There is nothing listed as far as gapps. I would assume that the latest PA 4.4 gapps or Banks 4.4 gapps should work.
I'm doing a NAND backup right now, will report back.

Im new here to the nexus 5.. just got it yesterday.. but anyways i flashed 2 cm11 based Roms earlier 2day and themes were not fully working.. im have tried some cm11 theme also and no go.. example keyboard was not themed.. Is this a cm11 bug or are the themes just broken and need updating? Is it the same with this Rom?
Am I blind or is the option to enable the lock screen widgets not there?

Im thinking No, since i removed some bloat i think the ota check would fail, I could be wrong but, i dont think so. But when ota is released, this rom will be updated to that build

If you're coming from another ROM, then you should. If coming from an earlier build, you shouldn't need to.

1. Enable developer option by pressing build number 7 times in settings>about
2. Enable usb debugging and set root access to adb + apps in developer settings
3. root should now work
Titanium backup may not work on 4.3:
To fix it:
1. In tb go to menu>preferences>backup folder location
2. Press detect
3. Then you will get two options ...choose the one with legacy in its path
4. Then it will ask you to move backup to that folder.... Select that
5. Restart app and restore.

This is a deodexed AOSP 4.3.1 rom without any mods for people that like the stock look.
The only thing that is changed is that i used the JWR66Y HW libs and kernel in order not to have the annoying deathlocks. With this you can only use a compatible JWR kernel.With this rom you will NOT have any freezes.

Super smooth! working very well and the Kitkat SystemUI looks cool!
Everything seems to be running great! Only issue I had (if it can be called an issue) was Chrome opening then closing. Updating the browser fixed it though. Not sure if it was just a fluke but a minor hiccup at the most. Awesome job!
Alright, works great. Real smooth, for people who are curious: the boot animation is that of the Google play edition devices. The kitkat mod works just fine, no crashes or anything. I dirty flashed over stock odexed 4.3 jwr66y, and no crashes. Just had to reinstall aosp browser which is no biggie, also no problems with chrome.

Install xposed frameworks and gravitybox, you can then customise a lot of things inc killall button
kitkat systemui gives FC

Up until just moments ago, that did happen; however, there is a new build which should fix that issue. It was the updater_script failing due to a script missing. That has since been fixed, and it should flash now with no issue at all.

No. Omni views all third-party firmware as a part of the same community and is not meant to be a replacement, simply another member of the greater ROM community.

Actually, I do as well; that's why I won't be able to run this for 1/2 the week probably. Also, since I use Ting it complains about the network and stuff.

What about global capabilities for those on gsm networks on their sim unlocked sprint htc one? all aosp roms ive tried have had no luck

downloading and eager to flash dev-host seems to have troubles indeed, my download is supposed to take 20min
does it already have multi window?
Wow this Rom is ridiculously smooth. Keep in mind everyone that you need the latest CWM recovery (http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager) or else you'll get an error during flashing.
The Rom is still lacking some features I've come to love like extended power menu, customisable quick toggles, theme engine, extended desktop, pie controls etc but omni is only 2 weeks old so I am sure this will be an awesome Rom!
camera only shows black and calendar doesn't sync and is not an option in the Google account sync settings. Have yet to find a way to get it working
Calendar started working after I switched to ART so if it's not working for you, too you can try art or try to delete data and cache, then wipe cache and dalvik cache
Titanium backup crashes with art enabled, as others have already reported

This build does not include it, i have build a new one today and that one contains Multiwindow. I am yet to upload the new Build, i will do it later today.

What recovery are you using? and what is version?
I will release a new build with multi window later today. This feature is still experimental but it works most of the time.
3g is working for me . pls check if you can see your APN settings listed correctly in the settings page?

LMT launcher works but no way to enable an expanded desktop mode as for PA, so you'll have the pie but also the navbar enabled..too mess for me..
Well, if you want to have 4.4, this seems to be the better daily driver right now, PIE is best left to 4.3s
