This helped me...
It's not the full firmware but the KERNEL.
This worked for me...SEVERAL TIMES! LOL!

i downloaded dis file to root my galaxy note n7000... but i am not able to xtract a .tar file from there as is required by odin... all i get is a .img file ... have tried all image readers bt unable to xtract... please help as to how to xtract .tar file from this ZIP

I tried your full ROM link several times, but it broke down in the middle several times.
Anyway I manage to find that the tool is just an easily downloadable exe. Thanks for your time.

Seems like its a corrupted file which you had downloaded. Try downloading from www.sammobile.com

the rom is working fine and in the recovery mode the middle button and power button does not work please help me
Installing roms in odin is very simple. Just get original firmware for your country from samfirmwares and install it with download mode.

Here you go, found this on a Polish site. The link on that site is dead so uploaded my copy. It worked on my phone. I believe it was done by agadoo who has done a lot of deodexed firmware.

If your tab is GT-P7300 then here is a THREAD FULL OF MIRRORS for everything you want
and if you just need the direct download link for the Odin image then HERE YOU GO
unzip it and flash it through Odin
but if your tab is ether P7310 or P7320 then I think you won't find anything

Unfortunately Sammobile.com and Samsung-Updates.com mirrors their files to hotfile.com website
and since Hotfile was closed, you can't find any file on ether of the official samsung website
