protect against most common drops that are likely to happen (ex. walking outside and dropping it on the pavement). It's around $16 on amazon depending on what color you get. I got the blue for $19

I have both the spigen slim armor and the supcase hybrid. Both looks good but if u want to retain some of the m8 aesthetics you should go for the supcase. I like the supcase better as it gives balance. Offers drop protection with very minimal bulk and shows off some of the m8 design. Spigen on the other hand will give u better drop protection but is too bulky for me.. Covers the entire phone!
Sent from my HTC One_M8
I'd be all over the slim armor if it didn't block the IR blaster. I use the Bearmotion case--not much protection from a drop, but adds a ton more grip and i can set the phone down on it's back.
http://www.amazon.com/Bear-Motion-H...413741832&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=bearmotion+m8
Have had a bunch of cases for the M8, the two best were the spigen slim armor and the UAG. The UAG is the better of the two in my opinion.
The slim armor is a good case, but I found it made the phone way heavier than any other case I have tried, plus the back gets scratched very easily. I don't care about the IR blaster, but if you do the slim armor blocks it. I also found the case seemed to scratch the hell out of the edges of the phone. You don't notice until you take off the case, but I am not the only one that has notice that happen.
The UAG doesn't add much to the weight of the phone and I found the shape of the case is easier to hold than the slim armor. Only downside to the case is I find the material used to be a little slippery, but not enough that it bothers me. Also, if you are into I would say the industrial look of the UAG might not fly with you.
Really the thing that pushed me away from the slim armor was the weight, it felt like it doubled the weight of the phone. It actually made me more nervous to drop my phone, thinking that the weight of the case would make the impact worse.
Love the Supcase.
What's your favorite case for your G2 (white Verizon)? I don't need OtterBox Defender bulk or protection. But would like the case to offer protection and feel good in the hands none the same. Having the buttons covered would be a great bonus.
Wanted to add the screen has a Zagg (original) screen protector on it. Any cases that don't interfer with it?
Cruzerlite Bugdroid on my Verizon G2. Fits perfectly with just enough protection and allows a screen protector to fit as well.
I have a Ballistic and I like it. It fits good, isn't too bulky, and it covers the back buttons. My wife has a Trident, which is also nice but is a bit bigger. No button coverage on the Trident. Both accommodate a screen protector just fine. In fact the Trident case comes with one.
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Neo-...-Armor-Case-for-LG-Optimus-G2/1877761621.html
I have this case. It keeps low profile, protects the corners (most important for g2) and has soft touch tpu on the back. Nice to hold. Previously had spigen slim armor (this was way too heavy and too bulky), cheap tpu case (i think the phone would be better of naked rather than in those 0.3mm or 0.6mm cases, cause they provide no protection at all).
Would like to try that Diztronic tpu case that everyone seems to recommend. But i dont want to pay for shipping as much for the case itself. 17$ total Whoaat. Also i think cheap tpu case provides almost the same protection as that Diztronic one.
Puregear slimshell i think would be the perfect case for me, but its too expensive.
I have the Verizon and love the Incipio Feather. I've dropped my phone several times and the case does its job. No dings or scratches on the phone. Very low profile. Nice soft rubbery matte coating. quality plastic. Tough.
i dont know if it fits the verizon, but i have a spigen slim armor and i think it's a very nice case... but the buttons are not covered...
I use the Incipio Dual Pro and love it!
Diztronic case is best for me...

Wow! I actually have the Dark Blue version of this but I found the Cyan version is only $5 plus Free Shipping. Mine is starting to get beat up, so $5 is a steal. Incipio is the best. The product is quality and solid. It has a awesome powder rubber coating that helps keep it nice and clean/scratch free. It isn't painted or made of cheap brittle plastic like other cases.
Just FYI on the price.
Update: Incipio typically comes with 2 screen protectors also... which makes it an even better deal.
Just received the cheapest possible matte TPU case from ebay, cost me less than 1€ and it's just great! Fits perfectly, there is absolutely no chance the phone will fall off from it. The cutouts are fitting perfectly (the simtray cutout wasn't necesary tho, you don't change sim card too often, or is it just me?) even though they aren't that well detailed, but hey, it cost less than 1€! The material it's made of isn't too jelly or soft, it's pretty solid piece of rubber-plastic and feels nice and not that cheap. I'm very, very pleased with this one!
undoubtedly the Trident he best case IMHO is the Trident Cyclops – a look at the car-driving-over-phone video here

I have leather flip case over one year now, protection is great but it is annoying to open the case every time I need to use the device. I’ve ordered Spigen Slim Armor this morning.
i got an otterbox commuter case so far it's pretty good. rugged but good looking
Got surprised with how well this case is made, it's plastic, rigid, and gives a nice sandstone oneplus one like feeling, also got a screen protector free. In my opinion, worth of money, it's slim also and scratch resistant (tried giving it a rub with my keys).

This is mine flip case, made by Teracell. Bought it at local store. Its really beautiful, but it has few bad sides.
- I don't like that it doesn't cover top and bottom edge of the phone
- It doesn't have a magnet for holding cover, so it usually stays open
- Its really small hole around flash and it makes flash bounce of it on pictures, making flash unusable

Cool case but won't work with the Verizon since it is a tad thicker because of the Qi Wireless Charging.
Otterbox cases are some of the best protection that you can get for your smartphone. There are three available for the LG G4. Must mention that these do not work with the Leather backing. You can get more customization though the OtterBox site. There is also Free Shipping on all cases within the US.

Thank you bro
i also had otterbox commuter with my s3 and i can say its one of the best cases you can find for any smartphone, very recommended
The otterbox commuter is on my G4 now (plastic back). Super beefy corners and the port protector flaps close perfectly. No problems in my jeans pockets with the extra bulk. I had the commuter case on my old Nexus One and I remember thinking "these little flaps aren't going to last" but I was proven wrong and I'm buying again (after skipping otterbox on my S3). I do admit to having some leather flip case envy . . . maybe this is the phone I'll have 2 cases for.
I have few questions regarding the Otterbox Commuter, I hope that someone can answer them:
Dose the commuter case with the phone inside is wobbling when you put the phone on the table?
Dose it also have a curved shape as the phone?
Dose wireless charging working with the case?
Thanks.

Phone in the case does wobble a little bit when you put it on a table. It wobbles and settles down quickly.
The back of the commuter case does have a curve.
I have not tried wireless charging so don't know.
I have One of my G4's in the Commuter (Black/Black but I painted the gel case part Red) and the other Two G4's are in Defenders and I must say I love both of these cases. They are solid as a rock and make me feel like my devices are well protected.
Though I have been looking into more case options, both for the "wow" factor on looks and a more slimline protection option (Though the OtterBox does not add an unreasonable amount of bulk by any means, sometimes it is just nice to have that stripped down feel, like a bumper for example).
Thank you
Hope it doesnot add too much bulk or weight to G4. I am using Spigen and it's comfortable

My synergy adds bulk but the phone feels solid think htc titan. Id also prefer the ultra thin slimmed down feeling. I prefer minimal pocket scratch slight bump protectors. Still looking. Slowly building a collection as i find interesting ones.
I want to show some love for Otterbox cases, I had one on my Samsung Captivate (remember those?) and last week I finally upgraded to the G4 and my Otterbox is still holding together fairly well. Very little battle damage done to it after years of use and abuse, the rubber plug over the power/data port came off from excessive use and a six or seven year life span. I carried my phone everywhere, indoors and outdoors, used it as a music player while working in the field - dropped it many times, ran over it with lawnmowers both wheels and blades, and the worst damage done was a slight chip to the plastic that was sanded down easily. Defenders will probably outlast your phone. And I loved that with the belt clip I could flip my phone around with the screen out so I could have a clock while it was plugged in. I've got a Supcase on right now because I lack funds and it was really cheap (pricewise, not sure about quality yet) but I do plan to get another Defender for my G4 when I get some extra money to spend.
If anybody has one, can you put the phone in the belt clip and still see the screen?

When searching for the right case for your smartphone, try to remember, useability over style. It will save you a lot of headache.
I get an Arielle case for the edge and this case has got the protection I needed for my phone. The past case I had was a standard hard black PLASTIC cover. Wasn't worth a darn. It chipped first time I dropped it and has really bad scraps. NOT WITH THIS CASE. The Arielle Galaxy case is quite different. I've already dropped and it held up just fine. The case is part plastic but feels like a rubber has been added. It's softer and flexible. You can bend it back and forth. Also you can twist it some. Phone fits perfect and just snaps in place. All the openings and buttons are correct and push smoothly. Wipes down easy with damp rag.
The color of case is an attractive teal. (I call it teal) it's for sure different than most phone case color choose I've seen. Then it has cut outs on it with the black from inside of case showing through that. It makes it look like leather stitching. Neat design the way it's been done. I do like the case and recommend purchase."

I came across this one ( Armor King Metal Aluminium case ) and I love the aspect of it ( really looks awesome ) and from the reviews I read most people like it.
Anyone bought this ? I'm looking forward to buying it soon.
A flip case, pouch case or wallet case protects the screen from ever being cracked. I've owned a smartphone since 2003 and always used one of those 3 and never broke the screen, even before Gorilla Glass.
I bought se original Samsung flip case. One day later I accidentaly droppt the phone from a table -> display broken.
Now I'm using a rubber case.
Samsung Case
I think Caseology Wavelength Series Case is the good choice for Samsung S6 Edge
I bought a Ballistic Tough jacket case... still waiting for it to come, but yet on youtube it looks great and does what it should
I think Slim armor is a good case
1 vouch for the spigen thin fit case. Very comfortable to hold, great design, and it also provide protection for ur phone. yet very grippy.. but there is a draw back.. since it grippy. If u put the case on a dusty surface, it will pick up some dust.
I received a case for my S6 edge. When I opened this package I had no idea it was gonna be this phone case (the box is amazingly high quality and very well done). It resembles the packaging of a fancy bracelet/necklace - kudos on the box gus.
This is a very high quality samsung galaxy s6 edge case it fits the phone superbly all the cutouts are done very professionally all the buttons are in the right place.
I especially like the 2 in 1 it adds a bit of quality to the case the metal looks very classy it has the name turata embodied into the metal plate and four bolts in each corner.
Overall I am extremely impressed with this case from turata the quality is excellent it fits brilliantly what else fo you need.

Comfortable and cheap! Many on the net say it protected their phones...still haven't dropped mine.
This is my perfect case. I also tried the korean version which claimed made in korea on the pack/bag (in cheapo plastic pack)which faded off into yellowish very soon.

I went for this one - OtterBox SYMMETRY Cell Phone Case for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ - and was delighted to find it works with cordless charging (my previous Otterbox on the Note 4 didn't. (But don't buy a glass screen protector... the case cracked it! £18+ down the drain)
Spigen Ultra Hybrid Case
Hi.
I am using this case and after usage i find its very good. Its transparent so beauty of the phone can be seen. I am from India and I bought it from Amazon.

Do you find the otterbox symmetry bulky at all? I hate bulky cases but like the look of the Symmetry one and seems very slimmed down compared to the other otterbox cases
I'm looking for a slim case with reasonable protection... any recommendations?

I always go for the Spigen ultra hybrid. This time around I had an s6 edge in white and paired it with the gunmetal grey ultra hybrid and it's clear in the back, slim, but still offers all around protection

The best case I have come across so far is http://www.amazon.com/URBAN-ARMOR-GEAR-Samsung-Packaging/dp/B00TRG8KGY.
I am not a huge fan of the design aesthetic, but the case really does a great job. The other week, the case protected my edge from a really nasty drop onto concrete caused by a drunk idiot in a bar.
this is my case

I just received some review samples from Spigen and Snugg.
I will be posting some reviews up in the future but wanted to give people a chance to ask some questions about the ones I have here.
I do have more cases on the way from other manufacturers (CoverON and Ringke).
I also have some S7 cases I will be doing reviews of in the future.
This is what I received today for the Galaxy S7 Edge.

I purchased the Spigen Neo Hybrid Crystal - mine is currently in shipment - won't get it for a while yet - but I have always liked Spigen Cases - have a similar one for my Nexus 6p - is that one of the ones you picked up? Thoughts about the case?

I did order one of them... maybe more
I have these on the way :
The Satin Silver Bumper
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B1I6JMM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage
The Crystal Gunmetal Bumper
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AUORACQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage
I have not yet received them, but I know they will be good cases, I have always had good luck with Spigen.
I also love my Spigen case's..
Ordered the Neo Hybrid - Satin Silver & the Thin Fit - Black.. Both are cases that I have had for other devices & loved.
On a whim just because I like the way it looks I also ordered the OBLIQ Leather Slim Fit in Brown which looks to be nothing but a fancy TPU case, but after having the leather back for my G4 I love the leather feel in hand so I figured I would give it a shot.
Is there a bumper case that doesn't cover the back of the phone? Would like one that just grips the frame of the phone.
Thanks in advanced!
Just curious how different the tough and slim armor cases are. Thanks!

I've got two of the bottom left on order, the transparent one. One for me and one for the wife. Only £2.99 each with free delivery. Suspiciously cheap, hope they're not fake. From Amazon though.

The Tough Armor is slightly bulkier and has sharper edges.
The Slim Armor is thinner and has rounded sides.
Both of them feel nice in the hand and do not look like they will add that much bulk.
can you just review the craftsmanship and the quality of the materials
I have the ACT case in hand and will post some pictures in a few
Here are a few pictures I took of the Case
i have never had such a case before (actually no case at all ever, but for this 800 euro thing i'll get one
and i'm wondering what's the difference between spigen "neo hybrid", "ultra hybrid" and "liquid crystal"? e.g. in terms of protection? the neo has 2 pieces, i'm wondering here quality-wise whether the outer frame will loosen after time or in pockets? i guess neo hybrid crystal would be the best protection according to the price tag? transparent with gunmetal frame would actually look quite cool with my ordered white s7 edge
I have the liquid crystal it seems to be more slim

Hello Anthony, I would love to review the Story Leather Cases.
I have always liked the looks of your products, PM me and we can set something up.
Received more from Spigen, Ringke and CoverON today.
I still have cases in the mail from Artech 21 and TJS.
Based on the review samples sent to me I would not recommend the CoverON branded cases.
The plastic is cheap feeling, the rubber is thin and flimsy, and two of the three cases I received are bowed and will not be usable on a device.
The Spigen cases are all excellent and I like the Ringke as it comes with a back protector and a cutout so you can add your own style to the case.

Honestly, I have 18 Spigen cases beside me right now between the ones for the S7 and S7 Edge.
If you want to know about the craftsmanship and materials....
I have 18 samples to look at and can not find a flaw in any of the ones from Spigen.
No scratches, no deformations, no bowed or twisted frames.
The materials used all feel very nice in hand, the plastic parts are all soft touch and do not feel cheap.
If all you are worried about is materials and craftsmanship, Spigen is top notch for TPU and plastic cases.
The one Snugg case I have currently is fake leather, however you literally can not tell, it even smells like real leather.
The inner part of the wallet case from Snugg is made of a material that feels like suede and will be nice and soft on the glass of your phone.
The seams and stitching are all straight with no missed stitches.
The magnetic enclosure is completely hidden so you do not see a metal snap like thing on your case.
Overall it is a very clean looking case.
Again the Snugg case is one of the best I have had for craftsmanship.
The ones I have from CoverON however are some of the worst I have ever seen as far as craftsmanship and materials (as well as quality control).
I have 4 cases from them and 2 are twisted so badly that I doubt I will be able to even get them on a phone.
They all have plastic flash on the edges that I will have to remove.
The feel of them is very hard and squared with rough edges everywhere.
The rubber they use is extremely thin and flimsy. (Yes rubber they do not use TPU)
I do not recommend CoverON at all.
I have one case from Ringke right now and I would put it on par with the ones from Spigen, materials and craftsmanship are spot on.
The one from Ringke has flaps on the port covers to keep dust out.
Some people will love that and some will just think of it as a hassle when you need to plug something into your phone.
Myself I have no strong feelings about them, they do not bother me to be there, but also I do not really need those covers.
Sorry to talk so long about this, if you have more questions, just ask and I will try and answer.

I have the Spigen slim armour case. Do you have a screen protector? If you do what is it? I have one but the case gives it bubbles on the edges. Are you able to recommend one please?
how can you know if it is a fake or a genuine?
