just wait a bit, no need to rush to service center, i'm sure they fix the issue soon enough. if i see something else about it, i'll let you know.

hey guys i have this problem on minicm10 where my wifi connects to the network but i cant browse the internet, anybody have this problem?
Never encountered that. My connection is stable and fast. Can other devices that are connected to the router able to go online? Or maybe other apps that you have installed can connect to the net?

Hmm. If you decide to go back to minicm10 and the problem is still there, try scanning the thread for fixes. If you can't find one, do try to get a logcat and report it. It may help other users.
Sorry i'm not much help. I just haven't had that issue before.

Really thanks work like a charm on x10 mini pro with minicm10!!!
I got a samsung galaxy s advance and tried updating it to jellybean. After the update was downloaded and i guess installed, it was restarting. Now it won't at all turn on, no logo nothing.. I tried going into recovery or download modes but the phone still doesn't respond.
Recharging it doesn't make a difference either.
What should I do to get it to at least light up again ?!

From the settings in the phone, check for updates then update, it downloaded then said it would restart
Are you sure you used the update file for I9070 or some other phone? And did you, by chance disturb the phone during the update?

I'm pretty sure it was the right update, all i did was wait for it to load and install, then after restarting i waited for half an hour and the phone didn't turn on, then i removed the battery and put it in again, still nothing

As I understand he used OTA update, so no chance he used some other phone firmware. If you have warranty just go to service center and told what happend.

I think Jtag could help, take it to some service with Jtag and see how much they will ask for fix.
Tried to pull out the battery, and pull it then power on?

FACTORY RESET. I see you posted from your phone, soo it boots.
Alright so I just flashed the 4.4 rom for sprint earlier and all went pretty well. Connecting to a wifi network during setup was a bit buggy but it connected just fine afterwards. Then I turned it off to test my data since I was notified that it wasn't set up correctly. Big mistake, apparently. I can turn on wifi but it cant seem to finish scanning for networks. WPS instantly fails when I try it.
I've read other posts concluding that battery saver apps caused their problems but I don't have any battery saver apps installed. Does anyone know of a solution?
You should post this in the ROMs thread

Well I would but since I'm new I'm not allowed to
maybe try a fresh install. also confirm the problem is not known for the rom

Is this via an OTA update with your carrier? I had to manually connect to the network because the APN was incorrect for my carrier.

Well this is what I did, I deleted all the APNs that were prevoiusly set on my phone. Went onto my service provider's website and followed instructions on manually entering the APN settings.
Hope this helps because I'm almost out of ideas.. Could it be a radio version issue?

right, right, I plan to RUU as soon as I hear it's out so I can see if the reception is really improved at my house with the firmware update for the radio....just won't know it's out because I'm obviously not receiving OTA notifications on LiquidROM (official ones anyway^^).
The update was released in Europe this morning.
Look Here.
Anyone heard anything good or bad about this update for the people who got it over seas?
Did it help with their reception issues? Or is it only Sprint M8s that are experiencing this?

i wan't to say its just us since it seems to be issues with spark, s5 owners have similar problems on sprint. Don't quote me on that though :good:
Any news on when this will roll out to US? My data doesn't want to stay connected. CDMA only mode doesn't help. Only way to get connectivity back is to restart the device. Toggling Airplane mode stopped helping.
Anyone knows if this reception problems affect that sometimes YouTube fail to stream...

Try this....first obtain your MSL.
Open your dialer and enter in ##3282#
Hit "Edit Mode"
Type in your MSL
Hit "Advanced"
Hit "RTSP/HTTP Setting"
Under HTTP proxy IP delete what you see there and type in 0.0.0.0
Under HTTP proxy port delete what you see there and type in 0
Reboot the phone and you should be able to stream YouTube. I guess it doesn't like the default Sprint servers, not sure why, but this should work for you. Let us know the outcome.
Thanks I did your suggestion and at the moment I haven't had any problems...
Maybe you have knowledge in this problem too, I bought Talon for Twitter and instagram previews don't load in the timeline. Apparently I am the only having this issue and I don't find anyone on Sprint network to verify if they had the same problem...

No, I'm not familiar with Talon. I'm on Twitter and everything seems fine, not on Instagram though. Is it a Flash file that handles the previews? Do you have an ad blocker running?
