Hey quick question I'm a Swype user since the beginning.I activated Swype and away I went.I notice all of a sudden it is not working correctly when replying to emails. It works on texts and even posting here...but when replying to emails it doesn't capitalize or space between words although it is set up correctly and working on every other application but the native mail app which is very nice. anyone else experience this? It did work correctly for a day.thanks!!!

Do you have the new Swype from the market? They discontinued the beta.

The problem you mentioned is exactly what was wrong with the beta version so I'm almost sure you are not on the latest Swype version. If you were rooted (which I assume you're not since you're on stock ROM) I would suggest to delete the apps with TitaniumBackup and buy the .99cent app on the Play Store (worth it, it's amazing). Else what you can do is wait for an OTA that may included an updated version of Swype. What you can do right now is see if you could download or update official Swype from Play.
I tried searching but didn't come across anything for the One.
Anyone know of a way to disable the "autocorrect" within Messaging of the ACSII smilies to the emoticons?

Not what he was asking. To OP, I haven't. I don't think you can as it's a feature present on stock Android as well.
Thanks for the input guys. I'll keep my eyes peeled in case someone comes up with a mod for it.
Hi,
Can any one tell me if we can have a keyboard app working for all apps in gear, that would be real handy??

I don't believe the Gear can do that. It has to go thru your phone via Bluetooth. Down the road, but non SMS or anything that needs WiFi or internet. I can use it for searching in Root Explorer and things on the Gear.

Im going to try pushing tablet talk to my gear after work tonight. I use it to send sms from my WiFi only tablet - it connects to the phone over bluetooth basically makes the call/message functionality of the gear work on a tablet with the exception of you cant use the tablet as a bluetooth handsfree like the gear.

Was that supposed to be in reply to the below post, instead of the one you quoted?

lol? No videos or talk of paid apps? Funny.
Posting the apk here isn't allowed, but besides that, it's all fair game.

Tablet talk is side loaded, but I am unable to scroll down to select my phone to pair with. Has anyone else had this problem?

I fixed it by downloading older version of tablet talk apk. For some reason the newer version crashes. I am using tablet talk version 1.7 which you can easily locate on Google. It works without any issues. Hope it helps.

Awesome. Also, on the MyGlass app, I enabled twitter, but it's not showing up on the device. Any other glassware shows up instantly, twitter does not. Have tried a reboot. Any ideas?
Do u subscribe to anyone (not just follow). That's the only stuff that shows up in glass unless u create an ifttt recipe to show all tweets but u prob won't be able to reply

Go into settings under language where you change keyboards. Go under Google voice settings and click offensive words.

I didn't realize that it "bleeped" words like that. I'm going to have to give it a try because I find spelling like "f***" more amusing than the actual spelling.
If you use the Samsung keyboard with S-Voice you cannot unblock offensive words I had to change to the Google keyboard and use Google Input to be able to use offensive words.
