Here you go, found this on a Polish site. The link on that site is dead so uploaded my copy. It worked on my phone. I believe it was done by agadoo who has done a lot of deodexed firmware.

Hi,
I wanted to deodex some APKs from a Custom ROM and then deploy the APKs in my ROM.
Can I Do that ?
I have already used baksmali to extract the files. Now I am stuck on what to do next to create the final APK for installation.
Please help.

find in development thread.
This is a Deodexed Rom from the firmware version WHLA1. FIRST BOOT MIGHT TAKE SOME TIME.
There is nothing new to this rom it is just deodexed, with SU. Has all the stock apps, sounds, etc.
HOW TO INSTALL
First check that your firmware is the one mentioned above
Download Zip
Place it in your SDCard
Reboot into recovery (CWM)
Select Install Zip from SD
Choose Zip
Select Deodexed-WHLA1
Wait till flashing finish
Reboot
DOWNLOAD
Download Here
Also the 6Lockscreens Zip I made for this firmware

I tried several ways but none works guide me! if you can show me a simple guide I'd appreciate
Get cygwin and install the modules required by dsixda kitchen (available in the dsixda kitchen post). Extract your ROM (nandroid backup) and use it in cygwin. Follow the instructions. Deodex it. At this point I'm not sure if you could just put it back in the nandroid backup, if not, download Retribution and use their update script to flash your custom ROM.
The easiest way would be to download an already deodexed ROM.
and try it but I always get an error! I'm doing it from emulating virualbox ubuntu, can that be the problem?
fr4nger deodex your rom using Dsixda Kitchen or xUltimate what firmware do you have ?
Dont download the whole multi gigabyte that is cygwin just download the basic modules for dsixda to work.

Actually every firmware is basically equal just with a minor changes for regions and stuff for exmaple if im not wrogn xxlh2 is for europe and whla1 is for latin america.

If im not wrong you are saying that you flashed VJLF3 over WHLA1? If thats what you did thats WRONG you have to install stock VJLF3 through ODIN and then flash deodexed package through CWM

Hello Guys...This is a stock rooted (CF SuperSU) with busybox rom for LT29i.
The Rom is pretty stock. Only modifications were to root and zipalign the rom. As there are not loads of stock roms in .zip for the TX i though i'd give it a go for those who want a stock rooted rom

Installation Instuctions:
1) Downgrade to ealiest 1.307 Rom by flashing an FTF (Obivously backup anything first) through flashtool
2) Root using Bin4ry's method
3) Flash CWM for Locked Bootloader (am using a version 6.0..x.x)
4) Install Zip from SD Card my Rom you downloaded from CWM
5) Install Zip from SD Card a flashable version of CWM
6)Flash This after flashing rom otherwise your phone will keep rebooting if you try to edit system files (Thanks to Sharaz22 for this link and Leo for reporting the issue and solution)
7) Flash a 3.212 FTF through Flashtool again (exclude everthing except kernel). This will get you back to latest kernel
1.307 FTF, 3.212 FTF, bin4ry's root method and CWM installation can be found in Gregbradley's all in one thread in Q&A
For those already having root and CWM on an earlier version you need only start from step 4

Follow the instructions in the OP and you will end up with this ROM and it will be rooted. But you need to follow those instructions precisely.
this is what ive been looking for.. gonna try this now

i got a full stock 212 now, i can't thank you anymore
one thing to report is that
after all things done
when i try to change any of the system files it'll reboot
then i try rebootfix.zip from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2007741

It's not the full firmware but the KERNEL.
This worked for me...SEVERAL TIMES! LOL!
