Also id like to know where your problem with the „löschdienst„ exactly occurs

you can try to go to download mode via ADB (Android Debug Bridge)
you need the android SDK ( google for it you'll find it, and install it !!)
if you have installed it you have to check the developer options for activating the debugging via ADB
now you can open a CMD on you pc move to you Android directory ant there to platform tools
example "cd C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools\"
there you can call the ADB and check if your device gets detected
for this type "adb devices"
if it shows an device all is ok ...
if not you havent the driver or debugging is not activated in developer options
if it shows your device you can type "adb reboot download" in your cmd
and it should reboot to download mode
Hope i can help you

When you say it's not recognised by your computer. Can you elaborate please?
adb does not work in recovery?
fastboot does not work in bootloader?
Or drivers fail to install altogether?
Thanks for interest , i plug the phone in and the htc suite comes up but reports no phone connected , the phone comes up on pc as a cd drive then automatically tries to install htc mtp drivers for pc (win 7 64bit) it installs half way then fails htc suite reports that i need to unlock with a pin or to accept htc sync on phone (which is pinless), on phone i have access to twrp 2.6.3.3 have looked for a viperone rom on phone but i can`t find one when i try to boot to system it tells me that i have no os then it asks if i want to install supersu as my phone does not appear to be rooted, in the bootloader it states tampered , unlocked i select fastboot usb but always seem to go back to twrp , as i say i am brand new at all this and there is possibly a simple answer that i am overlooking, was told to download a stock three andriod but cant see how i can get the phone to read it , thanks again

Ok after you see the driver install failed message do this
Open "Device Manager" -> select the unknown "One" -> right-click -> "Update Driver Software ..." -> "Browse my computer" -> "Let me pick" -> "Android USB Devices" -> select "My HTC ..." -> install latest version. :good:
That should get your drivers working. Then can you post the output of
Code:
fastboot getvar all
Please remove your imei and serial number before posting.

Ok well I'm not a big user of Windows and that's about all I got for trouble shooting drivers.
You might try with Linux. No drivers needed. No drivers no problems

Failed OTG Upgrade and Unlock Bootloader
I have a HTC One M7U Device PN07110 Cid: HTC__J15, Currently on Software Version 4.19.401.5 & bootloader 1.56.0000. I tried to upgrade OTA many times but it fails after the blue bar shows up. Then I repeatedly tried to unlock its bootloader as mentioned in htcdev website and XDA-Dev forums. All went well and the device rebooted after flashing unlock_code.bin and getting confirmation "Yes" in the prompt clean each time. But the bootloader is still showing locked on top of screen. Please help.

Can I ask which version of recovery your using ?
Ive just noticed with the latest version of TWRP recovery and my phone booted, when I plug it into the computer it comes up in device manager as MTP device also, and adb doesnt work, thankfully, adb and fastboot still work with the phone in the bootloader / recovery.

Try this:
1. Uninstall all drivers for HTC phone.
2. Install latest HTC Sync Manager from HTC site.
3. Connect phone in normal mode.
4. Open htcdev site and start unlocking bootloader.
5. Connect phone in fastboot mode (system reports unrecognized device).
6. Run regedit as administrator and backup registry for sure.
7. Add this key:
Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\usbflags\0BB40FF00100]
"SkipBOSDescriptorQuery"=hex:01,00,00,00
8. Unplug usb cable and plug again.
9. Run cmd as administrator and finish unlocking.
Works fine on my Windows 10 Home 32bit.

Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro, PC don't see device in bootloader

Hello, i got a problem. When i'm turning my xiaomi into fastboot mode my pc doesnt see it. In "normal" mode i can see it, get files from it etc. When i connected my dad xiaomi(same model as mine) it works so its not problem with pc but with my phone probably. What can i do?
Hello ,
your problem is very simple to resolve, its because you didn't install the right drivers, either manually search for in, or use my solution , :
1-Download driver booster from the official website (free version)
2-plug in your smartphone.
3-performe an automatic driver search , from the result select ONLY the driver related to your device , then let it download and install
4-do whatever you was going to do.
5-if it still doesn't recognize it do the same thing with fastboot On, you're good to go.
PS : that worked for me with fastboot On then scan and install.

It says that the drivers are good. I can't do this in fastboot because my pc don't see my phone in fastboot mode, there are not anything in device manager too
Still Try to do it in fasboot, it will work , it worked for me.
Go to tools in driver booster , then clean the devices , turn in fast boot mode , then search for drivers
if it doesnt work you'll have to download manually compatible MTK drivers.

I believe i had a similar issue as you. Except that i had no second device that was same model to test it out. But the rest was in pair with your explanation. I tried installing the latest drivers from the official xiaomi website, removing the old drivers and reinstalling them, restarting laptop, enabling usb debugging on phone...whatever i thought would work but none helped.
Eventually i had it working by installing the latest fastboot driver: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1D96njoYn-n3alu3ggaK3Kw8hMGLKhJVg
After installing it go to Device manager, then under Other devices you will see your Redmi note 9 pro. Right click -> Update Driver -> Browse my computer for drivers.
Select as folder the folder from the drive that you installed, should be named "Fastboot driver-20230301T161058Z-001" or just "Fastboot Driver", it will automatically search for the desired file "android_winusb.inf". Afterwards just press next. Your device should appear in device manager under Android Phones -> Android Bootloader Interface.
Open CMD and check if your device is now under fastboot devices. At least it worked for me. Managed to disable OEM and install the Google Pay app.
