There are many many threads about this.
This one for example: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1068039
And I am affraid you have to go to a Samsung Service Center....
Are there some errors in odin, when you try to flash a new firmware i.e. stock firmware or roto's firmware?
Hello all,
While trying to flash back from ICS LPY to Gingerbread I somehow managed to "brick" my Note. Currently the phone is stuck on the Galaxy Note N7000 logo. I cannot get into recovery and download mode isn't being detected by the PC using Odin 1.85.
Is there a way for myself to fix this? I'd like to go back to gingerbread but now I have nothing Thanks in advance for any advice.
I have been trying to root my Samsung Galaxy S I9000 without success. I used Odin and flashed I9000XXJVK_kernel.tar but when I switched the phone it doesn't boot. It is stuck on the Galaxy S GT-I9000 white logo with black background. I then tried to install using Odin the CF Root-XW-XEN-JS3v1.3-BusyBox but it failed installing on Odin. Now the worst has happened. My Samsung Galaxy S i9000 will not switch on now. All I get on the display when I try to boot is an exclimation mark icon in the middle of a phone and PC icon. I fear it is bricked.
Anyone know how I can save my phone?
Please advise
I managed to get my Samsung Galaxy back to life with flashing the factory ROM on Odin.
Anyone know how I can root my Samsung without this happening again?

Everything went fine but i needed to go back to stock, so i followed the guide here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2030758
Downloaded stock from samfirmware and flashed with Odin, the problem is that now the phone loops and stays in the samsung glowing image and vibrates first 1 time slow and then 3 times fast and restarts.
I can access download mode and CWM.

How am I able to do a full factory reset on this device via Download mode? It's someone's phone and I can't find a file to flash onto it. I can't access the recovery for some reason...
It's not booting past the Galaxy mini II logo, it restarts for no reason.
Any help?
Thanks :3
EDIT: Nevermind, got it to work using myself and http://www.tsar3000.com/
I'm in the same situation, what did you exactly do?
Did you use the "Firmware update" HOW-TO guide on the linked website or what?
Thanks
