Hi Friends,
Its been 10 days i bought xperia z1, during this period the phone got switched off itself 4 times without any notification. I am not sure if this issue is only happening to my phone.
Guys , is there any solution for this issue.

hi I solved this problem with reflash via pc companion with "repear my device" and mine is 10 days without accident

can you tell me the steps to reflash....
Just connect the phone and do it within PC Companion unless you've already fixed it ;P.

Hi
I have experience a problem today for the first time. When I connected my Xperia X8 to charge it, for some reason the screen became blocked and I was not able to do anything. after about a hour it started to work again but the phone was really slow. after few minutes screen became blocked again.
Could you tell me what the problem could be?

Do u use underclocking or undervolting?
You may need to do a full wipe due to solve problems

reinstall the rom,and see if the bug still exist,if yes try to go back to stock rom using pcc,or update service.If the bug is still on stock that may be a hardware problem i think.
My phone was doing this when I was using alfs kernel. If you are using alfs try to move to nAa kernel. Since I use that no such problem occurs.

The phone seems like it has not even a scratch.
The issue is that everytime i turn it on it is just turning on and off and on and off again and again.
I don't even have time to input my pin.
The battery always seems to be drained although i charge it occasionally.
I have updated it's os with pc companion, but it keeps doing the same thing.
Is there anything that i can do to fix it?

try to flash stock frimware through flash tools(this wipes the data & reinstalls the system partition)
Normally flashing fixes all software fault but if your hardware is damaged so you shouldnt be hopeful.
I think its a sw problem but even an empty battery can cause exactly the same react.(put another battery then try flashtools)

Did he do any modifacations to the software?
If not, seems like a battery problem to me. Anyway try to flash stock rom.

that's our little greek secret... no modifications to the software but he kinda had troubles with this mobile for the whole period of time he owned it.he didn't receive messages in the particular device as far as i can remember. the battery doesn't seem to have anything wrong though.it is just sliiiightly puffed but nothing that alerting.i mean i havent charged it for a long time and it can still power the mobile's "neverending loop". if there was a problem wouldnt it not turn on at all or something? i don't have an extra battery and i'm thinking of getting through with the flash stock romafter i charge it a bit.. should i? and if yes, how? i've never done that (a guide would be great )

links don't work. i found the stock rom. all i need now is flashtools. Working link anyone?
I got it done. i flashed it succesfuly and was able to work with it while connected to my laptop. once i unplugged it, it went off after 2 minutes. Now all i have to do is buy a new battery.Thank you guys. i just got a free x8 from my stupid brother

is constantly turning off!
the problem started yesterday when i was using some app in my phone.
suddnely it crashed and turned off. i tried to power on the phone but it never passed the boot screen.
when i connect my device to a pc,it is working perfect.but if i discconect it, it turns off by itself and wont turn on.
please help!
UPDATE: the phone also working if connected to a charger

it didn't helped.
i found that this problem happend to many people with xperia z(x) smartphones.

Same problem occured to me. i was playing nova 3 on my device when it suddenly turned off. it orked for 15 min after reboot but then again the same problem. It worked normally when it is connected to charger for almost a week but now it is not working on charger also. what to do??? will battery replacement solve my problem???????

yes indeed. i replaced my battery and the phone works great since.
you can find replacments at ebay. good luck.
My Xperia Z3 compact is shutting down while being idle. In happened 5 times in the last 24 hours. My device isn't rooted and I haven't installed any such application which can take the control of my device. So, please help me if you guys know a solution to this problem. :crying:

Do a factory reset. Backup your data first. If the problem still persist, I suggest you return it or send it in for repair/exchange.

firstly, you can uninstall any apps you installed yourself (even though you think there are non that take control of your phone) and check. Otherwise go ahead with the full reset as suggested above
I too have frequent reboot problem. I did a full reset but did not work for me. I am thinking it might be a battery problem.

Hey guys I have a question for you all I've recently got the new Sony xperia 10 and after a few weeks of using the phone it started to stop working for example the phone would freeze and glitch at times does anyone have the same problem as me and if so what did you do to fix it.
