Have you falshed a new ROM or did you ask for normal stock?

After a couple of days, is battery accurate?
Else we need more "input" like Soryuu wrote, for example, infos about ROM, screenshots ...

[Q] my battery is not enough

in the past my GT can get more than two days.but when I flash 2.3.4ZCKPB.and cm7,it only get 4 to 5 hours (when I sufr the internet^^)
I dont know why????
calibrate your battery , go to cwm and clear battery stat , search this section you will find more info on it
cm7 versions for ave are battery eating factories...
try this one
Stock Rom [Whichever you prefer]
cf-root kenrel --> ext4 filesystems
TurboBoost8.5
this would give you optimal performance and also better battery than cm

Probably wouldnt give him/her the optimal performance but most likely better batter life.
off course not like 2k+ quadrant but still give him good performance

You can try to upgrade to this battery [HLI-ACESL]
it gives around 20% more usage time, however it is important to know what can save your battery.
Read this thread, it's pretty much the same for all Android: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1374130
cool
2 days is cooll
2 days? amazing... my ace's battery can't be more than 1 days for continous usage

It's super amoled and can drain battery but not so much. Because you have so bad score i guess you works on android 2.3.3? Try to update to 2.3.6, the bettery works much longer on sleep and i think in stress it will be too good.
It could be your rom some how... but how about charge your battery to full, then go to recovery and wipe battery stats. Carry on charging for another 30 mins. Maybe that will fix it.

I'm on ICS Roms these days but on like every rom its a drain. I did go back to 2.3.6 but i like ics so much more i more likely stay on ics.

Battery's discharging very fast...

Hi,
I have CyanogenmodMod 10. I don't if it's normal but my battery is discharging faster than my Galaxy Ace. In my settings I saw that the screen is taking 78% of the battery. I don't know if that's normal.
How can I check if everything's normal ?
Thanks.
Use BetterBatteryStats - you can find it in the forum. Feel free to ask further questions regarding it.

What and where am I looking for exactly in this app ?
I suggest that you lower your screen brightness or set it to automatic so that the screen dims itself in night, you may also try out apps like Juice Defender, they also increase the battery backup by turning off the data when it's not in use !
Hope it helps !
And if I helped just press the Thanks button !
There is the link where I have upload a few screens of my battery usage : https://www.dropbox.com/sh/uoadq1vy8zzbbk9/B6mgZMMrCZ

Hey I suggest that you try to lower your screen brightness as I said before, also try to change your CPU frequency settings a bit. :good:
Yes I'll try that but I also want to know if there's something weird on my battery usage.
Thanks for your help.

There is nothing weird with your mobile, but the hard fact is that in terms of battery backup Android is a looser
And to thank me just press the thank you button !!!
Maybe it's the 3G (data).
I had an Galaxy Ace and the battery was much longer but I wasn't using 3G with my Galaxy Ace. I didn't expect that the 3G was so solicited by the battery.

as far as I know, cm10 drains a lot of battery, try to use lower brightness and try using a Battery saving program. I use Juice Defender on CM9 and it works great.

Charge completely and get a log using BetterBatteryStats. This will tell you, and us, what apps are eating your battery. If you can, take a screenshot of the Battery section in the settings too, with a screenshot of the details of the screen item in there too.
Have you tried changing ROMs? Or maybe it's time for you to get a new battery

i doubled battery life changing roms and kernel's

Just bought one "original samsung", it;s worser than my old one, heating and low capacity.
FYI - picked this up about 2 months ago, and it's been working just as well as my original battery. The charger is really cheaply made, though!
